I'm sorry, but Burn has a pretty strict policy disallowing any sort of advertisement of other guilds except for affiliates. The reason for this is because if you're going to advertise your guild in Burn, it's only fair if you advertise Burn in your guild in return; &, obviously, that's what affiliation is all about. If you're interested in affiliating with Burn, see the thread titled "Affiliates" in Burn's main forum for more information.

Today was dull. But yesterday, after a long, painful, cold day of work (I run a ski lift. It was snowing, and I was managing huge masses of inexperienced, occasionally bratty, kids.), I picked up my cell phone, and noted a text message, two missed, calls, and a voicemail all from my girlfriend that summed up to "Meet me for dinner after work? biggrin "
I was scheduled to get off work an hour after she was, and she knows that I usually actually get to leave a half hour to an hour after I'm scheduled (dependent upon snow conditions). She ended up waiting around town for two hours, albeit impatiently, just to have dinner with me at 11PM. She even paid for it. sweatdrop
We'd had plans to meet the night before, but they messed up something at my work and I ended up having to stay until midnight, when I was supposed to get off at 9. stressed
So it was just super awesome. Between our jobs and my classes, we just so rarely get to see eachother... there are some days that I'm cheered up just by passing a car that might possibly be hers, or hearing one of her favorite songs. sweatdrop
Call me a sap, but that made my week

work was hectic today, the weather was bad and a lot of people called off and I was pulling double duty to keep on top of everything. After work I stoped at the 24 hour subway on the way home and the lady behind the counter had an... energetic outlook which was refreshingly out of place for 12:30 at night.
