Deep Insaniity 1 - I'm using the original posting format, my bad. 2 - Refer to 1 3 - Ok... Considering you know, Sanbi (Water) and Suiton as my main... whatever. I can just defeat it with Lightning then. 4 - Thought Shinobi Skills were unique, not something that someone else made up. This is way too restricting. I have absolutely no creativity allowed over uniqueness. 5 - Now this is getting bullshit. I trained those. Whatever. I'll just quote them and then say that is my training. 6 - Fine. Behavior: Okami's Behavior changes no matter what situation he is in. Sometimes he could be extremly serious and then he'll suddenly act as if a three year old surrounded by candy.
Backstory: Okami's family is a little off the normal. His mother and father are both human puppets. They loved to show him how to make puppets and use them. One day they left him with his grandmother and Grandfather so that they may go and make puppets in secret but they left him with two of his favorite puppets that they made. His grandmother and Grandfather continued where his parents left off as they were also human puppet's and was also more skilled then them. They taught him how to fight while controlling puppets and all the neat things he could do with puppets. Now Okami has exceled in puppet usage and is currently on his way to becoming one of the best in the village.

Puppets
Jokai-This puppet is hidden in a black cloak like the Sandaime Kazekage puppet was. It looks like Karasu, Kankuro's puppet, only it has long black hair. It is equipped with poison tipped senbon in it's hands and arm pieces, as well as it's mouth. It also has a single blade in each of it's palms and both it's feet. It's limbs are also able to disconnect as Karasu's can and also has a hidden blade at the end of each limb.
Tenshu-This puppet is hidden in a larger black cloak that looks like Jokai's. This puppet is somewhat like a mixture of Kurorai and Hiruko. Tenshu is a defensive and strategy like puppet. It has the body structure of a human being with two legs and two arms but it is trully a puppet(Not a human puppet) It has long black hair and it can hold people inside of it's body like Hiruko. It's body is much more tougher then Jokai's and is stronger then Kurorai when it comes to defense but slightly weaker then Hiruko in the same catagory. It can release a large amount of poisounous gas from it's mouth and holes in it's palm. It can do the same thing with senbon. It's chest cavity can expand like Kurorai's to capture enemy though it is already learge enough to hold Okami in it if needed.

Burraku:1. Do you really have to be 7?... I mean, I know some characters in naruto were 6 when they graduated as Chuunin, but 7 is so young...
2. You don't start knowing any jutsu or genjutsu aside from the 4 in the profile format. Also, you cant access your second element until you area Chuunin.
3. Where do you keep the 200 senbons?

Biography: Koi was a young male in Kumogakure, and grew up under the order of the Raikage. He had always felt like there was a special presence, but wouldn't find out about it until later. He was under the supervision and trained by the Raikage's younger brother, but found the village to be boring, and wasn't full of ninja, like he wanted. He set out after defeating one of any opponents, gravely injuring the opponent. He ended up in Kirigakure, seeming at home. He had always bared the Mist Village Shinobi's physical appearances. Three Tails (Sanbi), Isonade
The three-tailed turtle is imbued within no one. The Sanbi lives in an ocean area and has remained uncaptured by any ninja until Akatsuki arrived.
Because Sanbi was "in the wild," he was weaker. This was because he could not properly control his power. Tobi was assigned to capture this demon and did so with the assistance of Deidara. An unconscious Sanbi was then taken back to Akatsuki's base of operations. There he was sealed away in the King of Hell Statue.
Description:
Sanbi is one of the "bijuu", a tailed beast of the ancient world. Seeking a way to create a ninja with a large amount of chakra that would be an unstoppable machine, the demons were placed inside shinobi. However Sanbi escaped such usage. It has a hard shell on its back and a big chakra source.Sanbi slumbers in the ocean and is free of any Jinchuuriki.
Restrictions:
This demon is allowed to make water from its chakra, but in doing so it will lose immense amounts of chakra. It cannot revert the water back to chakra or revert any water to chakra. Its shell is hard and takes a hard pressure to break it. Making it a good defense. This demon controls water but not ice, though its another form of it its still different.
Level of Demon:
Stage 1
When user under goes transformation his skin will harden as a turtle would, this would support them in combat. There eyes will change turtle like, overall his defense would have raise. If someone is to close the user may snap at them or swing away.
Stage 2
The host size will now increase to that of the demon, the demon abilities will be at max now that there is a host. The shelling of his body is are to get past, spewing water is common as the host need it to serve and move around. A simple smack with the tail can numb the body, over all the demon is master of water.
Fighting Style
Unbreakable shell, only able to be damaged at openings where flesh is shown (head), and also near incapable of fast offense and reliant on water and counterattacks. Sometimes dim-witted, but near impermeable; it's lack of brains it makes up in girth, and attacks are usually made as counters rather than offense.
Abilities:
• Control over water to a extent as it cannot remove water from living things. Like in the description you can make water but lose lots of chakra and the host would have hard skin.
• If you also have the element wind, you cannot create ice using wind and water element.
• Fast swimmer in any body of water.
• Cannot control water based attacks thrown at you that aren't your own, however you can overpower them or negating both.
• Can control natural water but not opponents water attacks.
• Foreign substances in the water will not be controlled only the water.
• Host can be out of water for too long, they need it in order to keep form and stay alive.
• Can use any water technique from the jutsu list at your ranking level.
Isonade's Hammer

A Jutsu that creates a Hammer out of Pure chakra when this hammer hits the ground geyser's of water shot through the groun in straight lines for up to a meter away. making this powerful if it hits or misses. geyser's last short amount of time.

A starnge Bubble of water is placed over the user. this buble basicaly Protects the user for up to two posts and stops any Jutsu's of B rank or Below can only be used twice perbattle.
Hydro Cannonball Cascade

Clouds From in the Sky's and Drips of Water seem to float up from the ground as they reach the sky they join togther creating massive Cannonballs in the sky witch fall at high speeds and are hard to dodge up to 20 can be created at once faling at different speeds and times.

a Hard technique to use but a powerful one to muster, a crack forms in the Ground and the user Hits the ground nearest with isonade's hammer and a huge 2 meter radious geyser Form's and rushes from the ground at boiling hot tempretures Bruning and Causing great damage.

after creating complex handsigns the user opens there mouth and creates a small deep lake, this is created by the user also changing the landscape slightly by stamping there Foot witch causes the ground to collapse by about 3 meter's - 15 foot. this technique is killer on the chakra front.

inhaling massive amounts of water and shooting them under water at an opponent making this technique hard to dodge as they would have to swim out of the way. if hits the emense pressure can also cause serious Damage.
Mist Illusion

Description: The user emits a mist from their body covering the whole area. This mist can't be blown away. Once this mist touches the opponent they will see what they fear most attacking them and causing them physical harm.

1. You need to choose a third custom weakness... something like a character quirk like arrogance, or pride which affects your character negatively.
2. Your shinobi skills is slightly lacking in the other details mentioned. I'll edit it for you.
3. The details of your secondary elements were removed... they are there for a reason, or rather to act as a reminder and avoid confusion. As a genin, you can only use your primary element. I'll add those details back in for you as well.
4. Your projectile/ninja tool holsters... some of them have a position, but no color, but others have a color but no position. Can you look over that area and make sure its accurate? thanks.

1. So, I don't get it. Why are you re-submitting your character? Did you kill him off or something and now you want him back? If that is the case, you could at the very least resubmit the character using the new format.
2. You can also think that it's BS all you like, but it supplies balance. Your character can still be incredibly unique and you can invent any custom jutsu you want... but when you make a Skill like "All my Lightning jutsu are 2x as powerful as normal" ... I'm sorry, that's just broken and unfair to everyone else.
3. Also, no one said they were supposed to strictly be bonuses, you just assumed that. (Incorrectly, I might add). It's simply a place to put certain characteristics of your Bloodline/Ninja Class so that the abilities (and non-abilities) of your character are easily seen and identified.
