Keahi chuckled as he watched the exchange. He smiled at Blythe when he turned back to him. "Most people order milk, even skim milk," he made a face, "not straight-up cream." He looked back at the waiter, then back at the butter-cat. "You sure you can eat all that?"

Blythe chuckled "I guess your right, I havent been out much to places like these or been around many people before since I havent had the cash. When you work you tend to pay attention to your work not what others order so I guess im still new at places like these" he said as he picked up a mint stick and nibbled on it.
"But still, he could of assumed it was for my coffee" he said teasingly, joking of course "and yeah, I will be able to, I can basically eat a five course main meal and still have room for the desert course. When you live on the streets you dont eat alot if anything, I have made myself be able to store alot of food when I can eat so my body can live off that if need be since I might not be able to eat for another couple of weeks or whatever.
It also has helped me prgrame my body and mind to be able to eat alot in one sitting, despite how much food is in front of me, and still be able to eat pretty much most if not all of it. I ate like a pig when I could JUST so I can handle myself when it came to situations like these, I know I dont have to now but I guess old habbits die hard, not t mention I love the owners narchos."
He said to his friend, knowing they were pretty much run of the mill but the salasa and sour cream he made himself, in his opinion it was better then the store brought stuff since he added something different to it. With this sour cream it gave the narchos a nice new flavor to them then just plain narchos and plain old sour cream.
"The owner makes his own sour cream and salasa, im not much of a salsa fan but it is a really nice salasa and the sour cream isnt the same tasting sour cream we get at the store. It still has that sour cream taste of course but it is different, there is some srt of ingrediant or something that he sticks into the cream to have it taste the same yet give it a kick."
He said to his friend as he finished off his white chocolate.

Keahi laughed outright as Blythe explained his ability to pack away the food. Then he leaned forward with his chin on his fist and poked the butter-cat in the belly with his long tail. "It's called a fast metabolism. I bet you won't gain any weight at all."
Leaning back again, he smiled at the thought of all that homemade food. "In that case, I can't wait 'til they get here. If you don't like the salsa you can scrape it over onto my plate or something. I love salsa. I'll give you some of my sour cream in exchange."

Blythe chuckled as his tail reched up and wraped itself around the others "a fast matabolism is one thing, this is something else entierly. Besides, no poking my stomach, its a delicate part of my body" he teased playfully to the other "and I would say I would give you the salsa but I havent tasted it in so long it will be good to taste it again this once.
"Though speaking of weight, gaining, I should be saying tat to you" he teased some more "narchos arnt a good thing to have, very unhealthy if I recall correctly" he said playfully poking his tounge out at the other.

As the other's tail wrapped around his, Keahi found himself blushing, which was mostly lost in his naturally red coloring. At the tease though, he chuckled, easily recovering himself. "I do apologize, but in all fairness it was fun to poke."
"That's fine, I understand," he continued good-naturedly. "Homemade food is never bad for you, didn't you know? No matter how fattening, sugary, or what-have-you, it's good for the soul."

Blythe giggled at the other "well then, if it was fun to poke maybe I should move over next to you and poke you, lets see how you like it then" he said as he reached over and playfully poked the others nose gently. "And I guess I can agree, home cooking isnt bad for a person though I know a few anthros around the estate who might not agree" he said as he picked up a cinnamon stick and nibbled at it.

Keahi gasped taking mock-offense. "Don't you dare! I'm ticklish!" He grinned when Blythe poked his nose and snapped at the offending finger playfully. "Well... all I can say is... what do they know?" He chuckled. "They must worry too much."

Blythe giggled as the other snapped "hmm so your ticklish are you?" He said as he thought for a moment "that information might just come in handle for later. However, you really shouldnt tell others of your weakness, you dont know what they will do with them" he said winking at the other, playful glint in his eyes.
"Well you do have a point, one of them was stuck in a pyramid like structure for the past 2000 years so I guess he isnt really a good one to judge." He said as he thought of Anubis and Osiris, they were complete health freaks given their histories, granted they didnt exactly HAVE time to eat but still, that was besides the point, their diets didnt really consit of much but rice, mixed grains, wheat and maybe a bit of fish if they cared to buy it.
That was, before they moved to the estate after Lenore pulled them out of Egypt but still, even now, they ate more but still not what one would think they would of eaten like when they came here to a more civlized place.

Keahi grinned impishly, "Maayybe. I might not be..." He just had to wonder what Blythe had in mind, or rather, when he would use such information. Likely when the fox-firecat least expected it...
Keahi tilted his head curiously at the mention of pyramids. He seemed to remember Shelby going on about someone who had thought he was an Egyptian god. Perhaps there was truth to that... Though he had no idea how old his own father was, and in fact may be as old as that for all he knew. And of course, he had a particular fondness for Ancient Egypt that he had mentioned once or twice, but had become a sore subject in the absence of his mate Ali...
He looked up, snapping out of his depressing thoughts as the waiter came back with two plates of nachos. He eyed his plate compared with Blythe's (there was a marked difference) and smirked. Then his drink came and he sniffed at it. Mm, Irish whiskey...

Blythe smiled at the waiter and thanked him before picking up a narcho and eating it "well then I guess I will just have to find out" he said as he took another narcho and ate it. "Mmm these taste just how I remember them" he said picking up a third narcho, draging it through the salsa and sour cream and popping it in his mouth, savoring the tase this time.
After a few moments he smiled at the hybrid "I should get one of those next, smells nice" he said to the other, not being a drinker but he did like the odd drink, an irish coffee smelled great though, it would be nice to try.

Keahi's competitive nature urged him to challenge Blythe on that, but better judgment kept his mouth shut. And who knew but their nachos might end up all over. So he grinned and dug into the plate after a sip or two of his drink, making sure he got a good helping of the condiments onto each chip he popped into his mouth.
He looked up to see Blythe eying his Irish Creme and pushed it gently toward the butter-cat. "Care to try it? They can really hit the spot on a cold night like this." Not that either one was cold with the fireplace nearby.

Blythe didnt usually like drinking out of others cups, not that he believed the hybrid had germs and he knew he, himself didnt, it was just unhygenic altogether but he didnt really want to say no. "I...I shouldnt but it does smell far to good to pass up" he said as dried his hands on a napkin and then picked up the cup, taking in the warmth of the drink and took a sip from the cup and savoring the taste.
After a few moments he passed the cup back to the hybrid and smiled "mmm that was nice and you are right, it deffinatly warms you up" he said as he made a mental note to order one next.

Noting Blythe's initial hesitation, the fox-firecat was mildly confused, a feeling that was later quelled by the simple glance at how much was left in the cup. He looked up at Blythe and grinned. "And now to wait for the GHB to take effect." Chuckling he literally waved any worries away. "Kidding. Good, isn't it..." he murmured with a light smile before picking the cup up himself and taking a drink.
"Perhaps not the choice to have with nachos, but I was drinking coffee, so it seemed the right one. But the nachos were a last minute decision. Good to eat something like this with alcohol, so you don't feel as woozy later on." He realized he was rambling a little but didn't care. With a bit of a shrug, he started back on the nachos.

Blythe looked at the other curiously, admitedly, he was ignorant in some terms, GHB was one of them "GHB?" He asked curiously before blushing which cuased him to look down at his food, realising he sounded like an idiot. "A...and yeah, it is best to eat food before drinking" he said softly, still red from sounding like an idiot moments before so thus it was causing him to sound a little shy now as he ate some more of his narchos.

Keahi looked up at him, mouth half-full of chip and sour cream. Was he serious? From his blushing, Keahi honestly wasn't sure. Swallowing then wiping sour cream from his lip, he said, "I swear, I was just kidding." To prove it, he downed the rest of it. "See?" he asked with a big reassuring smile.
