scorplett CuAnnan Are you sure that's not "I have life, I have hope, I have a choice, I have a secret", as in "Tá súil agam go bfhuil". Contextually, if nothing more, it makes a bit more sense. Edit:.... nope, you were right..... I gotta go relisten to that song to make it make sense now. Because it doesn't anymore. Yeah, I went to their own site to make sure the lyrics I heard were right As Geailge, and thats the translation they gave... Ronan sings so damn fast that I genearally only catch the repitative chorus'... generally catching only about 20 to 40 percent of the lyrics of any given song. With the exception of Bí Ann and Tóg é go bog é, I'm the same.

Turn off your mind, relax and float down stream It is not dying It is not dying
Lay down all thought Surrender to the void It is shining It is shining
That you may see The meaning of within It is being It is being

Quoted from a site I was reading:
"This was the cycle of Slavic life: -Times are hard, but will soon get better; -Times are good, but will soon get worse."
Plight of peasants everywhere I guess. *quiet resignation*

I would like it noted that at my funeral, I would like this song played. That is all.

"Taylor" "Yes Chief Select" "What is your 9th General Order" "My 9th General Order is to call the Officer of the Deck in any case not covered by instructions." "Hoorah!"
Continually making my recruiter proud, 4laugh

That is absolutely beautiful and empowering!
I've listened to it at least 4 times already and still love it, though I do wish I knew what they were saying. Damn this language barrier.

Namikikyo That is absolutely beautiful and empowering!
I've listened to it at least 4 times already and still love it, though I do wish I knew what they were saying. Damn this language barrier. It's Ukrainian, so I can't provide exact details but essentially, it's saying: There was a girl wandering in a meadow, Oh my lot! Where have you gone with the water that is harsh to all? Why did you not drown me instead? If I don't see him, I cry bitterly, waste my years, Oh my lot! .... I'd rather drown too than be parted from my love! Oh my lot! ... The song is called "Pasla"

So I don't forget:
When will the revolution come? When a person gets a free shot at an intervention.
(What event sets off the revolution?) (When a specific man gets a chance to have his own intervention.)
