Moya smiled and put her plate in the sink, rubbing his back a little and then going to Shilo and picking her up. "Well sweetie, looks like you need another bath to wash off that sticky mess." She smiled and kissed Shilo's head before going upstairs. She put about 3 to 4 inches of water in the tub and put Shilo in it, watching her closely.
Shilo splashed and crawled around in the water, having the time of her life in the warm water. She shifted and washed her fur as well, looking like a drowned rat now, but didn't care.

He smiled. The rubbing helped a little bit to relax him. Not much, but enough that he wasn't so tense now. As he continued washing dishes he could hear Shilo upstairs splashing in the tub, and he could imagine that Moya was laughing at what she looked like wet. "If she's in wolf form there's a blow dryer under the sink!"

Moya let Shilo play in the water for a little longer and then picked her up, dried her as much in a towel and got the blow dryer. She plugged it in and turned it on, it making a noise.
The noise scared Shilo and she bolted out of the bathroom, down the stairs and between her father's legs, hiding from it.

Startled Nik looked down between his legs, laughing when he saw Shilo. Her fur was sticking up in random places thanks to her being wet and he shook his head, finishing up the dishes before wiping his hands and lifting her into his arms. "You are quite the little furball, you know that? It's not like the blow dryer is going to eat you, it's just going to speed up the drying process. Hence the name." Holding her tight he took her back upstairs to their room, wrapping her in a towel and still holding her tight. "Got her!"

Shilo whimpered and hid in the towel, not liking the noise of they blow dryer.
Moya chuckled and turned of the dryer. "Easy Shilo, I didn't mean to scare you."

He smiled and scratched her behind the ear lightly with one finger, stroking her head even as she hid. Despite how crazy her fur was at the moment, he had to admit, she looked cute like this. "If you don't like it, you can shift back and we'll let you air dry."

She pouted but she shifted back, not liking the thing and would rather be human then let that thing get near her. She looked up at her dad and then at her mom. "No."
Moya smiled and kissed Shilo's forehead before kissing Nik softly. "Thank you for getting her. I didn't think to warn her of the noise."

He kissed Moya back and adjusted Shilo in his arms, smiling at her as he ran the towel lightly over her head. Her black hair was half dry, and she was pretty much done now. "See? Not so bad now. And eventually you'll have to learn more than just no." Kissing her cheek he looked to Moya, the light in his eyes playful and affectionate. "I'll get her dressed. You just sit back and relax for a little while." Kissing her one more time he took Shilo to her room, setting her on the window seat carefully and pulling out two outfits, holding them up to her. "Alright kiddo, which one would you rather?"

Moya smiled and sat down in the middle of their bed, pulling her knees to her chest and closing her eyes in thought.
Shilo looked at the two outfits and reached up for the softest and simplest one. It was a light red dress, there being no sleeves and looked more like a tank top on the top. To her it looked simple, no realizing in the dress part of it was frilly things to make the dress poof out more.

Oh, this is too funny. Shaking his head he still smiled, pulling a diaper on her before pulling the dress over her head. He had bought the dress because to him it looked funny. It did look pretty good on Shilo though, her skin was light so it went well with the coloring. "Alright, let's look in the mirror." Lifting her in his arms again he took her to the hall bathroom, turning on the lights and turning so she could see herself.

Shilo looked in the mirror and started to think that it was another baby but she looked up and saw that her dad was there too. She looked down at the dress and liked the color but the ruffles were a bit much. "No." She pouted about the ruffles but doubted he would change her clothes.

Now he was really smiling, kissing her head and taking her back to her room before taking the dress off. "I was hoping you would say that. Let's see what else we have in here." Searching through the clothes he found another simple one, only this one was the same dark purple as one of the dresses Moya had. The only real difference was this was a sleeveless dress that looked tie-dyed. "Here we go." Pulling it on her he took her back to the mirror. "How about now?"

Shilo looked in the mirror and nodded. She looked like her mom but with black hair. She smiled and squeaked at the idea, gently pulling on his shirt and pointing in the direction her mom was in.

He saw the likeness as well when she squeaked. Yes, there was a little bit of him in her like her hair color. But she could pass for Moya's little sister. When she pulled on his shirt he laughed, tickling her before taking her back towards his room. Keeping her close to his chest he fell back on the bed, landing next to Moya and smiling at her. "Your mini-me wants you."

Moya chuckled and took Shilo from Nik, looking her over and nodded. "Alright, I will give you that one." She smiled and kissed Shilo's head before putting her on the bed next to Nik and starting to tickle her.
Shilo wiggled to try to get away and laughed, pulling on her dad's shirt for leverage to get away. "Nooo!"
