Joker blinked and then slapped Kalore across the face, hard. "First off, don't yell at me. I couldn't make it in the military because of it. Secondly, I'm trying to help you understand that blasted demon to see if there is a loophole around his defenses. Thirdly, if you think I'm just talking to you because I want to pity you, your wrong....Dead wrong. I could care less if I wished but I care which sucks because when you have a sh*t load of voices in your head, you have to care. Now sit your a** down and calm the f*ck down." He said, sharply. It was so rare that Joker was like this, cursing and everything.
Sighing softly he smiled a bit. "You mean....Your being fitted? Hmmm tell them to give you something in red...I think you would look great in red." He said, smiling more as he was disappearing from his apartment, using his invisible ability to find Dusk and to be there in the same room, of course no one would know or hear him unless he wished. Not everyone could have a guardian angel anyways, except for Dusk. He was Dusk's "guardian angel." "Behave yourself Dusk or I'm not going to come to you."

Head to the side for a moment, Kalore’s eyes narrowed before he simply gave into what it was that he himself was trained to do as well. He was a fighter, something that a lot of people forget. Yes, the blonde mostly was distance, but he was fast and he was strong. He had to be. With quick speed, his leg was up and a roundhouse kick was placed on Joker as he looked to be in a relaxed position but his muscles were tense, ready for a fight and almost wanting to fight. Kalore was never like this but… “Why should I?” His voice was low, hiding pain and sadness behind anger and coldness.
“He doesn’t listen so why the hell should I? He doesn’t give a s**t so…” He shook his head again as his nails were digging into his palms. Why had Monty done this? Why couldn’t he just listen to him? Kalore had never lied to him! He had told him everything… everything that Monty asked, at least. The pills were coming less and less frequently but yes, he was still on them. His body needed them to function properly but he was learning how to get on without them. Why couldn’t Monty just see that? Why wouldn’t he listen?!
Dusk growled before she stomped her foot, “I don’t want to be in red! This freaking green and blue is enough!” There was a chuckle as Rave was leaning against the wall, there to make sure the woman didn’t attack the poor seamstress. Hearing the man, though, Dusk soon was whining. “I just want this to be over… Why do I have to be in a dress anyway? Pants, shirt, boots, gloves, jacket… They all work great!”

Kyoshi chuckled as he walked over to Dusk and touched her cheek lightly a ghostly touch that no one would know happened to her. Taking the phone away he learned close to her ear. "Perhaps because I think your beautiful in red instead of looking like a tree, my beautiful Queen." He whispered in her ear. This man made ninjas look like amatuers.
Joker blinked up at the ceiling then sat up, wiping the blood from his lip. "Then your a damned fool if you assume as much. Tell me what the hell happen and I'll let you know if you got reason to stay away from Monty. Otherwise, I'm going to hurt you and that won't be good." He twitched twice and frowned, trying to calm himself down.

“He already told me not to go anywhere near him again.” Voice hissed through his teeth, his body was shaking as Kalore fought not to attack Joker again and to keep his voice down. Both men were dangerous but Joker could do more damage than Kalore could right now and that was something that he knew very well. “I’m apparently a liar and someone that isn’t to be trusted and someone that he wants nowhere near him. Happy? Now go away and leave my home, Joker. I may as well not come back so just leave me be.” He couldn’t take being that close to Monty… he just couldn’t do it. If he was around Monty and all he got were those cold words, cold looks, and indifference… it would kill him. Kalore couldn’t take that again.
Eyes widening just a bit, Dusk continued to speak into the phone, “Fine, fine… I’ll tell them. Now buzz off and get ready… and get your a** here soon.” She knew that he was there with her… which was surprising and pretty awesome, but no one else needed to know it. Flicking off the phone, it was tossed against her bed as she felt Kyoshi near her, beginning to calm just a bit as she smiled some. “Finish this and then just make something else. Something that doesn’t make me look like some short plant…” The seamstress nodded and quickly was gone from the room, as was the councilman. He simply said that they would continue this later as Rave was shooed as well. Turning in her heels and beautiful blue dress, Dusk was a vision. She looked perfect but… it just wasn’t her style. “How… How did you do that?”

Kyoshi showed himself once everyone else was gone and once Dusk spoke to him. Wrapping his arms around her, he held her close and kissed her softly. "You look so beautiful, I could turn into a poet and sing about it." Which he wouldn't because he was a terriable singer and couldn't be poetic unless his life depended on it. Nuzzling her cheek he grinned. "Your amazing in this Dusk. I look forward to other dresses like these so I can take them off you." He whispered and winked.
The insane man pushed the elf back to sit on the couch. "Shut up. What caused him to call you a liar? Did he find out about something that you should have told him by someone else's mouth? Or did you let something slip and he's just overreacting?" He asked, hitting the nail on the head with the first thing he said. "If it's the second one then let him cool down, if it's the first one.....Big mistake boyle." He said, scowling at Kalore and daring the elf to take a shot at him.

Dusk almost had it in her to glare at the man with his last comment, but soon her arms were around him as she kissed Kyoshi gently. “I think that you need to behave yourself better… Rave probably suspects something… but so far I think that he’ll let me be.” He hadn’t even been the person that had been bothering her the most. The people that were had been the council. They had been really bothering her… not that she could do anything about it, sadly.
Dusk could pitch a fit but that wouldn’t help any of them yet. What would help them would be to… to do what? To just lie down and take all of this? She hoped not… Dusk had never been very good at this. “But… oh well. You’re allowed here under the name of servant… so… yeah. You can’t go anywhere without me or Rave fi you want to be visible.” Another kiss and there was an apologetic look in her eyes. She hoped that this wouldn’t be long term…
Body shaking, Kalore was shaking his head more as he finally clammed up again. The anger was gone as he knew that he could beat the s**t out of Joker and if he actually was able to beat him completely, which was a bit more possible than some people thought, then it wouldn’t help anything. Gambler would probably come after him and then… he didn’t want to think of it. So he didn’t. Kalore did something that he had taught himself to do years ago. His body stilled completely and he was beginning to shut down his mind, putting himself on something nearing automatic. Kalore had been able to rely on this for a while… and it was hard to snap him out of it. Very… very, very hard.

Kyoshi raised a brow. "Servant? What would my duties be?" He asked, thinking that if that was the only way he would be able to be around Dusk then he would do it. Sure he's done other crazy things but again this was better than risking his life out there. It was a nice change of pace if Dusk gave him that chance, though it did put a blackmark on him since he was the lover of Dusk and now a servant if he wanted to stay with her.
Joker sighed and ran a hand over his face. "Damn you kick hard." He cradled his head gently. "I think...I forgot my meds." Oh well, not much he could do right now. "So you know, I think Monty is hurt. Whatever it is that happened, he's hurt and if you know him long enough you know it. Yes he's an a**hole and he does it better than anyone but....Underneath that, he might be hurt about something that was said. If I knew the details I could tell you." He said, looking down. "I'm sorry I hit you. I think I should have drank some meds in order to calm down."

The woman shrugged, “I don’t know… I don’t want you as something like that because we’re equal but apparently that was the only way that the council would allow it. Well, for now.” She snickered as she shook her head once more. Dusk would begin to make changes so that she would be able to do what it was that she needed to do. Once that was done then she would be able to get what it was that she wanted.
She really was a good leader but sometimes it took a while for things to be able to come into place for things to work out. It would work, however… it had to. “They’ll probably have you as a serving boy for dinners and balls and things… other than that, I have no idea. Rave is trying to see if there’s something like a ‘personal servant’ only position that you can have. We just don’t know with all of this crap that’s going on. All of this is just too new.”
With his mind and body completely still, Kalore was able to tell Joker the things that Gambler had said, but no more. That was what had caused all of this and as he spoke, he was completely detached. There was no pain, no emotion… nothing. He simply was telling a story in a monotone manner, making sure that he couldn’t relate anything of it. It was as if he had just seen a car crash and he didn’t care and was simply relaying the information to him with nonchalance. Joker wanted to know so… there. He now knew.

"Ah f*ck. Really?" Joker ran a hand through his hair and started to pace impatiently. "What the hell is wrong with Eri saying something like that? Sheesh, Monty must be in pain and stupid at the sametime for being so damned blind to the point of turning you away." Yeah there was a reason that Monty flipped out but why should have shared that. "You know the reason why he flipped no? Well then, it's up to you if you want to know....Otherwise..." Poor Kalore. He was being bothered by the insane man. Sitting down he looked down like a child waiting for the principle.
Shrugging some, Kyoshi kissed Dusk's forehead. "Then if you wish for me to stay here but invisible I'll do so until you get settled. If anything, take one thing at a time. Alright?" He said with a big smile, loving being this close to her.

Eri… Kalore needed to speak with him, actually. Seeing as Monty wasn’t taking him back then why should he be near where the man could come and harm him? Logically, Kalore knew that Monty wouldn’t do that. He wouldn’t seek out the elf just to give him hell. Monty wasn’t that petty. But the elf wasn’t thinking logically as he didn’t answer Joker. Sure, Monty must have had a reason to have flipped out like that… or he simply wasn’t someone that wanted the elf around so he just jumped at the chance to get rid of him. Yeah… that had to have been it. So Joker didn’t get a reply from the man as he continued to just stare off, unspeaking.
Keeping close to the man, Dusk nodded but there was a look of concern on her features. “But… is that going to cause any problems for you? Like… you’ve got jobs and all that… I know that I’m going crazy already without being able to do my job.” Not that Kyoshi seemed to like her job… but Dusk did. In fact, she really liked her job.

Sighing softly, the insane man continued to look at his hands. "You know it's hard for you to understand this but....I'll tell you the reason or possible reason why Monty flipped out completely about that." He started to rock himself back and forth.
"We used to have a bigger group than what we have now. We used to lose them while doing a job or targetted like the Twins. Yet only once did we lose someone to drugs. Like he was an abuser and it was hard on all of us because he was a great guy, like a brother to us who just couldn't stop. I think we all are afraid of that. Why do you think Monty has to give me pills or remind me the amount I need to take? I forget. If I forget I might take more than I need and that can't happen." Joker rocked himself faster to calm his turmoiling mind in remembering this.
"I guess Monty pushed you away because he couldn't lose a brother in arms to meds that even help. Especially you when you come closer to him than the rest of us you know? But he's too stupid to not stop and let you know that."
Kyoshi shrugged. "What problems is that going to cause me? I already missed you in the apartment so why not be here even while invisible." He said, stroking Dusk's cheek lightly.

“But he didn’t ask me.” The story was bad and he knew that. Kalore understood why someone would flip out but… Monty had seen him in the elevator when he needed his pills. It wasn’t horrible but it could get that way if they were just suddenly gone. Kalore knew that and most people knew that so he couldn’t just drop them completely. He hadn’t been lying to the man when he said that he didn’t feel the need to take them when he was around Monty, and he didn’t. Kalore could only recall a handful of times when he had been on them with him and then taking another. Monty stopped him from doing that but there were still times, yes. If he wasn’t going to listen to that, however, then what was the point?
Standing up once more, his voice never changed and he never looked at the insane man. Everything in his body had gone past pain and was numb. So, so very numb. “Go home, Joker. I will call Monty one more time but if he won’t listen then that’s that. He has his reasons and I have my own. I need to go somewhere, however.” He began to walk off, heading back to his bedroom and the bed. The phone was somewhere around there…
She smiled a bit, nodding. “Okay.” Kissing him softly, Dusk kept close before she began to move to find her normal clothes. This dress was annoying… but as she turned her back, it was obvious that they had made her hair grow out again. Apparently it wasn’t ‘proper’ for a woman to have her hair above her shoulders in their community… so they had made it grow to reach her mid-back. They wanted it longer but… that was one of the main times that the seamstress learned to fear her new queen.

The angel noticed her hair was long. "How did you get your hair to be so long? Extensions?" He asked, running his fingers through her long strands. Kyoshi liked it but at the same time he didn't because he was used to her short hair. "It's pretty." He kissed her cheek lightly.
Joker sighed and shook his head, not saying another word but continuing to rock himself. He needed something soothing to keep his mind calm. "He's gone though. I don't know where he went but....." He murmured repeatedly.
Yes Monty was gone. To a certain extent. The demon in fact left to find some cold water to cool down his temper but it was no use. He was sitting in chest deep water, steam floating up as he was just staring into the water as it turned into a hot spring.

“Go home, Joker.” Kalore didn’t look at the man as he took up his phone, just staring at it for a moment. “Or find something to calm yourself.” Nothing more was said as all of Kalore’s concentration went to simply staring at the phone. Such an innocent and neutral device… but something that could either allow him to stay or leave. He knew that he needed to speak with Monty but if he couldn’t, or if he was driven away, then he would simply leave. There would be no warning, no trace… Kalore would be gone. He had already given Joker enough trouble, Gambler enough trouble, Rave enough trouble… Why continue it? The thoughts were gone as he called Monty, listening to the tones as he didn’t even notice his held breath.
Dusk blinked as she glanced back, “Something like that.” Smiling just a bit, she kissed his cheek back, “I don’t like it. It’s too freaking long. Not as long as it was last time, though.” She had made sure of that… Soon the woman was changing into her normal black pants, mesh shirt, gloves, but nothing else. With the strapless black bra underneath it all, she looked fine enough for her room and for Kyoshi. The clothes were hung up, her gear hung more carefully than even the dress. “I’m going to have it cut the moment that I can… It gets in the way.”

Kyoshi wrapped his arms around Dusk and picked her up to kiss her deeply. He could care less if she had long hair, short hair or no hair. Or if she wore dresses with glass slippers or punk outfits that showed off how dangerous she truly was. Right now he was with Dusk, the woman who owned his heart through and through. "On step at a time Dusk. First get things in order and then you can make up your rules to show these people you mean business, good business."
Joker shook his head. "Go to your room and don't do anything I would do." He grumbled moving to sit on the couch and close his eyes. "You know your best bet is to go in person. I'm sure he refuses to go near anything electronic for a while."
