'But you've not been gone that long...' She surveyed the blood and mud that encrusted his clothing. 'You need to get to the medical station. Uh...guess I ought to help you up.'

'...Heh, sounds like you've certainly got a story or two to tell,' Nalini replied, humouring the Captain, convinced that be was becoming deluded.
Awkwardly, she headed over to him, helping him back onto his feet, trying to steady him.

I killed the entirety of a small village, and challenged both a king, and my future self, to the rights to the kingdom...
The hair on my face is no mistake either... getting a shave in that era is no easy challenge.
I do seem to recall something... is it regret? I do not know...

'If you can randomly go back in time and become a king, you can probably do anything,' Nalini replied, half sarcastically, as she tried to reposition MK, to prevent him from falling back down onto the tiles below, and steered him in the direction of the medical bay.

's**t,' Nalini cursed, kneeling down beside the fallen Captain. She reached out to grab a hold of his arm, half expecting for her hand to pass through him, but found that he was still solid. She placed his arm around her shoulders, attempting to lift him back up again.

For a moment, all is silent, and then... His body appears to split in two. After a moment, it become clear, that the second is not in fact a double, but Raven- leaving his body. MK becomes Opaque again, and faints, and Raven stands to her feet.

For far too long, I have watched over this man. He was once my mentor, a co worker- and even the man I secretly loved. I could not pass on after my own death, mostly because I felt that I had not finished what i needed to in life. The other bit is thanks to the experiment I had agreed to be the personal subject of. Ever since Koth tried to kill him, I showed him my true feelings, and all this time, It has been in vain. He never loved me, and he never will.
This man can die now, for all i've care. Everything i've been forced to witness... it sickens me. I will be his crutch no longer.
