Ieshia had followed the scent of her friends Whisper, Helaku, and Suzuka for days, for they were not where they had been before. This had been a slow and painful process, for her wound slowed their pace down to a crawl. At times she would realize it'd be easier to just lay down and not get up again, but she had never been one to give up, so she moved on.

Rarely was she able to catch anything to eat, either, for she didn't have the energy to do so. Scavenging seemed to work best, but then, Vitus was with her too. The time she spent with him on their way was treasured. That didn't prevent guilt from rising up within her. She was keeping him from continuing on...and she was dragging him somewhere he didn't exactly want to go. The motivation of keeping him safe too kept her going.

Finally, after a long, tiring search, Ieshia found the scent that seemed to lead into a den of sorts. She stopped, letting her tongue loll out of her mouth tiredly. Her ear twitched around and she looked for Vitus, wondering what he would think on the matter. Had the entire pack gone into den like this? It seemed unlikely...yet there was no scents leading away...at least not really.

(( :O Tahja said we could post, concidering Ieshia probably will join and Vitus MIGHT...and they're friends of the pack anyway. xP

And because Tahja needed to shift some things, here was Yakobi's post))

Vitus followed slowly behind his friend. He had felt as though they had been traveling forever, but perhaps they had finally arrived at the...Pack. He shuddered slightly as he thought of him possibly joining...If he did it would definatly take some time for him to get used to, but that was only if.

His paw had been feeling much better as time paseed, although there was the slight jolts of pain now and then. Ieshia had him much more worried though, as she didn't seem to be getting any better. How could her sister, if that would really was related to her, do such a thing? That thought had been running though his mind for the longest while, but it seemed that he'd never find that out.

As Ieshia stoped he slowly made his way next to her. "Whut is it?" he asked, flicking his ears and sniffing at the air. He couldn't yet hear, nor smell anything...But with his damaged senses that didn't mean much.

Ieshia paused, sniffing about slightly. She was sure they had gone this way...she supposed they'd have to go in and see. With a small swish of her tail in an upwards manner she glacned back at Vitus, "They went through here...their scents are all over this area, but they don't go anywhere but within." She then began to move forward again, heading through the den...or what appeared to be one. Her stride wasn't as bad as it had been before, but it was still stiff and uncomfortable.

He glanced at his friend and then in front of himself. Well if the pack was in there...This was it. He'd have to suck it up and go in with his friend, she was hurt and far more important then his mental problems. He'd just have to suck it up.

"Alrught, luts go un thun." he smiled, dispite the wary feeling that was slowly consuming him. He waged his tail slowly as he tried his best to confidant about heading off to find the pack.

(( Hm.. do you guys mind if I throw in Helaku? He'd be at the entrance, guarding it to make sure that no intruder came in... but he'd be there only if you two want him to be. XD ))

(( Alrighty. ^^ ))

Yellow had been standing there for quite some time. He understood why someone needed to guarded the entrance, like the concept in all, but he didn't understand why someone would want to intrude on a pack so large. Any wolf who could smell even in the least could tell that there had been multiple wolves through the long 'bear cave' at one time.

But, feeling that his mind was beginning to crowd and that there was no point in trying to figure it out, Laku just stopped thinking about it and shook his head to help himself. As he did, a scent wafted into his nose and faint voices could be heard. They weren't from the packlands side, so obviously someone was following the trail of scents. His fur brislted slightly as he crouched low and waited.

The fact that Ieshia and Vitus weren't that far into the cave made it hard for the male to actually figure out that it was them and not some rude intruders. Their scents were so faint and thin that he wondered if maybe he was thinking things up, having stood there for most of the day already and having nothing to occupy himself..

Ieshia gave a small nod and slowly moved inside. Her former grace was stifled, but her attitude did not waver. She was alive and could move and everything, so she had no worries about herself, even if she should. Her concern, however, still lay with Vitus. To her, friends always came first and he had been having some problems before. He didn't want him to get sick and have her be the only one around to help.

As she moved along the stoney floor of the cavern, she caught a familiar sent. At first she wasn't sure who it was, for it was far off. A memory tickled the back of her mind and suddenly she realized it was Helaku, the young male who had led her to Whisper not long ago. She gave Vitus a small smile and wag of her tail, "I think this is it!" She sped up slightly, making their pace more of that of a normal wolf's lope.

Vitus followed behind Ieshia, who had unexpectly spead up. He flicked his ears wondering if she should be doing such a thing with her injuries. With a gently shake of his head he pushed the thought to the back of his mind, she'd be ok. Especially if they were nearing in on the pack now. She'd be perfectly find now, nothing could go wrong.

Well one thing could go wrong. The small thought crept up as if it were shouting into his ear. He could panic, he hadn't been in a pack nor near one since he was a pup...A member of one or a visitor. He just would have to stay calm and do his best not to panic. He'd need something to keep his mind off things for a while.

A scent drifted into his nose, that of a wolf he may of met. It smelt familiar to him in a way, yet he couldn't place it. It was different, as if he knew whoever it was...And yet he didn't. He turned his gaze down thinking for a moment, who could it be.

He froze as his head gently bumped into Ieshia. "Oh surry..." he spoke, smiling slightly.

Crouching there for a few mintues longer, Helaku was able to learn that the other wolves who had found the entrance to the packlands were friends. At first he hadn't been able to really identify the two, but now that they were closer and coming ever nearer, he could tell that the two approaching wolves were Ieshia and.. Vitus? He didn't recall ever really meeting the other male, but had been told about him by Whisper. Apparently he was an old friend, one that could definitely be trusted.

But from the smell that wafted into his nose, Yellow didn't think that the other male felt too comfortable coming into a large pack's land... and it made him wonder whether he was just accompanying Ieshia and making sure she was safe, or if he was going there because he wanted to stick with Ieshia..

Were they mates? Sheesh, Laku really needed to touch up on his knowledge of other wolves. And so, with that thought in mind, he stood at the entrance, waiting for the other two wolves and giving a slight bark in what was most likely a greeting.

Ieshia thought nothing of hit, giving a slightly playful and reasuring nudge, "It's fine...we're almost there now." She continued on through the cave until sunlight met her golden eyes. However, it was blocked slightly by a shape standing in the enterance. She knew it to be Helaku.

Smiling, she bounded forward her run off beat and awkward, but happy none the less. "Helaku!" She cried out, happy to see her friend. Despite the brief time she had spent with him, she was attached. She was silly like that, getting attached to almost everyone she met and got along with. It was just her nature.

Vitus allowed the smile to vanish as Ieshia said it was fine about him bumping into her. He was glad that she was alright, dispite the fact that he knew he hadn't bumped into her hard. He slowed his pace slightly as they neared light. A figure in the distance stood out.

Before Vitus could ask Ieshia if she knew the wolf she had cried out a name and run off. Well that answered his question. Quickly he broke into a trot and followed his friend, this was the wolf he smelt then. Helaku did Ieshia say? The name wasn't familiar, but that wasn't important.

"Hullo." he smiled as best he could.

Helaku was glad that Ieshia remembered him despite the small amount of time they had spent together. True, he had remembered her, but then again he thought himself as someone who would be easily forgotten. Yet he was proved wrong as the red femme came up to him and seemed happy to see him. Though... was she limping?

He didn't have much time to ponder over that, though, when Vitus came up behind Ieshia and said hello to Laku. Dipping his head respectfully, for from what he had heard from Whisper this male was very trustworthy and a good friend to her, he smiled and spoke. "Hello to you too." Then he sat down, having spent a majority of the day standing and keeping guard. But he couldn't just sit there with them looking at him..

"Do you two wish to meet the rest of the pack?" If so, he could take them on a sort of tour. But if they wanted to rest, then he could lead them to a suitable spot. Whatever they wanted, he could help make them comfortable.

Ieshia was rather disappointed in his greeting, and showed it planely in a sulky, teasing pout. She looked out slowly at the land behind him, pondering over what to do first. Well...they had come so that they could see Whisper...and so she could rest and recover. And since she didn't know who the alpha was as of now, she supposed that'd be the best thing to do at the moment. She gave a nod, still teasing Halaku with her exageration of displeasure, "Well...perhaps we could see Whisper first? Then meet the others?"

Vitus quietly turned around to the entrance of the cave as Helaku mentioned meeting the rest of the pack. He wished that he could just run out, but he couldn't leave Ieshia, he had to make sure she was going to be alright. His emerald eyes flickered as he turned his body back towards the two wolves. The pack couldn't be too bad. It wasn't like anything from his past was going to happen again...It wasn't as if he was cursed.

His gaze shifted from the distance to Ieshia. See Whisper first? Yes, maybe seeing another one of his friends that was a member of the pack would reasure him that nothing was going to happen. That sounded like a good idea. Still, not wanting to say anything the male wolf just stood there, waiting for the other two to make a desision.

Helaku didn't fail to notice Ieshia's disappointment in the way that he had greeted them. Of course, he wasn't really one to get all bubbly or anything like that, but he did realize that he was kind of... dull. But then there was Vitus. Another male that he didn't know, really, but was obviously a friend of the red female and of Whisper since she said so. He then guessed that if he meant so much to both females, then he could at least act a little more... not stiff... toward him.

Wagging his tail and letting his tongue loll out of the side of his mouth in a sort of puppyish way, he then nipped at Ieshia playfully before jumping over her and looking excitedly towards the brown and black male. It might've seemed sort of sudden, so Yellow tried to explain his suddent burst of energy.

"Sorry about that, I had just been standing around all day, I sorta forgot how to do a greeting towards good friends." Okay, now he must look and sound like an idiot. But was done was done and he couldn't much change that. So, instead, he just gave a sheepish smile then turned back towards the packlands.

"See Whisper? Sure!" he said happily, glad to get away from the entrance and his boring duties to it. "All the packmembers are still trying to settle in and find their perfect densites, so it might seem a little crazy at first." Of course, it had only been a few days since the pack moved into its lands, so it was understandable.

After he had stopped speaking, Laku took a few steps forward then looked back at the two visitors. Orbs shot from Ieshia to Vitus then back again. Was Vitus going to be okay with the whole pack thing? He didn't seem to comfortable at the moment..
