Elnara was starting to feel a little overwhelmed, and she also had many questions to ask - but she needed to sit, needed to rest somewhere before her legs gave out from under her.

"Why don't we head into the sunroom to sit?" she suggested, nodding at the door and then leading the way. "I think there are a lot of explanations that need to be told."

And then she remembered something, and turned to Lore. "And then I have something to show you," she added - and she shot a quick sidewise glance at Kara.

Celebor let go of Triton and ran and grabbed Serenity's hand instead. "Come on!" he urged her with a grin. "Come see! It's real pretty in the sunroom, lots of flowers everywhere!"

"To show me?" Lore blinked, wondering what Elnara meant by that, but he followed her into the sunroom.

It was quite pleasing the room itself, just as it was named. Good for natural light, and working conditions during the day. Though to him it was a bit odd that there was a fountain in it, and did he smell... roses?

Donovan mumured as he felt the weight on his arm, adjusting himself so he wouldn't fall. But he had to peer down at the petite woman through his glasses. She was happy, not that there was anything wrong with that, it was good when Kara was happen.

"I smell trouble coming from you," he whispered to her.

Elnara took a seat on the floor with her back to the fountain, and she felt Serenity slip down from her shoulder and sit instead in her lap, snuggling in comfortably.

She wanted to ask her questions, but she could wait until everyone was settled in.

Celebor pulled his grandmother over to the couch and sat down, still grinning like the cat that swallowed the canary. He was having a field day with this!

Lore settled down on a seat beside Elnara still holding Skye, but couldn't help but wonder how the roses were growing in there. It was as if the wood was still alive, or maybe it was.

As he settled in, trying to glimpse quickly into the fountain to see if the twins were there. He was sure they were, he hoped Feng wouldn't do anything rash, even though she had been getting a bit better.

There were at least half a dozen places for the children to hide around here.

"So before anything else," Elnara said quietly, looking directly at Kara and Donovan; "I want to know - how exactly did Skye end up going with you to the Four Lands? And when did you go? And how long were you there?"

Skye slid down to Lore's lap and started tracing her finger along the seams of his robes. It was one of the activities she had missed during her week away. She still wanted Mommy, but she was close enough to her for now that she could be contented as things were - and she knew that she would be able to see Mommy all she wanted to later.

Sleeping in a small and dark place Lore thought, that sounded like Skye. Poor child, that must have been a shock, he thought as he watched her fiddle with his robes per usual. He absently stroked her wings, even though he knew once she became old enough he couldn't do that anymore it would be just odd.
