EDIT2: Kinky, eh? Well...that's an interesting statement.
Myah. The first day, we practiced canoeing. The second day, we canoed/rafted 30 kms down a river. I flipped on my canoe because my steering partner was retarded and couldn't steer >> The third day, we hiked up this HUGE a** MOUNTAIN for about 9 km upwards, then 9 km back down. THEN, I climed a 7 storey rock face and came back down, then back up the slope and rapelled down a different rock face, a bit bigger. And we learned about nature and stuff. THEN, we took a nice relaxing bike ride...in the MIDDLE OF THE WOODS over ROCKS and ROOTS and other BUMPY THINGS and down ROCKY HILLS in which I almost died and I also almost fell in the river. THEN, we learned how to make shelters and went to the beach. Then, we went home.
Damn.
In the beginning, it was hard, but it was fun in the end ^___^ Rock climbing is SO MUCH FUN.
And...I totally agree with the environment thingers in Rps. Nothing really seems to happen after a certain point.

I might attempt to setup a D&D-esque RP. Not with actual stats and such, but where success and failures of attacks are based upon the roll of a die.
Or maybe even the flip of a coin (we can flip coins, yes?). Or not. I just checked.
Maybe random numbers, instead.
Something. (Then again, aren't dice random numbers? O.o)

I went to camp once, and I didn't really like it all that much. Then again, it wasn't the best place, either. Someone stole my watch. And it was one I can wear, too... I can't wear a lot of jewelry or anything because I'm allergic to nickel and aluminum, among other metals. >.<;
I want to go biking... I could go to Saint John (a bigger, dirtier version of the city I live in) for shopping on my day off. It'd take me a couple hours there and back, but biking's among my favourite outdoor things to do. <3
The random number thing I was thinking of won't quite work exactly right here, but it could still work. (For determing whether an attack hits, misses, hits critical, or activates a skill; or, during level up, whether a stat goes up or not... I originally wanted to have two random numbers between 1-100 chosen and then average them, to keep the numbers less extreme, but there's only one number per post. crying )

I suppose I should apologize for the complete lack of RPing I've done lately, but uh, instead since I know you all miss my brand of writing just that much I will instead demand that you partake in what writing I have been doing. I threw it up first because it didn't require much editing, and someone had just made me read a lot of stuff they'd written during a very emo period in their life, so I needed something feel-good.
I still hold the same sentiment about the piece though, it would've been a lot better if it didn't require the reader to have intimate knowledge of Alice In Wonderland and it's origins.

Jeez. Hard mission in Battlefield 2. You gotta get a Recon chopper (with no weapons) to each waypoint (there's four), recon each point, and all of this without getting shot down (there's oodles of tanks on the ground and plenty of attack choppers).
Only way I've been able to partially complete it is to keep hotswapping to my fellow attack choppers and attempt to clean out the place before I recon. Only bad thing is all the respawning enemies...

Well, Kozo, I took the initiative of starting a D&D RP. Maybe you can at least help me with it? I need a copy of 3rd Edition Rules and Reference Tables, like weapons, proficiencies, feats, and so forth. It'd be lovely. Anybody, really, who can supply me with this would be loved.
Foreva and eva.
But yeah.
GET ACTIVE, PEOPLE. And not in the physical sense. Only in the posting and intellectual sense.
And Landa needs to get more active on AIM. Val needs to collaborate with her on guild business, and it's easier to do so on AIM and not wait for the glitchy PM system.

Ack, sorry for missing you on AIM Val (I was gaming), I have complete copies of the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, and Monster Manuals I and II for the 3rd edition. I don't know how exactly you want me to handle getting the information to you, for even if I had a scanner, I doubt I'd have the patience to scan the hundreds of pages that entails, but if there's anything I can do otherwise, lemme know.

As of right now, the Monster Manuals and DM's guide are of no consequence. What I really need is the rules, weapon stats, and character-creation info (that would be in the Player's Handbook, right?).
After that, then I'll need the Monster Manuals, but I'll see if I can find those online.

I'm thinking about what we need to do to make the guild look...cleaner.
I might delete the old Mentoring thread and make a new one. I liked mentoring, personally, since it can help some of the less-literate of our number become shining examples of literacy (and besides, everyone could stand improvement).
But yeah, I just wanna keep cleaning this place up.

Shazzer *ignores* >.> Ahh... I finished a series today. An anime one. I really don't watch it all that much, but this one was pretty good; it had really good, charming, believable characters... if a little exaggerated. Although, I think it was just to parody the archetype. It was kind of a "coming of age" type thing. No real plot other than six high school girls going through three years of high school. I love character exploration type stuff. Catcher in the Rye is an awesome book. >.> I kinda don't want it to end... it reminded me of my own graduation. crying Oh, did this anime happen to be Azu Manga Daioh? ^_^ AWESOME SHOW! Yeah sorry Val, I'm not actually in the same town as my PC right now... I USED to know a URL that had both the 3.5 rules and Monster Manual online. I'll send it if I can find it again. Meh, more postage to come when I return! ^_^
