I have suggestion that may cure the fighting problems.
I Think we should ban the fighters, while they are fighting and make a document that they have to sign, stating that they don't fight again or they are banned from the guild forever. Its simple and if any of the mods have any balls they'll actually reinforce it.
Either that or we have a thread devoted completely to OOC fighting and argueing. So the people who don't want to hear it don't have to. Simple as that.
Though I doubt anyone will even read this and if they do they'll probably dismiss it. Theres my 2 cents.

I have a suggestion for the Pixel thread of people...Not that anyone's going to use it but I'm going to say my word anyways.
Rather than Enki having the REALLY long post, the people who want their photo up just put it up and write up their little bio with it. And if there's some illegal work done or whatever, the mods can easily fix that.

Havew houses! Three houses per thread, people can share them or you can pay some extra money by charging them rent or just like... 1k for the house.
