"She told me everything yes. I'll listen to you make a request. Hurry though cause me make port in a few hours." Imogen sighed knowing that what he would ask for might be some indication of why he was trying. In the end so far this conversation wasn't all that interesting.

Jak playfully shoved Diablo's shoulder. "Behave yourself Diablo!" She smiled up at him and then stood on tipie toe to give him a quick kiss. "I'll be back in a few!" She left to go take her shower.
Sid cleared his throat again. The sound made his head trob and he winced. "Escudero is a cruel man. I've worked with him for years and know first hand just what he is like. He won't stop hunting until he is delivered El Diablo Loco's body on a silver plater. If he gets wind that I have failed or given up he will not only kill my fioncee, but come after the Dark Orchid himself. If I stay aboard the ship however and make it appear that I am doing just as he paid me to do then he will not attack you. I know all of his hide aways. I know were he will be in the next several days. I ask you to allow me to stay aboard the ship and help get rid of him. I won't lie to you, my reasons for helping are purely selfish. I only want to see my girl delivered from his hands into safety. El Diablo Loco's life means nothing to me."

El Diablo Loco laughed then kissed back, as Jak was leaving to use his shower he called after her, "Need any company, Sweet thing?" He put on a big smile and waited for her to reply back to him.

Imogen wasn't all that moved by Sid's little speech it seemed but with Imogen it was always hard to tell. She gave a sigh and leaned with her chin on the cane in front of her.
"So if I let you stay I can find Escudero and have the advantage of surprise. This providing that I believed any of that." She seemed muse about the idea. This would save the time and figure in that he could give them some cover was an inviting idea. Though she could tell the last thing he told was off.

Jak had started taking her jewery off, all of which would have to be cleaned before she could wear them again. She laughed at Daiblo's comment and called back, "Didn't I say to behave yourself Sir?"
Sid opened both his eyes and turned his head to the side to look at the captain. "Its up to you if you believe me or not. I've told nothing but the truth since I've been here," his voice sounded tired.

El Diablo Loco let out a 'Hehe' then he replied, "You told me to be good, but you never said I couldn't ask questions!" He laughed then walked up to the door, "Sooooo. . . Think I could?"

Jak surpressed her giggles and called through the door to him, "No, you have to stay out there and be a good boy!" The sound of water turning on could be heard coming through the door. "Be good or no treat later!" she jokeingly called to him. 'Hell, I might even give him a treat for real when I'm done.'

El Diablo Loco let out another laugh then he said, "I'm holding you to that!!" He then went to the other side of the room to organize his things, and prepare for when they went to Glacia; Still looking forward to getting a new sword.

"Give me Escudero's location. In exchange I'll allow you to stay on board." Imogen spoke like that was an easy decision and stood up.
"We will see if you are telling the truth in time. For now its best if I dealt with the bigger problem."

When Jak was finished with her shower she sat in the bathroom humming as she brushed out her wet hair. She felt a lot better now that she was clean. She almost forgot why she'd started out having a bad day in the first place...
Sid watched Imogen carefully, ignoring his headache. "He's patrolling the Valuan boarder...I can give you the exact cowardice. He patrols only one area of the boarder and when his patrol is finished he goes hunting for blue rogues. I have your word that you'll allow me to stay? To help get rid of Esqudero?" 'And get out of this damn cell!'

Once El Diablo Loco heard the water stop, he smiled and waited patiently for Jak to come out of the bathroom. But while he waited he put a little bit of cologne of his neck and chest, then removed his now dirty shirt and threw it into a dirty clothes pile.

"You have my word that you can stay on the Orchid. The enemy of my enemy is my friend correct?" Imogen then began to walk to leave the brig, bumping the stool as she walked by.
Before leaving though she tapped her cane. She then spoke over her shoulder to the cells behind her. "Either way I don't give free rides. Tomorrow I'll set you a job. Until then, goodnight former Captain Sid."

Jak finally finished brushing her hair and put on Diablo's shirt. She took a deep breath and walked out to him. "I feel better," she smiling.
"Thank you captain," Sid called to her. After she left Sid stared back up at the ceiling and surpressed a growl. 'I want out of this damn cell and I want some ******** rum!' He jammed his eyes closed and pressed the heels of his palms into his eyes. 'Jak hasn't come back to see me either...once she lets me out of here and I do whatever work she wants me to do I need to find an excuse to be alone with her.'

El Diablo Loco turned and smiled at Jak, her hair looking so cute when it's damp, and her bare legs showing slightly. His smile grew bigger and he said, "And you look amazing. ." Diablo took her hand and kissed it softly.

Jak bit her lip to keep her smile from getting bigger. "Thank you," she leaned closer to him. "You smell good. Ready to go to bed?" She had ment it literally but she knew Diablo would think something else.
