One egg after another...crack plop...crack plop....crack plop...merf, how much did Jen eat? But that would depend on how hungry he was, too... Meh, eight would fill them both up. Isto relaxed slightly, thankful for the change of subject. "He's doing well. He grew too, ya know. Congrats, by the way. I think this is the first time I've seen you since you grew."

Jen watched carefully as Isto put eight eggs into the pan... eight no less... Jen hoped that Isto was hungry because Jen knew he wouldn''t be abe to eat that many eggs on his own, even wihtout the cereal... "Yeah... I'm much bigger now... and you can really see that muscles in my chest and shoulders... "Jen flexed and then realised what he was doing and stopped blushing... "I... um... I saw Banda... he looks good... " He looked down into his milkless cereal... and inwardly told himself off... just stop speaking if you can't stop... just don't speak...

Eggs really weren't all that filling when you thought about it... Especially if you didn't eat the yolks. Isto personally couldn't stand them. Nor could Moo, for that matter... Jack usually ate 'em. Isto chuckled softly, watching Jen out of the corner of his eye. "Aye, I noticed. I bet you'd be bigger than me in my adult stage. Beat me up easy, hmm?" He absently flipped a few of the eggs, yawning. "Banda's really enjoying being an adult. He's all proud and whatnot... Seems like he's been avoiding everyone, though. I'm not sure why..."

Seems to me that I haven't really seen anyone around at all... I keep hearing that the others my age are all grown too... but I haven't seen any of them.. the only one that I've seen is Wuto and only then as he was driving away to the beach... " He watched Isto flip eggs... "Can I get the milk please... " Then he started thinking about Banda... "You really don't know why Banda's avoiding everyone? Maybe he's got a crush on someone.... I think maybe Tam might like him."

"I really haven't seen anyone... Kinda been hiding out at home. But it's not really safe there anymore, so.. Meh, nevermind. I saw Endy last night. She's going to be a fifth stager soon, I believe. Wonder what she'll look like..." He trails off, then laughs, flipping the final few eggs. "These are almost done... Hmm? Oh, right, milk." He scoops up the jug of milk from its spot on the counter, walking over and setting it on the table beside Jen. He then walked over to a cabinet and removed two glasses and two plates, setting the glasses on the table and taking the plates back to the stove for the eggs. "Maybe... yeah, you're mom and Tam's mom are sisters, aye? I'd be surprised if Tam liked him, though... They just don't seem like they'd get along."

Jen blushed... I dunno... I just thought that.... I don't know wy I thought it. Endy? I don't think I ever really met her... but I'm glad that she gets to go fifth.... I hope that someday I get to go fifth... It'd be easier to keep my fur straight if it was only on my head.... " He grinned and staightened his ear fur.... "Why's it not safe at your house... " He grinned... "afraid your brother will do the same to you that you did to moo? I admire that work you know... "

"Endy..." Isto blinked, scooping eggs onto each plate. "I don't really know what to think of Endy. She's always been nice to me. We even went to the circus once when I was younger...but I've also heard she's pure evil, so..dunno. She's nice to me, so I'm nice to her." He turned off the stove, then picked up both plates, walking over to the table and setting them down. "Meh, I betcha you'll get it sooner or later. It'll be interesting to see how you look. Everyone looks pretty much alike as SMs, but very...very different as fifth stagers. S'fun." Instead of grinning, he grimaced slightly, shrugging and taking a seat. "Thanks... Personally I like it, but Moo kinda flipped when she saw. Anywho... Mauli and I had an argument. Remy got all mad that I apparently 'hurt her', and attacked me. I fought back.." He sighed, trailing off, after a few seconds shrugging. "I'd just rather stay away right now, s'all."

Jen listened to Isto's speech and then sighed... two parts of the speech caught his attention... Isto and Mauli had argued... but Jen knew that Isto liked mauli so he figured that they'd get back together.... then there was that other part... "You're wrong, you know.... about all the adult Sm's being the same... it's not that way at all... maybe sometimes you can't see the differences, but they're always there.... Yours just happened to be on the outside... and I would like to go fifth... But then It wouldn't solve any problems... " He sighed and poked at his cheerios...

"Oh, I know they're not all the same..." He shrugged, poking at his eggs with his fork. "No two beings are exactly the same... 'cept clones, and twins I think... I'm just saying the differences, other than color, aren't as noticable. Everyone has skull masks, so you can't even really distinguish faces. And then you go fifth stage, and... BAM! You know?" It was obvious his mind wasn't on the subject, however. After a moment, he asked, "Problems?"

Jen's mind raced and he tried to think if he'd said anything he hadn't meant to.... "No.... just .... I was talking in general.... It's the same afterwards.... so... " he realised that he was only digging his little hole deeper but couldn't stop himself... " even though you're fifth stage... you don't... um... really change....so then youstillwontbenoticedbythepeopleyouwanttobenoticedby.... it doesn't really matter... but that's that... and it applys to everyone.... sort of." He cringed trying to sort ot what he'd just said for himself..

"Oh," he answered simply. He had finally begun eating, and finished his bite of egg before speaking. "I...wouldn't say that." And it was true, wasn't it? Mauli hadn't really noticed him until he'd turned fifth stage... Well sure, they'd been friends, but nothing more. And then they were both fifth stage and BOOM, they were snogging. Kinda a nice thought, actually... Wait, BAD. Isto hit himself on the side of the head, then, grinning sheepishly, took another bite. "I bet more people notice you than ya think... That's how it was for me, anyway."

Jen gave Isto a horrible look... "You had a metal arm!.... You're biggest difference was on the outside where everyone could see it... and so everyone noticed you... and you won't believe me but everyone liked you.... But what if that wasn't true... what if your biggest difference was on the inside... and then you were just a plain colour like brown... we're not talking about me you know... but what if that was the case and then you knew that you had a big diffence... as big as a metal paw but no one could see it and you weren't even sure that you wanted them too... "He took a bite of his eggs... " how would you feel then?"

Isto winced slightly from the anger in Jen's glare, and after a moment looked away. Sighing, he propped his head up on his normal hand, staring at his eggs, all hunger forgotten. "The difference between you an' me, Jen, is that you want to be noticed and I...don't. You want to stand out. You want to have some reason for people to look at you and think 'Woah!'. I...don't. I've always stood out for my arm. I don't want people to remember me by that. I want people to remember me for me." Again he sighed, glaring at the wall. "People think of me as some kind of robot... It never occurs to them that I have opinions...likes, dislikes, feelings... It's always physical."

Jen started to cry... not a gushing of tears, but rather one or two tears following him blushing... "You're not listening to me... Here I am telling you that it's not always physical..." Jen pushes his eggs away... mostly untouched and then lets his head droop.... "I'm not much hungrier but I do thank you for the eggs...." then het gets down off his chair and walks to the door... "I've always known that you had feelings you know... you and Banda and Blu and Wuto and all the other Sm's.... I thought that you knew that..... but I was wrong... I'm sorry that you and Mauli fought and I hope you manage to work things out... " And with that he walked out of the room... but he didn't leave the Hq... there might not be anyone there but it was still one of the only places that he really felt at home.... so he went to the den and settled himself on the window seat and played a song... listeneing to it, one would guess that Jen wasn't happy right now...
((eipe... can't stop being dramatic *dies a dramatic death and then sits up and whispers "sorry for all the drama" and dies again... ))
