She experienced a brief sensation of butterflies in her belly when he mentioned dealing with Kari. It went away, though, compromise, huh? She thought, I don't want to know what that compromise was, do I? She asked cautiously. She flushed even more, "Aw shucks...." She said ducking her head down, "I'll ask my bro if I can be posted here. He hasn't got any agents here so he'll probably say yes."

Not unless you enjoy irony... Dorien replied before looking towards the stairs, Your did well with your father's injuries. he said with a slight nod, I don't smell the iron anymore.

((Yeah, but it's so adorable! whee )) Goldie laughed, "Of course it does. Generally when two people find that they are compatible they become a couple." She gave him a butterly kiss, brushing the tip of her nose against his, "Now then....I'm tired." She said abruptly and frowned, "I'm sorry, I'd love to romp with you but turning into a puppet for the witch and then back again is draining." Iron, irony... She giggled, Thank you. Mothers so happy now, I am as well. And I'm glad you're back....you seem unharmed. She frowned when she saw a smudge of blood on his neck, A little dirty but unharmed.

Karrot woke up and realized his timer had failed to go off. He looked towards where the Brothers had been but it was empty of them. Karrot stood up and looked around the room, his eyes became wide at what he saw.
A large tub in the middle of the room, to water just lightly steaming, a tin of soap, and several types of brushes.
Karrot knew what this ment, he ran out of the building as fast as he could and ran headlong into Roma's knees. He looked up at Roma, who looked down at him with a smirk, Aron behind him with a similar expression.
Karrot stood up and said nervously,
"A-Aron, Roma! Y-You're feeling better I see! So, What's up?"
Roma's smirk grew wider.
"Karrot, there is a wedding tomorrow. When one attends a wedding, one must look presentable. Nice clothes, they mustn't stink. and most of all, they must have bathed recently."
"B-B-Bathed? But it isn't even that time of the month yet."
"This will be in addition to your 'end of the month bath'.
You do not want to offend the guests, especially when you're the cook."
Karrot looked back and forth between the Brothers, his eyes greatly paniced.
"....uh..... bu.... I..."
Karrot sputtered out snippets of words for a few more seconds.
Then he bolted between Roma's legs and sped down the street, vanishing into the crowd.
"He always runs."
"Thiss will be fun"
The Brothers' smirks broke out into full smiles as they gave chase in the direction in which Karrot vanished.

"Well then," Tyran said taking her hand within his, "I'll bring you back to the Nocturne." When they appeared within the nightclub, he barely notcied the new decorations, or anything else for that matter. He was....flying high with the fact that he had a girlfriend.

Kari couldn't harm me, not in the way she wished. Dorien said after a moment, She wanted to dishonor me as a father and not as a warrior which is the only way she could have truly hurt me.

Goldie too was only vaguely aware but was because she was so tired. She let Tyran lead her wherever they were going, moving in a foggy haze of exhaustion. Magnolia looked a bit uphappy, I'm sorry I couldn't be friends with her. Having a girlfriend would have been fun. She smiled. The smell of food made her stomach growl and hunger pains set in, Oh yeah, I'm famished. She said and turned in his arms and pointed towards the kitchen, Set a course for the Realm of the Kitchen! She said dramatically.

The Brothers ran through the crowds, but Karrot was far ahead of them, creating tremors from different locations to throw them off, not to mention he was hiding inside a statue he made from dirt and sand.

(Sorry for not having posted in a while... Sickness and schoolwork have kept me occupied.)
Othello blinked and looked around. He was still in the Lotus base, but he wasn't sure exactly where. It was then he realized he was sprawled on the floor by the entrance. He stumbled a little getting up and rubbed his head. The best idea that came to him was he had blacked out while in his rage of storming out of the infirmary. Still rubbing his head, he sat down on one of the closer chairs and thought about where he should go next.
I guess Lina finished what she had to... I don't feel anything out of the ordinary going on... But is Quinn alright?
He returned to the infirmary only to find it deserted, but strangely clean and orderly. "Quinn wouldn't have cleaned this up... At least not readily. Kiran maybe?" His mind quickly wandered through the few encounters he'd had with her and snagged a bit of information that might be useful. Turning back around, he headed towards the training room and stopped at the door.

Friends? Dorien would have strted on a whole tangent about Kari, but Magnolia didn't exactly give him a chance to. He merely followed her into the kitchen and stayed silent.

Rike slowly entered the base, with a drastically weakened daughter in his arms and another who clearly needed some peace and quiet.
"Lina, why don't check on your people. I'll watch over Ms. Wrath over here." he said after a moment. Lina merely nodded before walking away, "And Remus...it would be wise if you just...stayed out of her way. Remember, you have a wedding tomorrow." he then walked off in the opposite direction, straight towards the infirmary.

((if anyone else is unable to do anything else, I'm bored, just... Help find Karrot, it is something to do.))
Karrot watched the Brothers pass him by, but they rapidly spun around and started running toward Karrot, despite his hiding place. He quickly transformed the statue around him into a ladder and he climbed up to the roof of a nearby building, dissolving the ladder behind him and returning the sand to his bag. Karrot began to jump along the rooftops as the Brothers attempted to get to the rooftop themselves.
