Right now I'm reading 'Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers' by Mary Roach. It's really interesting, as well as educational and funny.

Right now I'm reading a book called Manifold: Time, its the first book in a series by Stephen Baxter. My all time fave reads though are all the books in the Dragonriders of Pern series by Anne McCaffery. In general I enjoy sci-fi/fantasy, but I've dabbled in historical romance, books about travel and life experiences and an occasional manga.

Usually I'm a big reader, but I've been so busy I haven't had much time recently. I just finished a book called Dancing on Snowflakes, by Malcolm MacDonald. It's an older book that I've had sitting on my shelf for a while, and just got around to reading.
I'm thinking next I might re-read the Wheel of Time series, we'll see.
