LT flipped through the pages of the folder and scanned the information, "Is something wrong with his demon? Or is this a personal choice that Kan is making. I beg of you sir, if this Kan's choice and he is turning against our village, I WILL be the one to put my hand through his heart." LT closed the folder and raised hi hand, several embarrassed ANBU jumped down from the rafters and poured into the file. LT tilted his head back and sighed. "But if you want me here, ill stay here. What is it you want me to do here in the village though?"

Scratching a few things down, the top squad and leaders of the hunter-nin appeared in front of Luo, the female in the middle wearing a traditional Kimono while the men wore a similar traditional Yukata. Bowing instantly, Luo's head shook slowly as he tossed them a scroll, as well as a copy of the file. "Seeing you would excite the demon and provoke it into coming out, after all it was your appearance which caused it last time. For this reason I cannot allow you to go with them. As for the men at the gates, they have new orders: They are to become familiarized with every face and folder of the mist genin and academy students. Any seen approaching the gates are to be killed on sight." Looking towards the three hunter-nin, Luo's eyes scanned them over. "You two track the chakra signature as best as you can. If the demon receded, the chakra of the three-tails should lead you at least to a harbor number and possibly the last boat which left from that location. The trail may or may not end there since you two are unfamiliar with his chakra signature, but it shouldn't be difficult to track a genin. As for you, deliver that scroll to myself on Nagi island and present the folder. You'll receive instructions there." With a nod, they slinked into shadows before being completely gone. It was a testament to the anger Luo had with the guards who had let the boy go that he did not allow the ANBU to purrsue the mission that could possibly evolve into an S-ranked one, but instead giving it to the hunter-nin.

LT nodded slowly, "We may have another problem with the guards as well, I just received word that a boy was found on the path had to be taken to the hospital for an emergency, when i went there to check and find the boy he wasn't there. In my opinion, i believe this boy is a rogue, I dont know if he has done anything wrong besides enter our village. But if you wish i can find him and make him leave." LT took a step bak and leaned against the counter that the coffee maker was placed on.

 Kari UshioSilent Reaper of MistStudent Of MistKari entered the tower of the Mizukage, her outfit tainted in blood, hers. As she made her way through the crowd, she felt all of their eyes on them and felt their fear. They all knew of the Mizukage's mentally disturbed, or psychotic, cousin. Though she wouldn't harm them...she still felt a sort of, smug sensation. They feared her, and for good reason too. But despite this, she wouldn't do anything to harm them...it was Luo's orders, and those were law. Walking up the steps, she reached the Mizukage's doorstep and saw that it was open.
Stepping inside, she saw Luo's clone as well as overhearing the Anbu captain disscusing the young boy. She had him in her grasp...Chihiro's head would have already been hanging from the tower if that obnoxious girl didn't get in her way. Regardless, Chihiro was gone now, and there was nothing she could do. Kari bowed deeply to the Mizukage, getting one knee before standing up straight once more. There was two reasons why she was there: the first was to take her genin test and become a full fledge ninja. The second? She held up the empty vial, a few droplets of blood still inside of it. She wanted more of Luo's blood in the vial. It was the only thing that kept her in control.

++++++++++++++++ Ensu walked back into the kage tower. His body sore and he knew he was gonna pass out when he got home. He would just have to shrug it off tell then. He walked up to the door after haveing climped the steps to the office door. He knocked on the door as he waited for the kage's permission to enter. He was happy he was now one step closer to his dream he would have to go back to look for the Oinin who taught him or find a new one to teach him the next stage. ' Oh well i'll probably get a lot of teachers so i'm not gonna let it bother me.' he thought to himself as he waited for the kage to allow him entrance.

He was satisfied with what he ate at Nikko's but it made him walk slower and more lethargic, he wanted to become a genin so bad. It was his plan to become a genin. He finally reached the office and noticed some of the same kids that were here before are hear again. He wondered where Erebus was, Did he become a genin already? As Luo flipped through piles of paper, he stopped momentarily as he heard the second bit of news. Glancing towards LT's direction it was clear the young man was beyond displeased, he was now in the throws of anger. "Fire them and put them on border patrol for the next six months. If they so much as glance at anything above a D-rank mission they'll regret taking the job in the first place. As for the boy, bring him here. He's already in the village, no reason to kill him if he's already here so for now let's see what he wants." As his orders ended, Luo looked up in time to see his cousin walking in and presenting herself before presenting a vial. Walking up to her Luo pricked his index finger with a senbon he had sitting on his desk. Holding it over the vial expecting her to open it, Luo looked at her for a moment. "Your clothes are splattered with blood. Whose and why might I ask?"
As he spoke, his own crimson droplets fell into the vial she held outstretched for him. He had been performing this since his grandfather had named him the successor of the clan, meaning the mark given to him was a sign of the knowledge and cessation of mental instability that ran through his veins, among other meanings of course. Kari was indeed an oddity in his family, a member who although as intelligent as any other member, had grown to be clinically insane. And if it weren't for Luo's decision to go against his families suggestion and allow her to enter the academy, she may very well have been driven insane by staying within the confines of the Ushio living quarters. But Luo saw potential for not only a good ninja, but for a way to treat her insanity as well.
As the other two genin walked in, Luo nodded towards them in recognition as he muttered to them, "What can I do for you two."

"If you want i will go find the boy and stand guard at the gates myself." LT stood straight clearly embarrassed that he failed at his duties. LT turned and marched over to the window, which he opened and jumped out of. When he hit the ground he took off in a sprint heading towards the gates.

++++++++++++++++ Ensu smiled as he saw the Mizukage and walked in. He bowed and then spoke. " I wish to try for the Genin exam i have learned Ninjutsu, Genjutus, And Taijutsu. I Feel i am ready to take the next step. " He said as he stood up straight after saying all that. He wasn't exactly sure how it would go for him asking so much but he would see soon. He wondered if the other genin were here for that to. He smiled and awaited what the kage would say.

Kari UshioSilent Reaper of MistStudent Of Mist Kari watched as the crimson droplets filled the vial once more. Her eyes opening wide, a satisfied look in her eyes. Her entire being was now satisfied to see blood. It was something that the Mizukage himself had thought off due to her condition, whenever she felt the urge to kill, to spill the blood of the next person she saw, she would simply take out the vial full of Luo's own blood and gaze upon it. This helped her control her blood rage and keep her kunais and blades to herself.
She then took out her pad, and although she prefered to write in blood, she wasn't going to taint the Mizukage's office. She began writing down everything that happened at the Sushi den, to how she ended up in the hospital and how she wishes to become a genin and a full fledged ninja.
Mizukage-sama, I was at the sushi den eating when I overheard a very loud and obnoxious group. It was two girls from the academy speaking to a brat whom I'd never seen before. I admit, I let my bloodlust get the best of me, for when I heard that he was a rogue going to con the Mizukage, I snapped. I went to attack him but one of the girls interfered. The girl tied him up and said that she was going to take him to you, but he ended up escaping. I was in the middle of the marketplace, my lust had reached its peak and I knew that if I didn't do something, I would have disobeyed your decree and would have spilled the blood of a villager. So I stabbed myself and passed out of blood loss. I woke up at the hospital and came here. Thus explains the blood on my clothes, it's my own.

Looking at Ensu Luo nodded as he quickly bandaged his finger, blood only slightly permeating the material as he took the note from Kairi to read. "Well, if you both feel that you are capable of taking the exams, I'd be completely willing to test both of you. Just allow me a moment to collect your files and we can be on our way."

++++++++++++++++ Ensu nodded to the kage as he smiled." Alright sir i feel confident i'm ready" He said as he stood waiting for his file to get looked at. He was ready to do this. He had take the time while waiting to review the bodies anatomy again so that he was refreshed on it. He now could memorize several points on the sides of the body to hit and kill or gravely wound an opponent.

Nodding, Luo walked over to his desk and knelt down under it. As a clicking noise was heard, he pulled out the two files before the same noise was heard once more as he stood at last. Passing between the two, he motioned for them to follow him to the exam room as he began down the stairs. Opening the door and sitting inside he muttered, "Who would like to proceed with their exam first?"

Kari merely stepped back, letting Ensu go first. This wasn't out of kindness though, the faster that the boy gets out, the safer he'll be. She had been itching to slit his throat since the moment he had stepped in. To be able to taste his blood, to be able to wrap herself in its warm embrace. Taking out the vial from the Mizukage, she merely let herself get lost in its mosaic crimson color while letting Ensu go first.
