. . All the woodwind guys are like the rockstars of our band. They're our drum majors, the ones all the girls have crushes on, the ones all the underclassmen want to share rooms with on overnight trips, the ones who are spoiled by our band directors...
But our sections aren't gender biased. o.o We have equal amounts of males and females, or, if we don't, it's not to the point where you can tell. s n o w

there are only 4 male woodwinds in our band, and, like, 20 something girls. It's great ^_^
Me and my friend Tyler (both of us in the Sax section, me Alto, him Bari) get pretty much all the female attention in band. It's awesome. =D

woodwind guys, if you ask me,aren't any more speacial than other guys. honestly, i'm one of the only female alto saxes at my school.

In Marching Band at my town, theres no one that play saxophone, clarinet... only Trumpet, Mellophone, Baritone, Euphonium, and Tuba. We add Trombone sometimes, only for special time, like big band, solo, and that was very rare. And the most hot boy in our team (cadet band) is a Tuba. Or can I say the truth... the only boy in our team (2 Trumpet, 6 Mellophone, 5 Baritone, 1 Euphonium, and 1 Tuba) is he. But he is very tall (about 180 cm) and nice. When I join the Senior's exercise, the most cute boy is from Trumpet (Dhani and Rigo) and Baritone (Arsandi). The worst, Arsandi always tease me (I like Dhani, not Arsandi) and call me with my little name, Medley! That always make me embarassed because my nick name is Ocha.
The essential: those boys cute, but very naughty!

You know that one guy clarinet?
We all thought our Band Director was sexist and only put girls on first.
He was really god, so if he didn't make it, I'd fight for his cause and stuff.
Anyways, he got first chair and he sounds BEAUTIFUL.
I wish we had more guy clarinets...
We have another that plays Bass Clarinet, but like I said before, he's a jerk.

And we have two guy clarinets (one plays bass) and we used to have guy flute. Otherwise, all the guys are in the brass. xp

Yup, they are pretty hot.
Our entire sax section (alto, tenor and bari) is made up of guys and we have three male clarinets (one bass) and one of them sits next to me, since I'm section leader. We used to have a male flute player, but he left.

I think woodwind guys that specifically play flute are a bit more unique than woodwind guys in general.
Seriously, at band camp, me and my flute... 10 girls... awesome.

I'm an Oboist....does that count....and sometimes a Percussionist..also...
and aren't Saxes considered woodwind too?...There's a lot of guys in the Sax section....

BWAHAHAHAHAHAAAA! HA HAHA HA HA HAAAA! (starts tearing up) sorry im just thinking about my section leader who plays the clarinet. OMG sexy is not the word i would use to describe that! rofl
and then theres garrett tim and keith who play sax... keith isnt that bad but tim... no. not sexy.

and then theres brett... dont even get me started. thats like puke gross.
now, even though im a woodwind, id have to say that the trumpet section has got it goin on heart oooohhhh peter... (drools) 4laugh
