Ahh... I finished a series today. An anime one. I really don't watch it all that much, but this one was pretty good; it had really good, charming, believable characters... if a little exaggerated. Although, I think it was just to parody the archetype.

It was kind of a "coming of age" type thing. No real plot other than six high school girls going through three years of high school. I love character exploration type stuff. Catcher in the Rye is an awesome book. >.>

I kinda don't want it to end... it reminded me of my own graduation. crying

Oh, did this anime happen to be Azu Manga Daioh? ^_^ AWESOME SHOW!

Yeah sorry Val, I'm not actually in the same town as my PC right now... I USED to know a URL that had both the 3.5 rules and Monster Manual online. I'll send it if I can find it again.

Meh, more postage to come when I return! ^_^

Yesyes!

My favourite moment was Tomo throwing the key to the summer house into the woods for no reason other than compulsive annoying-ness. And then telling Yomi: "wouldn't it be a riot if I found it and threw it again?" Then getting put in a headlock by Sakaki.

Also, on an unrelated note: listening to "Waka Laka" for two consecutive hours will make you go insane.

Well, I'm searching for that D&D thing even as I type this... Here's a site to hold you over for now... not as good as the other though: http://www.d20srd.org/

Heh heh wow my weekend was great! ^_^ The weather was amazing and I got to watch Pirates of the Carribean 2! It wasn't as good as the first, but it was still DAMN GOOD! blaugh

I'm feeling kind of guilty though that even though I'm having a good time, war has erupted once more in the middle east.... but they can deal with that on THEIR time thank you, I am going to enjoy myself for once.

O HEY! http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/sovelior_sage/home.html

Thaaaaaaaaaat's the sweet stuff! ^_^ Search is OVER! Hope you find what you need Val.

OMG! The Arts Institute of Burnaby gave me a phone call, and they want to give me a 2 hour interview! I'm really nervous about this, but it just might be the first step into securing myself a spot in post-secondary education FAR ahead of the others. They want me to bring some examples of my art though, and I don't knwo what to bring. All my art as of late has been a bit unpolished... But I have about a week left to make some more! But it seems so close! ....and yet so far away... I'm a bit of a wreck on the matter and really don't know how to feel, but wish me luck anyways! sweatdrop

I think I'm done now... I guess I'll go sleep now... and then I'm gonna mail Bianca! ^_^ YAAAAY SUMME CAMPZ!

Thanks, Kozo. I'll make good use of this.

That, and what I can glean from IWD II, since I think that's of the 3.5 edition rules anyways.

I forgot to mention...I have teh v3.0 DM guide in hard copy ( if you need reference) and possibly the 3.0 (possibly 3.5) players guide in full text format somewhere on my PC.
PostPosted: Mon Jul 17, 2006 7:28 pm

Players guide might be useful.

But yeah, we're talking about starting completely fresh, people.

Like, deleting everything. Most everything, at least.

This guild needs a facelift. Seriously.

Homigawd. I've been gone! I SHALL POST SOON. Not now, but soon. Work issues, you see.

But!

I have an anecdote. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL SUFFICE. Gather 'round, chillun!

Okay, so I know sign language (both of my parents are deaf). I was walking down the city trail with a few friends and saw this absolutely striking girl... so, of course, being the cocky attention whore I am, I signed at her "I want your body" so we could joke about it later.

Jesus Christ, the look she gave me. xd xd xd xd

I think she knew.

Reminds me of the time I went to New Orleans. I was at the hotel diner and there was this group of people near my table speaking really loud in French (from the accent, dialect and looks I'd say they were from Sweden or some place like that). The things they were saying out in public! Someone made a really nasty joke about prostitute vaginas and I laughed out loud (I tried not to! D: ) and they just kinda looked at me.

Don't assume people can't understand you just because you're speaking a different language. lol

I've learned the lesson both ways. sweatdrop

Haaa! Habit's full of stories.

Hahahahahahahahahaha.

Well, at least you're a good story-teller. That got a laugh outta me. While I was in Germany and France, I was one of the ignorant ones - being "Wiener Shnitzel" and "nien" is about as far as my German speaking ability goes (my French is even worse).

The boys at the pubs had me saying all sorts of things apparently, and they would just laugh laugh laugh while I attempted at saying something like, "Ich hoffe...(I forget the rest)".

(And I furthermore know that Ich hoffe means "I have", so I don't wanna even think about what they were having me say). sweatdrop

The girl I stayed with though--Anna--she was pretty good at telling me everything people said to me. I was sitting on the side of an old alley street in the middle of Heidelberg with her around April 2nd, and I took off my sandals because she and I had a good hour wait 'til our bus came.

It was interesting just to watch the people on the street...I got a lot of strange looks by passers-by and one guy even stopped and said something that sounded like "kjdaljf kjjdjflj jkdriearnfcdn volkswagen jfkdaf j hitler sauerkraut?" to me.

And then he walked away laughing.

Actually, Annie, "Ich hoffe" means "I hope." "Ich habe" means "I have."

So it's official, the new Word Bump game is the easiest way in the universe to make gold. Which is silly.

I had to voluntarily quit after 50 levels because the game's difficulty doesn't scale at all, and I was getting kind of bored. It'd seriously be harder earned money if there was a game where coins fell from the sky and you clicked them and got gold.
