Xavier splashed her back, so that by now both of them were almost completely drenched. "Well, it depends on what the challenge is. Lets hear it, Summer." He said to her with a widening smirk. He had nodded amiably, finally understanding, after Roman told him of the 'new visitor' in the barn. Maybe, he thought, after our little dare tonight, we can go visit the barn. The dare between Summer and himself had still not left his mind, of course.
Xavier did not realize Nanina had left until he looked around and realized that the girl team was outnumbered by now. "... Good question. Where did she go?"
Kahlilia was watching the war of paper towels and water, standing back by Roman and laughing. She wasn't sure if she wanted to join or not, so she was simply a spectator for the time being. Of course, the girl still felt shy and still pondered the benefits, which in comparison greatly outweighed the -negative- consequences. However much her mind told her to join and bring the girl team to victory, though, her legs would not move.
When she saw Nanina storm out of the kitchen, her eyes grew wide and curious, blinking. "Do you think she's okay?" She said in a voice that sounded like a whisper, even though she did not expect an answer. What was she upset about? She decided not to poke around in the other's business.

Emily straightened up when she felt Keith tickling her a bit. She sighed and placed her hand over the one that was tickling her to stop him. Emily leaned back and rested her head on his shoulder. She saw Nanina getting frustated over something and didn't dare ask.

"Let's see the challenge is to see if you can catch me. If you can there's a prize in it for you if you can't then I get a prize from you," Summer said smiling. "So how about it you up for that challenge? I think I made Nanina mad or something she might have stormed out of her." Summer said mysteriously.

"What kind of prize?" Xavier asked her in a deepening tone of voice, raising his eyebrows and - with caution, due to the fact Chris was in the room - put his hand on her shoulder. He was still smirking quite widely, and was also beginning to blush as thoughts ran through his mind like a hurricane.
Xavier couldn't help but be completely oblivious to the situation, and due to that he probably didn't realize he sounded pretty stupid when he said, "What would... why would Nani be mad?"

"I don't know why she is jea-- um, I man mad," Summer said. "If you want to know what the prize is you have to catch me. One, two, three, go," Summer said laughing and smirking then took off running.

Xavier laughed and began to chase Summer. The brown haired girl he had seen earlier, Kahlilia, quickly got out of the way and the chase proceeded outside. The kitchen is too small for a full-blown chase, Xavier thought. Besides, I need to dry off. His shirt was still completely drenched from the boys vs. girls war, and so was his general upper-body area.
As he ran out the door, Xavier saw Nanina. "Hi Nani!" He said cheerfully to her, breathing quickly as he continued to run.

Summer ran around the side of the barn and behind it out of everyone's view, "Come get me if you can," she called out to him. She then spotted a ladder and climbed up it and through the window to the hayloft above the barn. She then poked her head out and watched for Xavier.

Roman shrugged when Kahlilia asked her question. "I really don't know," he said softly. "I can't think why she wouldn't be. She seemed to be having fun. But I don't know her very well, so I couldn't say."

Shannon unloaded the bags and then washed her hands.
Keith stopped tickling Emily. He rested his chin on the top of her head and smiled at nothing in particular. You okay? He asked softly as B headed for the barn.
Nanina waved, then playfully flipped X off smiling brightly as she entered the barn. She hadn't seen Summer go in there, and she was soon drawn to the new colt.

" yes I am." Emily replied closing her eyes and allowing herself to relax as they entered the barn.
She wondered where everyone else was since it seemed quite for her. But Emily could live with that. Her hand squeezed his and her eyes opened.
" Anything you want to do tonight?" Emily asked.

Xavier noticed the playful gesture Nanina had given him and returned it with a peace sign on both of his big hands. He was glad to see her smiling, because whenever somebody mentioned another person being mad or upset, his automatic response was to think it was because of him. He remembered how he had accidentally stumbled upon the crying girl, and how worried he had been. Not because of his own thoughts, but because she had never told them what had been wrong. Wierd, Xavier thought, how I'm just now remembering that...
Xavier was still running at full speed, and so he nearly fell down when Summer turned into the barn and climbed the ladder. He skidded to a stop, sounding like a fast-going car on the freeway slamming on its brakes at the last second. Funny, how that kind of thing works.
Since he wasn't very far away from Summer, he climbed the ladder, found her, and smiled. "Hi." He said simply, breathlessly.
"True enough." Kahlilia said airily. She looked around the room, and once she saw that the room was emptying, she turned to Roman. "Want to head to the mess hall? I saw it on the way over here, theres probably some good stuff there." She smiled a little, trying to hide her growing hunger. She was very shy about eating or even mentioning general hunger infront of others, because she felt they would think Jeez, shes so fat! She should eat less.
Of course, she was very skinny, and a person could even say that she had a petite figure. Short and very skinny body build, small, baby-like facial features but with big eyes, long hair, and what most people would like to call "mosquito bite" breasts.
The girl was blushing a little.

"Hi," Summer said smiling. "Did you have a good chase?" she asked him, "it's not over yet if you don't hurry," she said smiling inching away from were the ladder was.

"Oh really now?" Xavier said with a smirk. He put his hand on her shoulder again and kissed the top of her nose, then her neck to show that he was anticipating something, anything, the... dare. The dare, he thought. Every time it creeped into his mind, it snaked to the tip of his tounge. However, he didn't say anything, he just kneeled beside her and smirked.
