Riley smiled and flipped her hair. She held her head high and let her eyes sparkle. She coughed and sneezed suddenly, her eyes tearing up.
" When was the last time you dusted?" She asked.

kyoko edged away from him, attempting to hide her obvious discomfort. Why did this always happen to her? she was extreamly shy around most guys..especially when they say things like...well THAT. "You have a really pretty voice...I sing a bit too but I'm not half so good." she smiled slightly. "do you take lessons?"

Why did this always happen to her? she was extreamly shy around most guys..especially when they say things like...well THAT. "You have a really pretty voice...I sing a bit too but I'm not half so good." she smiled slightly. "do you take lessons?" Riley flashed her beautiful smile. And promptly shook her head. " No. My Aunt is a huge opera singer. She started teaching me to sing like that when i was little. I guess it paid off. But those aren't my only talents or hobbies. I'm one of the top national riders too. I dance and play volleyball and lacrosse. I'm on swimteam too. And i just happen to get on honor roll every year." Riley wasn't boasting, she was just telling about herself. All that explained why she was so trim and muscled.

"I'm more of a book worm....I was never really into that kind of stuff."she shrugged. "I kind of suck at sports so it's not really a big deal.." as she rubbed the back of her neck her sleeve slid a little bit up her arm exposing a large purple bruse. she pulled it down quickly hoping that no one had seen.
Kane had seen the worried look on her face as she pulled down her sleeve, but not what had caused it. that was ....wierd. he didn't really think much of it though. whatever it is it's her problem...I sure as hell aren't going to get involved.

for a split second she looked like a child, caught with their hand in the cookie jar. "Its nothing, don't worry about it." she answered quickly. How could she have been so carless? she forced a smile. "really it's no big deal, please forget about it."

she looked away from him " don't worry about it, my parents aren't responsible for this." in her mind anyway. she blamed the pain inflicted upon her on herself, she was the cause of everything that went wrong.

Malkior pulled out a clean, white handkerchief from his pocket and handed it to Riley. he laughed a little, "this is a large house, i cannot clean it entirely...forgive me if it is agravating your allergies..."
he smirked as he looked over to Kenshi and Kyoko. he leaned over closer to Riley and whispered, "...would you look at that, Miss Riley...it seems as if the two are getting along..." he sighed as he saw kenshi whipe his eyes, "...our pasts...no matter how tough, often are the things that bring two people together...interesting, isn't it?"

Kane wondered vaugly what kenshi had said to upset her so badly. Mayby he should ask....no. he shook his head. I am staying out of this. he glanced over to the side accidentily looking into the mirror. at first he thought he was looking at a picture...horrified he realized it was his own reflection. "crap! you got to be kidding!"
