"Wait..." Tianna said. "My time is wasteable..." She thought to herself. She stood up and set the plate down on and end table nearby. She walked over to him and looked straight nto his eyes and then leaned in and kissed him, lightly but held it for a long time.

He wondered if he offended when she walked over and stared at him,but stopped thinking completely when she kissed him."I...you...why..."He said a little while after she broke the kiss."T-that was..."He trailed off blushing and smiling trying to think of an adequate word to describe it.

Although he was to embarrassed to say anything he felt he should make some sort of reply,so without thinking much about what he was doing he hugged her.

Tianna hugged him back and smiled slighty and blushed deeper. She leaned her head on her shoulder, thankfull they were about the same hight.

When she hugged him back he was startled and pulled back realizing what he was doing.He tried to step back again but the chair was still behind him and he fell into it with a plop.He looked up at her fearfully and couldn't stop himself from murmuring."D-don't hurt me."He blushed furiously looking down biting his tongue fiercely to stop him from talking again thinking."Idiot,idiot,idiot!Why can't you just get over it?It's been a long enough time now.It shouldn't bother me anymore!"

Tianna stumbled back and said, "W-what? Why would I hurt you?" She sank to her knees, hoping there was something nearby and ended up falling to the ground.

Seeing her fall to the ground he got out of the chair as fast as he could and knelt beside her helping her up."I-i'm sorry!"He said his guilt and concern overcoming his fear."It's just something happened to me a while ago...my mom was...well...that's unimportant...the thing is I've been well afraid of people ever since."His voice dropped a bit and he murmured."Especially girls."He shook his head and looked up."It's nothing you did.Honest.it's just sometimes I remember bad memories and...I freak out.I'm sorry!"He said looking at the floor."I'm such an idiot.You probably want me to go now.Sorry.Bye."He mumbled heading towards the door.

Tianna nodded and let him leave to go to his room on the floor below. She stopped and said,"Wait. You don't have anything to sleep on do you? Here. Take this." She said handing him and inflatable bed and the plug in air pump. "Its not much but its better than the hard floor." She turned and headed to the closed off space that she knew to be the bedroom and unfurnished bathroom.

Tianna walked over to her bed which was already covered in sheets and comforters and collapsed wishing she could sleep but not finding to be able to. She lay there for hours with her eyes open and her claws were soon lengthening and unlengthening. She stared at them and sat up with a sigh and then walked out of her room and out the door, passing by Niraj's appartment as she went. She walked out and into the city and then entered central park. (Exits to central park)

Tianna walked back into her appartment building after many days at central park and headed straight for her appartment. She saw that the bathrooms had been installed and the kitchen floors had been tiled. She walked throught the door to her bedroom and collapsed on her bed, her eyes flickering slightly.

Tianna rolled over and slid up to the top of her bed, never having fully fell asleep. She sat up and pulled open one of her dresser drawers, and pulled a book out of the overstuffed compartment. The front of the book read, Edward Lee, and then beneath it was a picture of a woman being devoured by a long pink worm and beneath the picture was the title of the book, Slither . She opened it up to the page with a silk bookmark in it and began reading.
