His dreams were filled with the good times he had, before and in between the wars that pitted Trusar against Ehsar. Playing games as a child, riding griffens, flying with the dragons. He even saw a unicorn once, before they went extinct. A dream full of friends and family, even his wife Skhantieana. That part made him really happy, that lost had caused him more pain then anything that had happened to him. Even when the Ehsarians sawed off his wings and he lost the only defined thing that connected him to his people.

His eyes slowly opened as he woke up. There was actually a smile on his face before he remembered the bad times. His smile quickly disappeared, along with the look of happiness in his eyes. Like he said before, he could never be truly happy again and probably won't have such a sound sleep again till the eternal sleep.

Tamuril couldn't help but laugh. Takara's blunt answer was rather comical to him. Yet what came after it wasn't all to funny. The past can be a pain sometimes, especially when it leaves scars; Not the kind of scar that is left on the flesh, but the emotional kind. And Takara was a victim of this, her family beeing murdered and all that came with it.

Tamurils thoughts drifted away from Takara, as they began to try and think of who this new person is. "Hey, you there. You're new aren't ya? I believe we haven't been properly introduced yet." And just like that Tamuril changed the topic, not even aware of it. "My name is Tamuril. And yours?" Tamuril asked, extending his free arm out for a hand shake. Luckily Liam wasn't to far gone not to hear him. He would have introduced Takara as well, but who didn't know of Takara?

Liam stopped and turned around, his hands going into his pockets. Takara looked over at him, her face freezing over again, though as she looked down at Tamuril's shirt emotion returned to her again. Liam wouldn't bother to wonder why she did that, it would be pointless since he knew and at the same time didn't know the answer.

"I suppose that you could say I've met you before." Liam responded as he came up Tamuril and pulled a hand out from his pocket to shake the knight's hand back. He faced Takara and gave her a small bow, though she didn't really even to notice, despite the fact that she was looking strait at him. "Hello again young Queen of Trusar. And Tamuril, my name is Liam."

Eveel ran up to Liam, sniffing his foot curiously with a wagging tail. Liam chuckled to himself, finding the dragon's attitude amusing.

"I remember you." Liam remarked as he pulled his hand away from Tamuril's and slid it back into his pocket. "Little dragon. 'Course you weren't that small when I saw you... more like... incredibly massive...."

"Whee!" Eveel answered as he did a fancy flip. "I was eating people! Yay! But they tasted really bad...."

Liam laughed again, then looked up at Tamuril again, glancing at Takara but finding that her staring, sadly enough to him, scared his eyes off of her. "Your woman scares me very badly, sir Tamuril, just like she did when we first met. To me she's literally like a rose. Beautiful but dangerous...."

"Poetic." Takara stated while Eveel began sniffing Liam's leg again.

"And you still scare me." Liam replied as he grinned, finally looking up at her. And she was taller than he was, too. How wonderful. How tall was she? She had to be around five feet and nine inches. Here he was at a sad five feet and eight inches. How comical was this? "By the way my lady, I was wondering about-"

"Your rank." Takara completed his sentence for him, making him nod back. "I already told the council to set you up, sir Liam. You should get some sort of a notice by tonight."

"Thank you, Queen."

Tamuril tried to think back on an occasion of where he met Liam but found no luck. Hopefully Liam wouldn't feel to offended if they met in the past, but if they did it was most likely on the battlefield.

"My woman? She's not a piece of property... But I know what he's getting at so I won't bother bringing it up."
Tamuril thought back to the first time they had met, which was actually quite easy because they were talking about it a few minutes ago. "Don't let it bother you she was like that with me to, if not worse!" Tamuril gave a couple laughs out. Liam was probably wondering what he meant, considering that the two of them were standing in front of him with their arms locked together.

He wanted to know his rank? How odd. All new recruits are issued the same rank, but he was a special case, obviously. By now Tamuril had figured it out. "So you're Ehsarian right?" Tamuril would have asked what made him come to Trusar, but he had a feeling Takara was a strong influence in the matter.

Liam nodded to Tamuril, chuckling to himself. It was hard not to mind the queen. Liam was pretty much never frightened, and there she was making him feel nervous just by looking at him. "Yes, I was an Ehsarian knight. I was actually one of the old king's body gaurds, and there are only a few of them. When Queen Takara purposely got herself captured," He should know what he was talking about, so Liam wouldn't bother to make any special explanations. If Tamuril didn't, it wouldn't be his problem. Well, maybe it would. Nevermind. "The old king appointed me to gaurd her. However in her own witty way she got me to defect to Trusar by telling me about you, which is why I said that I'd met you before."

"Yes." Takara added absently as Eveel sat down on Liam's foot as if it was some plush pillow.

"Well, I should probably be on my way." Liam dropped down for a small bow, then straitened his back and walked backwards a few steps. Then he turned around, Eveel hopping off of his foot and running back to Takara. Takara watched Liam leave, then looked up at Tamuril.

"You are hiding something. I can tell." Takara smiled at Tamuril as she placed her chin on his shoulder and looked at him curiously. "What is it, hm?"

Tamuril knew of everything that he spoke of, except for the last part. So he was right; Takara was the reason why Liam was now with Trusar. But what did he mean by 'Told me about you'? Perhaps Liam wanted to work beside Tamuril? He'd have to ask him later.

"Hmm, I like him." Tamuril said to himself, slightly grinning at Liam as he walked off.

He didn't even make a gesture like he was hiding something, yet Takara claims that he was. She must be talking about the 'Your woman' part. Or that's the only thing he could think of that he wasn't saying. "Eh? I guess I know what you mean, wasn't really hiding it though. It's that he said you were my woman, and I don't think of you like that. It just sounds like you're my property. You are... You are what I live for now. You are my happiness, my joy, my love!' Tamuril sound proudly before pulling Takara closer to him. "Heh, I must sound crazy..." Tamuril chuckled out.

Takara chuckled, turning her head to where she could place her cheek against his chest. They were outside where everyone could see them, but she didn't really care. "No, I believe that it sounds sweet."

Takara listened to Tamuril's heart beat for a moment before pulling back, but not to where she was out of his grasp. She looked up at him again, Eveel sitting down right beside the two. The dragon watched them with a tilted head, as if trying to figure out what was happening. "You feel thin, Tamuril. You should get some food, I believe, hm?"

"Ooo! Foody-foo!" Eveel chirped as he hopped up, his tail wagging happily.

"Besides, you have been watching me all day. You should get some food or at least rest...." Takara added, as she reached up and placed her hand against his cheek. Once Tamuril was resting, Takara would need to return to that library and figure out more about what Alexia wanted her to find. Or maybe she would just wait until night fell.

Elwe sighed as he watched the day come and pretty well go upon the the wall. Stretching slightly, he turned around to one of the guards and nodded to him that he could get back to his rounds. Walking down the stairs ever so slowly, his hands in his pockets, he thought about the days events. Nothing has happened for awhile, so things were getting quite boring around. Turning his head slightly he could see Takara and Tamuril.

He never really met Tamuril, only heard of him. However, even if he knew who Tamuril was, Elwe was certain that he would have no idea who he was. Elwe may of been and old officer, but he wasn't the most popular. Elwe was getting older, and now this days of actually being on the battlefield were comming to an end. He wondered what would happen to him when he was seen as not capable of being a field officer; he figured he would probally just be sent back off to the village to live there.

Elwe smiled as they day was still not over. Walking towards his tent yet again, he sat down upon the desk. It seems that in only a few hours, mounds of papers were able to find themselfs to his desk. Ordering the guards whom resided inside of his tent, he got down to work upon the papers that were now infront of him.

Tamuril felt his own body trying to see if he was actually getting thin. Of course he wasn't but Takara obviously needed to do something without him present. "I guess I'll go eat but I'd much rather be with you." Tamuril sighed lightly before taking a step back. "You obviously need to do something important so I'll just go anyways." He now turned around and took a few steps forward. His right hand came up over his should and then he continued to walk. "Later."

His hand came down and went deep into his pocket, feeling the ring that laid within. "I'll give it to her later. She seems preoccupied with something else. Or made she's found someone else...? No! Don't think like that!"

Tamuril went to the kitchens and ate his usual meal and then went to his own room. His body fell against the bed as relaxation made itself present.

He stretched and stood up. He started to walk around the castle, looking at the various pictures. After a while, he started to hum a small melody. A nice and calming melody, one that he heard once when he was being treated for a serious wound he had taken while on the battlefield. The woman hummed it when she was checking up on the patients who were recovering. The melody had just simply stuck in his head, and he sometimes hummed it mainly to relax. Now though, he was just humming it subconciously as he scanned te various pictures.

Takara watched Tamuril leave, tilting her head as he left. She wondered what had made him leave so quickly, but then she thought that he could probably read her thoughts somehow. It was beginning to happen with her, so she supposed that it was happening with him as well. Well, for now she would just have to do what she needed to do and spend time with Tamuril later. She let out a soft sigh, Eveel making a bizarre deep-throat sounded that sounded like some strange purr. She looked down at him and saw that he was staring up at her, and when she asked why he was looking at her he just wagged his tail and gave out a soft whistle. He jumped up onto her dress, climbing up until he was perched on her shoulder. She brought a hand up and rubbed the side of his long neck before walking back inside of the castle.

Once she was inside she resumed an icy air, passing through the halls and heading back to the garden which she hadn't visited for so long. It was obvious why, Shin had died here. She was back out there in the sun with the sound of the fountain of Alexia trickling behind her. It felt strange being here, her eyes drifting over to where Shin had died. She could still remember and felt confusion for why he'd suddenly jumped down and attacked Tamuril out of pure jealousy. Takara just looked away now and over to the fountain, noticing that there was a soft warmth against her cleavage. When she looked down she saw that the diamond of air was glowing. She frowned, then the diamond suddenly shot forward, yanking itself off of her neck and breaking the chain which was used to keep it around her throat. The jewel then went to the statue, pressing itself against the upper arm of the statue of Alexia. Then she felt heat on her wrist, and when she looked down there she saw that the diamond of fire was glowing as well. Before her wrist was ripped off Takara pulled the bracelet off, watching as the bracelet seemed to zoom through the air and over to where the statue of Domicus was.

Now Takara stood up, backing away from the fountain with Eveel growling as he stood in front of her. She reached down, picking him up while she stopped and watched as the statue of Alexia began to crack.

He stopped walking, and he stopped humming. Simply standing there, staring out into space. He felt a ripple along to the ground and walls. It wasn't much, more like dropping a tiny pebble into a lake. Normally he would have ignored something like that, dismissing it as the land moving. But the ripples kept going, staying at a steady pace. When ground moves, it is often pulsating in time and strength. So he knew something was different, whether it was good or evil. He didn't really want to know, but would probably check it out if it got worse. Whic he hoped it didn't.

Tamuril, while still lying on his bed, felt the slight rumble. Although barely noticeable, he knew it must have been something. "Got nothin' better to do." He said to himself, hopping off his bed and leaving his room to investigate. Of course it wouldn't be the easiest thing to investigate, considering that the rumble was very gentle and at times impossible to pick up.

Shock filled within Tamuril. His body stood before the door to Takara's garden, and the shaking obviously coming from the room. What would it be though? Tamuril didn't know, but he felt the sudden urge to find out. His hand slowly turned the doors handle and then his head peeking in to find out what was going on. "What... The...." Tamuril mumbled, watching the statue of Alexia beginning to crack. Off to the side was Takara. His eyes kept on the statue as he walked up to beside Takara. "Uhhh, what's going on?"
PostPosted: Sat May 06, 2006 9:52 am

Takara blinked before looking over at Tamuril, Eveel still growling in a protective manner as his scales went from a pearl black to a small shade of orange. "I do not know." Takara admitted, and just as her words ended the statue in the center of the fountain began to crack more. The cracks began to glow so brightly that Takara was forced to close her eyes. Then a loud: Crack! sound shot through the air, peices of the statue crumbling and actually falling off. Where the statue of Domicus was cracking could be heard as well, followed by another ear-piercing crack.

"Haraska es uvul!" The statue that was closest suddenly declared, the arms moving up and reaching out towards the sky along with the rest of the body. The white light made the rocks seemed to evaporate, and within mere seconds the statue was gone. In its place was a woman with smooth peerless skin, a long... cloth that covered up her entire body along with long, flowing hair that seemed to ripple over her back and front. Her hands lowered, and she turned her head and opened her eyes, revealing that she had the bizarre color of light pink eyes. She looked over at Tamuril and Takara, smiling sweetly at them. She jumped from her place in the center of the fountain, moving through the air, though it looked more like she was gliding. Now Takara could tell that was she was more of a long dress, the moved around freely with long hanging sleeves. There were simple yet beautiful designs on the dress, the dress being the same pure snowy white color as her skin and hair were. And lastly, on her forhead sat the diamond of air, hanging there from a tiara.

"...Alexia...." Takara whispered, knowing exactly who it was from the moment that the woman had appeared.

"Yes." Alexia nodded, still smiling while she let out a soft laugh that sounded closer to singing. She now looked past the two and over to Domicus, who was currently brushing the rocks off of his shoulders. Domicus himself had long dark brown-reddish hair, which was long and actually dipped down to his waist, though he kept it tied back in a low horse-tail with a red head-band that had an unknown symbol sewn into the front of it in gold. He himself wore something that actually looked similiar to Alexia's. He wore something that looked close to a uniform, a long coat that broke off at his shoulders while the front opened up around his waist. The back of the coat was cut from his ankles up and just went to his knees. On the borders of his dark red clothes were patterns, and on his arms her wore what looked like bandages, which were wrapped up to his elbow and his knuckles. On his legs were baggy pants, and on his feet boots. Takara easily noticed that what he was wearing looked like what the first soldiers of Trusar had used to wear, though there were still some differences. And around his neck was the jewel of fire, a soft glowing coming from the center.

"Damn does it feel good to be out of there!" Domicus declared loudly as he bent down, picking up a rock spear that the statue of himself had been holding. The moment that he wrapped his hands around it, the rock spear turned into a real one, the same color and patterns from his clothes on the weapon itself. Alexia ran past Takara and Tamuril, jumping up and hugging Domicus while laughing again. Domicus himself laughed as well, hugging his wife back. "I haven't been able to as much hold your hand for all of those years we were trapped in those blasted jewels, have I Alexia?"

"No my love."

Tamuril's put his arms over his eyes, blocking the light from blinding him. When he moved his arms to look at what happened, his eyes grew larger in amazement. In the statue of Alexia's place actually stood the body of her. "How..." Tamuril lightly whispered to himself, still far to amazed at what just happened.

Than the same light came from behind him, and there stood Domicus. Tamuril didn't really know what was going on but didn't really care to want to know. All he wanted to know was why they were standing before him. Domicus said that he wasn't able to hold his wives hand for all the time being trapped in the jewels. Before, Tamuril noticed that the Air and Fire Diamonds were cracked. That must have allowed them to leave their 'prison'.

Tamuril gave a light smile to the two as they hugged each other, for what was obviously the first in a very long time. He began to think that he'd probably being doing the same thing if Takara and Tamuril were in that situation. The arm closest to Takara went up and wrapped around her hip, pulling her body closer to his. "Watching them makes me glad we're still together..." Tamuril said to Takara, turning his head and looking at her.
