Jack, seeing as how he was still a monkey, was better able to pick up on things like demonic auras, and it was making him nervous. He jumped up into the trees, somehow feeling a bit safer up there.

Yuta was also getting a bit uncomfortable, he had learned during school how to sense things like that, and he walked a bit closer to Nina, just in case.
Nina noticed everyone else nervous and heard Miroku. She held onto her computer tighter.

Jack let out a monkey yelp when Inuyasha pulled him. He frowned, and grumbled, "It's not cowardice, it's an extended sense of self-preservation..."
((I made a joke like that to my sister earlier today, so I just had to make Jack say it. xp lol))
