History: The Sarutobi clan had been one the great non Kekei Genkai clans of Konohagakure. One of their most famous members was Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Sandaime Hokage. Tales of his bravery, and greatness has been passed down throughout the generations and it is why those of the Sarutobi Clan have always been shinobi. In fact they are no strangers to the title of Hokage, shortly after Hiruzen’s rule as Hokage Sarutobi Konohamaru became the Hokage, however during the period of the “Bloody Mist” after his death the Sarutobi lost many great shinobi to in village power struggles.
The Dark Age of Konohagkure marked the beginning of a declining era for the Sarutobi. With their numbers already running low the clan was decimated by the appearance of the Fire Master. Due to their strong allegiance and devotion to the Hidden Leaf the Sarutobi Clan members were rounded up and executed as examples. A handful escaped this fate and as they became exiles of their home the Sarutobi clan was scattered by the winds to the four corners of the earth.
Upon hearing of the Fire Master’s defeat Kurenai, her parents and her brother, set out from beyond the mapped world to return to Konohagakure. Kurenai’s parents did not survive the journey but Kurenai and her brother did. Now they look to the future as they set out to rebuild the Sarutobi Clan.

Clan Name: Kagetachi Village: None Description of Limit: This clan uses stealth as there weapon to deliver devastating sneak attacks. History:The first ninja ever to ever evolve this bloodline was awarded the title Kage for being a master of the shadows. He was the personal ninja of a powerful ambassador for Konoha. The ambassador was a rather effective one to for all his problems that he ran into seemed to disappear rather quickly. With his success people started to take notice to. When the ambassador even captured a small country of his own by just havening the Kage take out all the important figures there and then filling in himself. Eventually though the village came to war as the ambassador was much unliked among the people for committing great crimes. It was time for the Kage to find a new boss and from their he alone escaped that night and had found a home somewhere deep in that country and settled down to create a family. Though little did he know his son would build a great organization of ninja. Ninja that are loyal to no one.
That is how the organization started but the original people themselves were quiet. They talked to no one and they had no conscience. They would ruthlessly kill anyone, man, woman, or child. The clan also choose to stick to the shadows and be in the dark as much as possible. Even when they had to go outside during the day they would walk the shortest path between darkness. Slowly at first they only seemed to become some sort of flaw as their eyes became sensitive in the light. But over time they got unnatural sight in the dark and even later it became an altogether ability which could be controlled at will. In game Stats:

Jutsu Name: Shadow bending Description of Jutsu: After years of living in the shadows and stalking his victims the mans body began to evolve. Finally all those many times where he has wish to be able to move out of the shadows without being seen if only for a little bit was possible. They do so by the movement of their body... It is hard for someone to naturally keep their eyes on the people of this clan even when they aren't hiding. While in conversation peoples eyes just seem to slip away from the face. The clan takes grasp of this ability to actually be able to sneak while in someones view. Cp Cost: None Damage: n/a Requirements: Be a part of the Kagetachi clan. Training:6 days Special: If the user is within ten feet of any shadow they can hide in plain sight. The check against this is hide vs spot.
Jutsu Name: Shadow Strike Description of Jutsu: This is an educated attack from the shadows that can leave the opponent paralyzed. Cp Cost: Damage: Depends on your sneak attack. Requirements: 30 ranks in sneak attack and 10 ranks in knowledge(anatomy) Must be within the Kagetachi clan. Training: 5 days and one day studying Special: Using their knowledge of the body the user can strike their opponent in a vulnerable area leaving them paralyzed if they study their opponent for one whole round before they make their attack. Dc fort save has to beat 10+users lvl+users int mod
Jutsu Name: Assassin eyes Description of Jutsu:These eyes seem to glow yellow and allow the user to see in the dark as well as give them faster reaction time as the pupils can take in more. Cp Cost: 2cp per turn activated Damage: n/a Requirements: A clan member receives upon their first kill. The kill must be to only confirm that they are ready to be an assassin. Training: None. Special: +4 dex +15 spot If in the dark and suddenly exposed to great light or very sudden light the user suffers a -5 penalty to attack rolls and to their dodge bonus.
Jutsu Name: Blinding eyes Description of Jutsu:The Kagetachi clan may live int he dark but they know the usefulness of light. By running a large amount of electric chakra through their eyes in a short period of time they can emit a blinding light with the that has the same effects as Hikari Dama. Even the slightest tampering of the mind by an eye genjutsu sets this move off. Rank: Cp Cost: 30 Damage: N/A Requirements: Assassin's Eyes Lightning affinity Training: Three days, but the user must first learn the technique naturally. After they can try and figure out how it was done again. (in my rp the clan is starting to evolve again because I thought it would make things interesting. At least a cool way to learn new moves instead of learning a move already known.) Special:Effects: This can be done immediately after the opponents move to counter an attack. If it is done while trying to dodge a ninjutsu the user gains 10 to their reflex save, if it is taijutsu it is just the normal effect of the move and with genjutsu it only works on such that takes the use of the opponents eyes and it completely cancels the technique. (ex: Sharingan's Tsukiyomi) Recharge time: It takes 4 turns for the eyes to recharge and create the jutsu again. Normal effect: First round: Blind: character attack roll is reduced by -20, character loses all dex bonus to his dodge bonus also attacker receives a +10 bonus on his attack rolls. It also allows the opponent to make a Shadow Strike attack this first round. Next 10 rounds: Blurry vision: Character penalty is reduced to -10 attack roll for 10 rounds, however this penalty acts like a count down that is reduced -1 every round. His dodge bonus suffers the same penalty however he can adds half of his dex modifier to his dodge. There is a chance to recover from this. Every turn the victim can make a fort check. Fort check: 10+ half Charecter level + chakra mod.

Clan Name: Hoshigaki Village: Kirigakure Element affinity: Main has to be water affinity. Description of clan: Anthropomorphic shark people of extremely violent nature. A warrior race native to Kiri and having sworn allegiance to the Mizukage in exchange for insurance they will always have a place on the battlefield. History: Legend once told about a great shark that lived deep within the ocean, this monster was called the Isonade. With every few months, the Isonade would swim to the surface of the sea from the deep waters, to breath some fresh air. However, when he does this, storms erupt, oceans rage, and all ships will be swallowed by him as food. Isonade has a Remora called Samehada. Samehada attaches itself to Isonade’s stomach, and absorbs its food to create huge amounts of chakra, proceeding to send it back to its body. Samehada’s power can enable Isonade to get 5 times the quantity of chakra it could originally get. Therefore, when Isonade battles, he will have unlimited chakra to receive from Samehada. The Hoshigaki are the embodiment of this great beast. They use a weapon called the Samehada, named after the Remora that aided the legendary shark. They are well known for their feverish nature in combat, as well as their incurable bloodlust. Samehada: The Samehada is a weapon made from the scales of Isonade’s remora itself. It is summoned by the clan’s ancients when the shinobi reaches a basic level of his development through a traditional ritual. As the remora must adapt its body to the physiognomy of the shark it attaches itself to, the unique scale summoned through the ritual takes the form of a weapon upon first contact with the Hoshigaki that is destined to wield it. The scale transforms into a weapon that best suits and reflects the shinobi’s fighting style, physiognomy and personality. Once it attaches to its host, the Samehada nearly becomes a integral part of the ninja’s body, it lives as long as the Hoshigaki lives, and dies with him. Therefore, never will the Hoshigaki refer to their weapon as a vulgar object, and never will they tolerate being separated from it. The mystical material the Samehada is made from is practically indestructible, no Samehada have ever been reported to be broken or shattered, despite the number of vicious battles these shinobis have taken part to in the past. In addition to the damage it deals by cutting or bashing the enemy of the Hoshigaki through regular means, the razor sharp scales the weapon is covered with shred anyone it touches and drain their chakra if not properly covered. Damage: Regular weapon damage +2 to minimum damage and +4 to maximum damage. Range: Regular weapon range Special: Regular weapon special attributes. Chakra eater, damage dealt is also dealt as chakra damage if the naked weapon touches the opponent. Should an opponent disarm the Hoshigaki of his Samehada and try to wield it, the handle will grow spikes and cut the user’s hand, forcing him to drop it instantly. If the Hoshigaki is separated from his weapon, it will find its way back to him on its own.

Clan Name: No name - unofficial: the Sculptor bloodline Village: Iwagakure Element Affinity: Earth, secondary elements vary  Description of Limit: The members of this loosely knit clan are artists first and shinobi second. In fact, some may not even be shinobi at all. They are incredibly talented in all forms of art, especially sculpture. Their sculpture seems to have some kind of dynamism that no others possess. History: Once believed to have died out after the last known member, Deidara of Akatsuki, perished over 800 years ago, the official stance as to the status of this bloodline has been shaken periodically over the centuries with reports of a blonde artist here, a terrorist there. Okay, that's not fair. There has only been one manic bomber since Deidara in the 800 years since his death. Still, shinobi-wise this clan has died out completely. Artistically though, it still lives on, albeit keeping a low profile. Few people receiving the sculptures made by clan members are aware of the special element within the clay and the potential danger it poses. It's unlikely that the remaining members of the Potter clan are even aware of their ability as their oral history has not recorded the secretive activities of the shinobi sect of their clan. Clan Characteristics: Blonde hair, blue eyes, fully working mouths on both hands and chest in addition to the one already on the face. Clan members have a storage organ within their bodies for the clay. Slightly androgynous. Cheeky, free-spirited, artistic. In game Stats: Craft (Art) +30 Intimidation +5, Seduce -5 for each palm mouth they show Intimidation +20, Seduce -20 for chest mouth (stacks) The clan member can store clay in his 'second stomach', and regurgitate it out from each and any of the mouths on his body (both palms, chest, face). He can store clay by feeding his mouths. However, storage space inside the body isn't that big and so it's mostly used as a last resort. Clan members carry a large pouch with them. To gather enough clay for max capacity you must make your way to a wet area where clay is abundant. You must complete a 5/5 gathering exercise with a DC of [10 + search] to refill your clay capacity completely. The amount of clay you can store within yourself increases with your level, and the formula is [level x 2] (Max 50). Standard size pouch (duffle bag) can store 100 Clay. Because they have a clay supply, each clan member must record the amount of clay they have in their profile, under "MHp".

This creatures is usually ridden to allow the user the ability to escape the blast radius of the bombs. This creature will also create bombs by consuming non-essential parts of itself to make mini-clones with high explosive capability. Negative C - Art is Everywhere This is a jutsu created out of desipiration. With no clay at their disposal, the clan member may use his hand mouths to devour any moldable substance (playdo, mud, ect) and mold it into usable models. However, due to the substance not nativly being ready to absorb chakra or prepared for the infusion, this requires a great deal more chakra than regular C1 or C2 jutsu. Rank: A Cp cost: 50% more than C1 or C2 Damage: Same as C1 or C2 Requirements: Chakra Control 30 Training days: 10 days Special: *Models made using this method can only have the power of a C1 or C2 explosive model. *This cost 1 additional attack turn to make the model as it is not clay.

Description of Limit / Appearance upon Activation: The name of this clan was lost, however, scholars simply refer to them as the 'Keeper of the Fourth State'. Those that had been endowed with the faction's abilities were able to create plasma. The creation was through ionizing substances with chakra. The users were said to be able to turn any matter to plasma by mere thought. The use of this conversion process became a tool for defense later, when the Keepers and their neutral way of life was threatened. Their innate ability became a Kekkei Genkai.They became an organization. If a Keeper is to try and convert too fast, an explosion ensues. As the Keepers abilities grow with practice and skill, they can convert more dense objects to plasma, naturally leading to a higher magnitude explosion.

Kesshou Kaishin / Bakuha(Plasma Conversion / Explosion) Description: The most fundamental ability of the Keepers. The keepers may use their chakra to take matter to it's fourth state. The ability is classified in stages. As the user gets better at using their conversion ability, the can convert more dense object and higher-heat tolerant items. To cause an explosion instead of just the conversion. The final stage is the ability to turn anything to plasma. This does not count for other shinobi. Shinobi tend to disrupt the chakra of the user, rendering a conflict. Only a handful of keepers were able to implode other chakra-dense beings. Also, as the levels increase, the size of the explosion will be greater. (The explosion is in the discretion of the user.) Rank: C-S Cp cost: (To explode, add another 50 CP)

Kesshou Bunshin Bakuha (Plasma Clone Explosion) Description: Highly thought of as the reason for the clone. The user may 'explode' the clone, plasma burning any close-by targets severely. Rank: B Cp Cost: 100 Damage: 98 - 140 + chakra mod + ninjutsu skill bonus Requirements: Keepers of the Fourth State, Chakra Control 32+, Ninjutsu 32+ Training: 8 days Special:
Kesshouton: Himei Kijo Kuruma (Plasma-Style: Shrieking Banshee Wheel) Description: The user breakdowns plasma in their hand quickly, utilizing the high amounts of heat bi product as offense. The ensuing result will give the user many folds of burning power in their palm, however burn their hand and wrist whilst they use it. The name comes from how this technique was used as a defense, when in the night, the technique would look like a wheel spinning. The user would perform a butterfly twist to gain momentum quickly (thus in the night, it would seem as if there was a blueish hue'd fire wheel from an angle), hurling the heated arm at the projectile , punch or kick, this sheer force could melt most projectile and even cauterize entire limbs. The butterfly kick was most practiced because of the quick force the user could attain to parry. Rank: B Cp Cost: 130 per hit. Damage: Additional + 170 + Chakra Mod to the damage dealt by the hit + per 5 points in Taijutsu. Drawback: The user's hand takes second-degree burns. -5 HP a turn until healed of properly bandaged. Requirements: Keepers of the Fourth State, Chakra Control 80+, Ninjutsu 75+ Training: 10 days Special: Doesn’t cause massive bleeding however the pain created by the burns decrease the efficiency of the opponent ninja causing a -2 on all attack and damage rolls.
Kesshouton: Youkai Kora-Ju (Plasma-Style: Collage of Spectres) Description: The user is able to create a body of plasma to serve various purposes. Due to the extreme nature of Plasma, the control one must have is very high. The body of plasma can corrode various objects, burn them and explode. The body is generally lined with a volatile area, constantly producing a heat bi product. This can be used as a defense, and the user may even force it to explode. Rank: S Cp Cost: 400 + 100 for every round the body is used. (+100 Cp for explosion) Damage: -Corrosion: 75 HP a turn the body is around the opponent. -Defensive Wall: To negate a jutsu, pay half of the jutsu's original CP cost. -Explosion: 250 - 300 HP + Burn: 15 HP a turn. Fort DC: 20 + Chakra modifier Requirements: Keeper of the Fourth State, Ninjutsu 150+, Chakra Control 120+ Training: 15 days Special: Must Maintain concentrations checks = 90 If the user fail he takes half of the damage dealt by the jutsu.
Kesshouton: Tsugunai (Plasma-Style: Atonement ) Description: The user is able to finally overcome the disruption of chakra within the opponent and ionize their bodies. As stated before, the quick process will create an explosion. This technique can be fatal if the user chooses. This technique is noted for it's high amount of chakra usage, not only because of the chakra required for the quick explosion, but the overcoming of the opponent's chakra. (Note: They target may simply choose to implode the leg or the arm, and not any vital parts.) Rank: S Cp Cost: 1000 + 50 for a unit of difference between chakra mods. (If the opponent's is higher. ) Damage: Varies at the discretion of the user. Damage Base = 700 - 1000. Fort DC: 20 + Chk modifier. Requirements: Keeper of the Fourth State, Ninjutsu 175+, Chakra Control 180+ Training: 20 days Special: Must Maintain concentrations checks = 90 If the user fail he takes half of the damage dealt by the jutsu.
Kesshouton: Eitan (Plasma-Style: Admiration) Description: The user can revert plasma to it's original solid state. This technique is compromised if the user loses control of the plasma. For this the chakra control needed to use this technique is unheard of. A few extremely prodigal Keepers were able to use this. Clan Name: Murasaki
Village: Nomadic, choosing to train their own without official titles, yet held their own exams and methods of gaining rank amongst their family. They originate from Kirigakure.
Element Affinity: Water
Description of Limit: A long dedication to the medical arts has given this family a reputation, both good and bad. This dedication has lead to the passing down of regenerative properties within their very own blood. This came to be through some of their family using their own bodies and kin in order to perform experiments and learning techniques in order to perfect their art.
A characteristic of this clan, is that all of those born have a second set of veins which filter out impurities out of the primary veins leading into the heart. These secondary veins contain the approximate total of 6 pints of extra blood which, once removed from the body in any way, will begin to refill themselves instantaneously. Being that their blood replicates at accelerated rates.
Whenever wounded, the blood will continue to supply enough for the body, but will pour out of the body as well. Depending on the grievousness of that wound, they can channel chakra through their blood in order to heal tissue. This does not seem to affect their heart or brain, being that their second blood veins aren't connected to them, rather surround them. Also, even though their blood does seem to sustain a balanced amount, they can still die from a wound if it isn't treated...as a result if the clan member is close to death, their blood will cease to regenerate on its own and the clan member will die; however, if revived or saved somehow, as soon as they are physically able, their body will begin to regenerate accordingly.
The extra set of veins allows immunity to many poisons and disease which plagues most others; however, in return for such a great talent, there is a heavy price. For each time they heal another, they too must suffer the pains of those healed. It is known that their clan can give up their life for another in the case of death within a short time after their death.
On a higher concentration, members of their family can extend this ability into the actual manipulation and alteration of their blood while it is outside of the body by channeling their chakra into it.
History: The first generation was formed by the pairing of Gengiriki Misa and Kimichika Murasaki. Gengiriki is said to have succeeded the test of Kirigakure, while Kimichika was from Takigakure. They bore a child by the name of Motochika Murasaki. Legend has it that Gengiriki and Kimichika had an almost inborn desire to become medical-nins and their son grew up with the same values. They trained their child how to utilize mainly healing-types of jutsu, however had taught Motochika some forms of water-based jutsu, which he then passed down to his children.
By the time Motochika had grown to be a young adult, he fell in love with the voluptuous Mimia Konku, who was a famous dancer. Their pairing granted them four children within just a few years. Their names were Sabayu, Remari, Watori, and Naotsu. Each sibling took different approaches towards their future medical-nin roles.
Sabayu grew to be very old and never bore a single child; however, was the first in his family to attempt to become a more effective fighter, than a healer. He was an exceptional fighter, even utilizing the Chakra Scalpel technique in combination with poisonous powders to render an opponent vulnerable to other attacks.
Remari was fond of using her training in order to cure others of their afflictions, such as poison or disease. She even was the first in her family to use her affinity for water to cleanse others rather quickly and efficiently by utilizing the Delicate Illness Extraction Technique. The interesting fact about Remari is that even though she never married, she gave birth to one child by the name of Ichita.
Watori unfortunately grew fond of the darker side of the medical training he had learned. He began to administer deadly toxins into his own body, and used notes from his sister Remari, in order to concoct antidotes for them in order to grow immunities to them. It isn't public knowledge who his wife was, but rumors suggest she was an assassin for hire. When his child, Daichi, was born had used terrible experiments on him. The product of these experiments gave the child a second set of veins which filtered out impurities in the blood. Watori died as another result of these experiments, believing he, himself could replicate the same process on his own body.
Naotsu, using notes from his other siblings, had become excellent at using the Mystical Palm Technique and Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique. After Watori had died due to his own folly, Naotsu took it upon himself to raise Daichi as his own child. When raising Daichi, he realized the experiments done to him had somehow altered the boys natural ability to heal. When training Daichi, he had learned that when he used the Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique, he didn't seem to exhaust from using it. Naotsu had only one born child, Hanako, who he sadly to admit, used the same processes Watori had used on Daichi in order to replicate the same result. This, however, did not turn out as planned.
Ichita grew to be a beautiful kunoichi, who practiced the art of dance involved to create a very effective fighting style. She didn't feel much drawn towards the medical art, but due to her mother's training, was often called one. Her skill with chakra control was comparable to her mother's in a lot of ways, but chose to use it for her dancing. On the battle-field, she'd channel her chakra through her body in order to move gracefully, yet inflict painful attacks in conjunction with the Chakra Scalpel that she took great pride in. She did not bare any children, but did marry Hotaka Ichirou, who was a scholar.
Daichi, being raised by Naotsu, had grown to excel in his profession. His body seemed to be able to channel chakra especially well, even being able to utilize the Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique almost four times longer than the typical medical-nin. He took care of his step-sister Hanako when his adoptive father, Naotsu was away on missions. Together they trained each other hard and even came to accept their different vein networks as a gift. Hanako was very similar to her step-brother, yet had one difference. Unlike, Daichi, whose body filtered out the impurities and created cures within his form, her body would need to expel it. Thus, her father developed a special type of seal, which he called Blood Seal: Transferal, which he placed on her palms. Through channeling chakra into her palms, she could redirect the impurities in her second vein network through the seals to extend past her body.
When Daichi and Hanako grew older they fell in love surprisingly and against their clan's wishes, got married. Together they gave birth to three children: Megumi, Nayuri, and Suzu. They were surprised whenever their children were born with different networks of veins as well, and no other complications. Each child was covered from head to toe in customized blood seals similar to the ones Naotsu had created. Their children also, showed an almost inhuman regeneration in their blood cells, which allowed them to replace lost blood. In the event of an accident that happened to Megumi when she was struck by a stray kunai during training, the wound didn't heal, but blood kept replenishing itself.
Megumi, the oldest of the three, developed a manner of being able to use what, by that time, the clan referred to as their Blood Release. This was the utilized her seals in order to use her own blood as an offensive weapon by channeling chakra through it upon exiting the body to make is dense and more solid. She learned her dancing fighting style from her aunt and in combination with her own Blood Style: Crimson Whips Jutsu, became well able to defend herself from many angles.
Nayuri, the second born, ran away from his clan due to an argument with his father. Not much is known of what became of him.
Suzu, the youngest of their children, was much more passive. She believed that using the Blood Release, that she'd be able to use her blood in order to heal others. She'd carry vials of medicine wherever she went in order to mix with her blood, which she would combine in a sphere called Blood Style: Bloody Palm which she'd use in conjunction with a Mystical Palm Technique in order to heal even the most grievous of wounds with ease. While this technique could heal so efficiently, it caused her to almost, absorb the pain of those she healed, which made her not fit for front-line combat.
This new style of fighting developed over time and each trained especially hard to be able to pass down even more powerful techniques and jutsu. The all agreed that this unusual fighting style their aunt developed would be taught to their children, but never named it, but stressed that it was a form of taijutsu they created over the years. The only foreseeable benefit from their clan's fighting style is that it is graceful, disarming, and dextrous. Once chakra is utilized to add concentrated attacks, their beautiful style becomes very deadly. To those the fight, it appears that they are dancing about the battlefield and when they strike it is like the bat, which glides across the skies.
Several generations later their clan had waned due to sacrificing their own bodies for those who they cared for or through old age. Nagamasa Murasaki, the truest master of their clan's brutal, yet elegant bloodline, had become one of three members left of his kin. The other two members of the family are Youko and Ryuunosuke Murasaki.
Nagamasa did not marry, but his lover died while after his son, Ren Murasaki was born. Nagamasa has utilized his Blood Release in order to reinvent many of the water-based jutsu his family before him had taught. It is said that he scribed a detailed list of all of his clan's jutsu and techniques in scrolls that he bound with seals that can only be lifted by other members of the clan. As rumor suggests, Nagamasa had grown fond of bats while in deep underground caves seeking seclusion while he trained. Most of his justu mimics the bats appearances as they lash out at an enemy. It is said that he is the first of his clan to be able to actually replicate the secondary veins in his body in order to extend past his form, in order to generate blood on a large scale.
Not much is known about his twin Youko or his older brother Ryuunosuke. But as for his son, Ren, Nagamasa had decided it best to train Ren earlier than any other member in the family. He taught Ren on many basics, including the clan's own fighting style and personally created seals to cover a great portion of his body. Ren has been taught how to use the Transferal Technique, but as far as anything else, he found it best to really try his son's skills. He did this by sending Ren out into the wilderness, abandoning him for 2 whole years. It is unknown whether or not Ren has inherited his father's ability to replicate his secondary veins.
Nagamasa plans to reveal his clan's scrolls to Ren, but only after the child joins an official ninja academy in order to gain respect for their now nearly forgotten bloodline. He figures that if his child is strong enough to become an official genin, he will grant Ren access to the knowledge of his clan's strongest jutsus and techniques.

This causes the blood to almost gel, as it whips around lashing viciously at an opponent. Rank: D-rank Cp Cost: 20 CP to add density, +5 per whip strike. Damage: 10-15 per consecutive whip strike. Requirements: Murasaki Clan member, Blood Flow, Cardiac Rhythm, Perform (Dance) +5 Training: 5 days Special: If utilized with a Taijutsu higher than Cardiac Rhythm, +2 to Perform (Dance).
Jutsu Name: Bloody Palm Description of Jutsu: The user of this jutsu places their hand in blood and forms a gel that rests in the palm of their hand. Jutsu Name: Cardiac Rhythm Description of Jutsu: The user of this taijustu begins to almost dance around the battlefield. The method behind this is to captivate an opponent and strike when the guard is down. This particular dance is called as such due to the user being pumped up for battle by channeling chakra through their second set of veins and into their heart, to make the sounds of the heart ring loudly like a drum. As the heat of the battle intensifies the user moves faster and faster according to the rhythm of the “drum.” Rank: E-rank Cp Cost: 5 CP + 2 per post held Damage: N/A Requirements: Murasaki clan member, Perform (Dance) 5+, Taijutsu 5+ Training: 0 Special: +5 Dodge from the start of using it. Clan Name: Raiken Join Status: Private (PM me if you want in, but you better have a good explanation as to how your character survived, either from the avalanche of Kumogakure or how they have been living away from Kumogakure Village: Kumogakure, though some are scattered Owner: NinjaSamurai360 Affinity: Lightning History: The Raiken clan have always been a proud people, since their creation. In the beginning, it was the Raiken that initially gave the Village Hidden in the Clouds their elemental affiliation, being one of the first clans to every develop an elemental affinity.
In the beginning, the Raiken were one of the native clans to walk the mountain that Kumogakure was built on, and in. Theirs was a peaceful existence, starting from before the Five Great Shinobi Nations were founded. From the beginning, the members of the Raiken clan possessed a naturally forming metallic protein in their bodies, allowing them to control the flow of electricity around them and warp electromagnetic fields. These proteins are formed in the muscles at a young age, and as the person matures, the proteins move from their place in the muscles and bond to and into the bones hardening them. Because the protein end up forcing their way to the bone, this weakens the muscle strands and fibers that make up the person’s musculature system, and actually has no benefits to the skeletal system other than making the person a human lightning rod.
From their abilities, the Raiken were once a weak clan, one of the weakest. Their poor muscle structure prevented them from taking on any overbearing challenges or projects, and it was once considered to be a birth defect that one ended up like the Raiken. However, this perspective changed, unfortunately for the worst, when one stormy night, and lone Raiken clan member, called Tetsuya Raiken, found himself climbing atop a mountain in the middle of a thunderstorm. By chance, lightning ended up striking him, but he did not fall. He did not die; nothing of consequence came to Tetsuya other than a sharp but momentary pain as the electricity shot through his body. Instead of frying Tetsuya like a potato, the electricity was drawn through his body to his bones, where it collected, and then exited through his feet and back into the mountainside. The first few moments were excruciatingly, a sharp pain reverberating throughout the Tetsuya’s body, though this quickly ended. When he opened his eyes, the Tetsuya found an incredible experience awaiting him. He no longer felt pain; he no longer felt tired from climbing up the mountainside. Instead, he felt energized better than he had a long time, He pulled one of his hands in front of his face to make sure that he was still conscious, and found that his hand momentarily crackled with electricity, several sparks actually shot from his fingers. Tetsuya was overwhelmed by this whole new world that he was experiencing, and lived to climb back down the mountainside to tell his tale. Upon observation of his body, Tetsuya discovered burns on his feet where the lightning left his body.
But Tetsuya was not met with praise or astonishment. He was instead met by scorn and abandonment. The most of the people form nearby villagers did not believe him, and called him a liar. Those who did called him a freak and shunned him even further for yet another “birth defect”. Even those in his clan, tight knit as they were, started to wonder at his wild claims, but they did not shun him like the outsiders did. The clan elders asked him to prove his claims, to defend the clan’s honor. Upon showing his talent, they didn’t know what to do with Tetsuya. Surely they could not let these rumors spread, and allow the rumor to be confirmed as truth. But he had committed no crime, and the worst that the elders could do was confine him to the sanctuary of the village.
But this was no curse. It was a blessing in disguise…
In was not until another stormy night, such as the one that had thrown Tetsuya’s life into turmoil, that the blessing revealed itself to the world. The Raiken had lived in peace for so long, but this was not to last. With the arrival of envious villagers, who sought to take the land from the “weak and defenseless” Raiken, their livelihoods were thrown into jeopardy. The small village that the Raiken controlled near the base of the mountain that would eventually hold the village of Kumogakure was under siege. With over half of the population dead, “the sky began to weep”, as the elders of the clan now say. In the downpour, Tetsuya sat on the cold, wet street, with his back against a wall. His troubles had brought him all the way down to poverty. Just when he though his life couldn’t get any worse, something struck inside Tetsuya. The roar of the overhead thunder pierced his core, energizing him, calling him to battle. Tetsuya pulled his head to look at the sky, his now wet hair sticking to his face. A flash of lightning in the overhead cloud solidified his resolve, as he picked himself up off of the ground and ran towards the heart of the battle.
The blood of the innocents scattered across the ground, making the pools seem even larger. A massacre had taken place here… was taking place here. The outsiders had torn apart everything in their path, buildings, homes, people. They still remained, looking over the town, surveying their dirty work. Those of the Raiken that still lived cowered in fear of the future that was yet to come, when a lone figure appeared on one of the roofs, towering over the people. He would surely have been destroyed, if not for the storm. The outsiders charged at him, pulling out all their weapons. Tetsuya needed none. From the sky shot strike after strike of lightning, hitting the same target every time; Tetsuya. And with every strike, he willed himself to trust hand or a finger forward, sending the bolt of lightning with it.
Within the hour, the battle was done. The few outsiders that had survived were running off scared. And Tetsuya stood above his people, who now revered him as the hero he really was. It was then that the clan received the honor that they truly deserved. Upon his questioning from his awe-stricken people, Tetsuya answered as he had felt it happen. When they asked him to recreate his acts of grandeur, he replied that he could not. It had been the sky. But he told them, and eventually instructed them, on how they could use their bodies to redirect electricity. When jutsu came of use, they discovered how to summon the lightning that they needed for perform their incredible acts. And soon the Raiken clan became one of the most powerful in the Lightning Country.
Eventually, Kumogakure was founded, with the clans convergence, and the Raiken took their place as one of the nobilities of Kumogakure. They constructed their compound at the top of the village, seeking to be closer to the lightning that had brought their clan out of the shadows. It was unfortunately this place in the village that sealed their fate, during the avalanche that nearly destroyed Kumogakure altogether…
Rumors say that only a few survived this tragedy, but only one member has been confirmed to have surived. Kiego Raiken, the current clan leader. Jutsu List: Raikou Sao no Jutsu - Lightning Rod Technique. This is the technique that is used so that the person can first start conducting electricity in the first place. With it, they're basically making the battlefield considerably more lethal, along with preparing their future techniques. The user makes it so his entire body is wrapped up in lightning, making it so that whenever an opponent touches them, they'll get zapped. However, the amount of damaged from the zap varies from stage to stage. Also, it's only defense. When a person attacks, they're forced to drop the jutsu to do so. You have to be standing still in order to use this technique in defense. Cp Cost: 10 + 5 per holding post Damage: 5 to 10 + Chakra + 1 per 10 ranks Ninjutsu Requirements: Ninjutsu 10, Chakra Control 10 Training: 7 days
Raikou Sumiyaka no Jutsu - Lightning Speed Technique. In other words, the user is able to use electricity in order to travel upon currents, his speed reaching up to at least twice of his typical speed, if not even more so. Cp Cost: 20 + 10 per holding post Damage: N/A Requirements: Ninjutsu 10, Chakra Control 10, Dex Mod 7 Training: 8 days
Raikou Chaneru no jutsu ( Lightning Channel technique ) This jutsu can only be done during a thunderstorm. Using previously acquired electricity, the user can then use it to draw down lightning bolts from the sky. Then, using the previously channeled electricity as the medium, the user then redirects that lightning bolt at the desired target. Cp Cost: 50 Damage: 50 - 100 + Chakra Mod + 1 per 10 ranks Ninjutsu Requirements: Know Raikou Sao no jutsu, Control 30, Ninjutsu 30, Constitution 20 Training: 15 days
Raikou Heki no Jutsu - Lightning Burst no Jutsu This jutsu is a variation of the Tama Raikou no Jutsu. Instead of just firing off from a wepaon, though, it fires off in the shape of a barrier around him that typically goes for four or five meters. The shape is similar to the Hyuuga Haiten, though there's no spinning and no chakra being launched. Instead, it's just lightning being fired out. This barrier will let things come in and out as they please, but with each passing through the barrier they are electrocuted with a high amount of voltage. Things such as Kunai and other weapons can make it through the barrier, if one can seen the user behind all the white fire. The user cannot use any other actions while holding the barrier. In order to keep up the barrier, there must be clouds in the sky to help generate the electric field. Tama Raikou no Jutsu - Ball Lightning Technique. After the person has the amount of practice necessary to make it so their entire body is encased in electricity, The user can then ionize the gas in the air and focus electricity within it, creating a giant red ball of super-heated gas and a massive amount of electrical current. The attack must be launched with a weapon, causing a massive explosion when it hits. Cp: 190 Damage: 100 to 150 + Chakra Mod + 1 per 10 ranks Ninjutsu Requirements: Raikou Sao no Jutsu, Control 30, Ninjutsu 40, Metal Weapon Training: 10 days
Weapon: Raiken Staff The Raiken clan have their own unique staff which, in combination with their unique limits, can only truly be learned by their clan. This staff is unique in it's design in that it can split into various weaponry, and the additions it have later on make it even more dangerous. The reason why this weapon is so affiliated with the Raiken clan is that it works with their lightning chakra. Damage: 2 to 8 + Strength Modifier Avoid: Dodge or Tumble Special: The members of the Raiken clan are given the staff when they become Gennin. Upon reaching the level of Chuunin, they are provided with their first addition to the staff, which is a hook like attachment. Then, when they graduate from the Jounin exams, they are given the final attachment, which is a blade.
