Gore Rules I assume that you're talking about Suite-Pee. If you look into the earlier pages of this thread, you'll see what I said. Basically I think it is about people who claim to be Christian, and they only act the part on Sundays, at church, but then every where else, they are total hypocrites and they sin without even knowing it. But at the same time I think it is about people who are so into their so-called religions that they'll do anything for it. For example in the lyrics there are many lines like: try her philosophy, die for her philosophy, I want to ******** my way to the garden. I think garden probably stands for Heaven, but I'm not Serj, Daron, Shavo, or John, so I'm just giving an "educated guess", if you know what I mean. i know what you mean, and that's a good guess. the average christian commits at least 7 sins a day without knowing it... i don't know what i would do for my religion... confused

I agree...in the words of Carl Panzaram, "...If Christians taught me one thing, it was how to be a hypocrite..."
I my opinion, people who say they're 'pure in the eyes of God' are full of bullshit. Everyone has sinned at least once. It's just in human nature. Humans are flawed beings, and, if only people who never sin go to Heaven...I have a feeling Heaven is quite empty...and Hell, full to bursting. Christians, in my opinion, are somewhat hypocritical and narrow-minded. They are not open to new ideas, and dismiss other religions as 'fake.' Basically, it's like, "You either beleive in our God, or rot in our hell.'

I've heard that you don't have to be perfect to be Christian. You only have to be sinless if you're Jesus. And that's where the woman who claims to be Jesus comes in. Changing all the rules, gathering her followers. It's a lot like this... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Jones

Actually, in earlier times...people thought 'God' was a woman. I guess in some perspective, I could picture God as a woman. But, when I think of 'God,' I don't think of a person...More of a Divine Entity....More of an 'It' then 'He/She' xD A little off topic...but, somewhat relates.

I do see what you are saying, but I do think you should study up on something like Christianity before trying to point out its flaws. Indeed, everyone has sinned at least once, and much more than that. I fyou read the Bible, you will see things that basically tell you that you have to have a relationship with God, and be who you are. You will sin no doubt, but that's when you take a look at yourself and change it, and keep yourself in check. You will never be perfect, but if you truely live for God, and follow what his word (the Bible) says, then you will have eternity with Him in Heaven. You don't have to agree with me, I'm just trying show you something. Oh, and yes many Christians are hypocrites, but just because they call themselves Christians, doesn't mean that they really are following God.

You just have to accept Jesus Christ as your savior, and you'll go to Heaven. At least, that is what I was taught. I guess I failed to mention this before. ^^;; (I really need to think before I speak type))

CuddlesRevenge Actually, in earlier times...people thought 'God' was a woman. I guess in some perspective, I could picture God as a woman. But, when I think of 'God,' I don't think of a person...More of a Divine Entity....More of an 'It' then 'He/She' xD A little off topic...but, somewhat relates. i just heard that to be catholic, you have to belive in god, which raised alot of questions for me as one.

I don't know a whole lot about being catholic, but just believing in God won't do anything. If you go to the top of a 100-story building and jump off screaming, "I don't believe in gravity!" Will it do you any good?

We can either start paying attention or stop going to school. Many of us still go to school, so we aren't on all the time.
(I just got off Spring Break. Back to school for me... gonk )
