"B-but that would be so low!" Kaleb exclaimed, fishing out a pair in his size that had a pleasing colour. He thought wearing something that only came up to below his tails would make him feel like he was exposing too much.

"Stop worryin and get some more." He peered at the size that Kaleb had picked out and dug around while tossing different pairs at the mage.

Kaleb tried to sneakily toss back a couple pairs, either not liking the look of them, or just flat out scared of how low the waist seemed. He managed to find another pair himself though, and soon he had several that would be suitable for trying on.

"Yer too picky." He snickered as he shoved Kaleb toward the dressing rooms. "Go try a pair on and i'll show ya their not so bad."

Kaleb blushed at the comment as he went over and hid himself in a changing room to try on the jeans. Pulling on the first pair made him really nervous, because they were just as low as he had feared, and fit rather snugly. With a bit of anxious fidgeting he poked his head out of the change room, knowing Reno would probably want to see what the jeans looked like.

Kaleb blushed worse and skittered out, hands fidgeting and tails swishing nervously. He was thankful the shirt he was wearing was long enough to cover what areas the jeans didn't, and for the most part hid the low waistband.

"Not bad ... turn 'round." He twisted his hand motioning for Kaleb to do the same. He had to get a good look at all the angles to know if they were good enough.

Kaleb turned around nervously, but the long feathers on his neatly tucked wings hid his backside very effectively.

Kaleb jumped a bit when he was poked, and then reluctantly spread his wings enough so Reno could get a look. He felt really exposed wearing those pants, but he was able to take some comfort in the fact that his shirt still covered down past the low waistband.

He walked over and scooped up the edge of Kaleb's shirt so he could see properly. "That's better .... look good on ya." He smirked as his eyes wandered across the mages backside.

Kaleb squeaked rather loudly in surprise and pulled away, blushing almost as much as if Reno had just gone and pulled down his pants or something like that. It took him some time to calm himself down, but finally he was able to manage a stuttered thanks for Reno's compliment.

"Ya gotta stop jumpin every time someone does that." He laughed. "Sides, these look much better on ya than yer old ones did." Plus they'd make people, Riley mostly, stare at Kaleb more and that would provide him with more entertainment.

"Th-they are really low..." Kaleb said, fidgeting badly. It wasn't uncomfortable, aside from the unfamiliarity and insecurity of the low waistband, but he thought maybe with time he could get used to it.
