Tibarn perked his ear and sighed. He hadn't expected Melethia to seek his company so soon, but he had made a promise. He pointed a finger at Vika and growled, "Never mind. You'll meet me to talk in private later." He turned back and stalked out the door, sighing. He hadn't expected being in a room with a real morph to infuriate him so... he didn't know why. They smelled like old Serenes to him, or they gave off the same feel. The feel of deadness, of life that was throttled and mangled and torn asunder.

He took a deep, slow breath to relax himself, then made his way down the stairs again. By the time he got down there, Melethia was nowhere to be found, but he grinned over at Janaff and lightly patted a startled Lyre's back. "Hey, I heard Melethia calling for me."

[I was actually gonna PM you, since Tibarn and Janaff would probably have at least B support, standard. XD It'd work like Pent/Louise convos, they have A support, but you can still unlock their support convos.]

Tibarn grinned at Janaff, flapping his wings once. "Yeah, yeah... I decided I wanna talk to Vika alone. Don't worry about it." He chuckled softly, then reached up to scratch at the back of his neck. "That party's today, right? How's that work, we need to take dates?"

Lyre, to her own surprise, gave a slight jump. Usually she was better at sensing when people were coming up behind her... She stuck her tongue out at Janaff as he went up the stairs.

"Melethia is out and about, I think... I haven't seen her in a while." Her tail swished back and forth lightly of it's own accord.

"Pretty much. I think Rhys just wanted to have a party to show himself off at, honestly. There aren't any requirements or anything, people don't even have to show up if they don't want too... but it's supposedly a neutral event, no tearing each others' throats out." She looked at Janaff with a smug expression.

"Why so worried? Afraid of girls?"

She wasn't flustered in the least at the attention she was being paid. Lyre was a popular girl in Gallia.

Why, that... The youthful-faced hawk crossed his arms and turned away from Lyre's smug look to scowl, a childish expression to attempt to hide the fact that he was blushing from embarassment. He was over a hundred years old, of course he wasn't afraid of girls!

"...I just don't want to leave the king's side, that's all." He lied, pouting. It was a bad one- especially since Tibarn was going to get a date himself, apparently. The bird laguz facepalmed in further shame, thanking his wings for hiding his face from this angle.

He grinned. "Well, of course. But what say we go together, Lyre? Just to keep an eye on our friends, right?" He offered her a little wink, folding his wings down and leaning on the table, jutting his chin aside in a jaunty smirk.

NOW what was she talking about?! Oh. Okay, it was time to shut up before he made it worse. Besides, he was too MATURE to take revenge on Lyre for those jokes. Of course.

Not wanting to interfere with the King's flirting any further, the hawk exhaled his irritation away and waved a hand in goodbye over his head before stuffing both hands in his pockets, finally leaving to go visit Vika upstairs.

Since he wasn't going to be around Tibarn for the party, he fully intended to sate his curiosity about the morphs by, say, picking one to annoy for its entire duration. First though, why not see if he can meet the one who was somewhere in the building right now?
