I've made casseroles as far as cooking goes. Baking? I like baking simple cookies, cinnamon rolls, and at rare occasions cake. Just a simple chocolate cake with vanilla icing. That was sweet of you what you did for your mother for Valentine's Day.

I like making pasta, because it's easy... and delicious.
I LOVE to bake, but I don't like to eat sweets. It's really weird. I just end up baking for fun and it goes stale (unless we have people over, then they don't go to complete waste). I like to make cake towers, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, muffins, and pies.

all manner of pie !
I fell absolutely in love with Pushing Daisies ( mostly because Lee Pace
but also because it's a fantastic show . . or was , because cancelled )
and so I loooove baking pie !
and because it's not the healthiest thing on the counter top I try to always
use organic ingredients and find alternatives to using sugar ( like amping
up fruit or using fresh instead of frozen ) and reducing the amount of flour
and other fillers .
today was asian pear with camembert under the crust !
last week was mixed berry ( rasp , black , blue ) and cherry !
next week ? undecided as of yet c:
I mean , cake's great too . . . but . . pie . . yum_pie

I like to bake me than I cook. Baking something just feels so much more lasting; it doesn't have to be eaten right then, it can be warmed back up or eaten just the way it is. Breads and pies is where my strength lies. I am looking forward to making a pound cake in some point in the future. A citrus flavored one just sounds soooo perfect! emotion_bigheart

I like to bake cookies and small cakes. I like cooking salmon, rice, sloppy joe w. pasta, vegetables in general... yum_tea
