elizabeth smiled "why not casper?" she asked softly as she placed a softly loving hand on her back "don't worry casper here is where you belong with me your brothers and sister and your father" she leaned over slightly placing the necklace in casper's hand "its your casper because when you think your unloved look at it and you'll see your loved" she placed a kiss on her head "i promise with my life and will nothing will ever harm you again not without killing me first"

casper why would you ever think that. as head of this headquaters i've train my fellow risers to accept their limitations and who they are. i would never ask you to be more then you can. they have torn you so much havent they." elizabeth sighed as she picked up the necklace and placed it on the table. she smiled softly to herself as she rose " it seems im going to have to do something about this. no one dares to harm my child let alone get away with it" she muttered to herself "strider is the only one they trust. hes their son but what happens if i were to intervene corrupt them from the inside" she sat down again and looked at casper. "casper can you tell me everything about the headquaters their. tunnels, secret doors, sercurity measures"

elizabeth smiled as she pulle out plans of the city and pulle out another set of plans. she looked them over carefully " want to help me in bringing them down for good." she smiled at her daughter. "i mean if you dont mind helping your mother in showing them how wrong they were about you"

elizabeth smiled " anything for my daughter"

Paradox walked right through the little 'moment' they were having, right into his room. Seconds later, he emerged with a small backpack full of his few belongings. He tossed a black metal wristwatch to Casper on the way out, the face having no actual clock. Instead the face appeared like liquid gold, rippling just around the surface. There was only one button to push, and he was pretty sure she would figure it out. To his 'mother,' he tossed a chip of a tooth and a broken, yellowed feather, the only pieces of his 'parents' he had held onto his entire life. Then he walked out the door again, not saying a word, heading straight for the City.

From the outside, the HQ looked quiet, but Casper was still incredibly careful as she eased the door open and slid in. "There's no way I'm getting through that little crack," Strider whispered to her and she rolled her eyes, opening the door a little more so he could slide through. She carefully closed the door and looked around. There didn't seem to be anybody outside of their rooms, which was probably a good thing.

Casper bit her lip and looked at the kitchen where Victoria had just gone. She motioned Strider to be quiet and follow her as she started tip-toeing to to the guest room she was staying in.
