I had a very interesting walk.
I found a suitable tree, climbed as high as I could, sat in it for a while listening to my mp3 player, then went walking across the gravel pit.
It was really hot and I was overcome by the urge to feel the sun on my skin. So I took my shirt off and walked around for a bit under the sun. A couple of people passed me and gave me weird looks, and I just smiled at them. The first time it was difficult, but it only got easier every time it happened. Eventually it didn't bother me at all.
Sat on a cement block for a while, listening to music and thinking. Someone walking their dog with their kids came by and told me that I was dressed indecently and that I should be ashamed of myself. I shrugged my shoulders and said that I didn't believe the human body was indecent. She hmph'd and I heard her telling her kids as she walked away never to behave like that 'bad lady'. And they were all like 'why?' and she was all like 'because it's just not appropriate.' And they were all like 'why?' and she said 'that's just the way it is.'
And I came to an interesting conclusion.
Maybe the kids have more to teach the parents than the parents do the kids.
