((That's weird, people start walking in out of the "rain" when I could've sworn 'twas winter. >.>;; Eh. Anyway.))
Adrian heard the door open and close again as a lady -- one of the shop's owners, he recognized -- came in and started chatting with the others. This time he thought better about being so quick to flirt, standing with his back to the group and staring at the shelves again. He didn't respond to Moo's attempt to make him feel better.
However, there was only so long he could stand angsting or staying realitively out of trouble -- so he walked over to Shard and leaned against his shoulder. "Has anyone ever told you that you have lovely eyes?" Adrian asked off-handedly, blinking at him slowly.
((I'll probably be popping in and out for a while. Got dinner and homework and crap to take care of. confused ))

*LP yawned and sat on the floor her legs crossed.* I should have brought my guitar. Thou I can't play unless I'm listening to the songs I'm playing. *giving a shake of her head she closed her eyes.*

Kanth, quite bored with the way the conversation was going, leaned back on the couch and closed his eyes, listening dully to everything around him. He had quick wit and good ears, but one could only stand blabber for so long before they became bored with what was at hand.
Erae glanced from the pile of cards he had to the game of Life, crossing his eyes in confusion. "Uh... what should we play? I'm so confused." Glancing at Acia, Erae waved her over. "Come join us! You look boooored."

Shard blinked, once, twice, and a third time, then stepped away. He turned and peered quizically at Adrian out of the side of his mask.
"Yes," he answered, "but I never expected to hear it coming from a guy." Are you playing games with me, boy?
He coughed, then frowned. "Kanth, I'm going to go get Arden... Adrian, don't get into too much trouble, alright? It might not go over well with Iris. I'll be back in a few minutes."
That done, he stepped outside, his hand already reaching into his pocket for a short, polished iron rod.

Arden sat at Shard's small apartment, and sighed. Shard should have been back by now... He was getting anxious, and feeling a bit cooped up.
He decided that he might as well do something, so he ambled over to where a fresh box of crayons lay beneath a miniature Christmas tree. He turned it over and over in his hands, not quite sure how to open it.

*LP looked around and shurged softly* anyone got a bottle? We could play spin the bottle *she was just throwing suggestions out now, although she thought there could use to be some music.* Wish I knew where the radio was kept.
*willow shurged it didn't matter. She was confused as well. looking at acia she got up and went noseing acia. Trying to get the glider over to the cards and the borad game. And towards erae. Not that it would help much.*

Adrian let Shard move away, plopping down and sitting Indian-style where he'd previously stood. "'Should hear it more often from anybody, no matter what gender they're born with," he stated calmly. He was a bit curious about the mask as well, but didn't have time to say anything about it before Shard left.
At the mention of spin the bottle, Adrian smirked oddly but said nothing.
(('M off to school this morning, as well. I'll check back in later this evening.))

*LP looked around.... lofting a brow* this place needs some music. *she was on a random strike now. She'd start throwing out things untill somone would say something sounded like a good idea.* Should I go get my collection of cd's? I've got a ton of good ones. *she looked around the room again.*
*she didnt' see the smirk that was made from kanth's friend. She was trying not to do make anymore comments to him as of the time being.*

(( *is stupid and forgot about the party* )) *Looking at his watch, he picked up the pace to a fast jog. How could he forget about the party?! he skidded around the corner and up to the front of the shop. He grasped the handle and swung open the door.* Hey guys sorry I'm.... *he peered around the room. The place was bustling with people. He saw a new face and pulled his new hat further over his eyes. Good thing it came with holes to see out of. His head-wings were a tad bit crammed but it was one of the things that hurts but still feels good. Lucian Flapped up next to him and perched lightly on his shoulder. He walked over to his usual couch and sat down. he didnt want to interupt anyone's conversations, so he figured he'd slip in when he saw someone finish.*
*Lucian slid off Tenez' shoulder and curled up on the couch next to him. He didnt know many of the other Velvets or their owners. He only remembered the face of a female human, and a flying creature that smelled very tasty. He peered around the room for the creature. He also looked for his sister. Tenez had told him much of how he had a sister. His pale eyes scanned the room for another dragon like himself.*

Hearing the door open again, Adrian tilted his head back, trying to get the newcomer in his view without turning around. He ended up flopping onto his back and blinking up at the shy person. "'Ello~" Adrian greeted in as strange a voice as he could muster. Then he grinned, looking quite silly.
One could wonder how such a lunatic ever managed to make any friends at all.

-Yume blinked and jogged down the sidewalk with Trea curled up in her arms against her chest. She stopped near the door and entered.- Wow, I am so glad I have one more day left to get here. -Waving she looked at everyone and then ran to Tenez.-

*He shifted his eyes to the voice. He stood and walked to the new person and extended a hand.* Hi. My name is Tenez, and this is Lucian. *he pointed to the blue ball on the couch. He spoke as if it were difficult for him... being as shy as he was*
*He lifted his head at the sound of his name... Meh.. another human... where are the other animals?... He set his head back down*

*Seeing Yume walk in the room he excused himself from the new person* Sorry, Ill be right back. *and he met her halfway* Hey you. *he said as he hugged her. His hat was coving the top half of his face, as well as his head. Only his mouth showing through. He grinned and gave her a peck on the cheek*

-She grinned and looked at his face wanting to return the kiss. His cheeks were covered so she kissed his lips and then stepped back thrusting Trea near his face like a playfull kid. She was a thick blubber ball. Weighing probably about 16 pounds. Almost that of a small cat.- Look at her love!

*he blinked, surprised by her kiss, and blushed a bright red under his head-gear* Wow Yume...she looks.... well fed. *he nodded* Well fed indeed. *he attempted to stroke Trea's head with the tip of his finger*
*he raised his head as he heard tenez' voice again. Another female human? But wait... what is that shes holding? Lucian took to the air to get a closer look. He perched proudly on Tenez' shoulder, peering at the plump little animal*

-Yuem smiled widely,happy with her care taking.- Yes and look at her fur, it is all thick and longer and so shiney! -Trea lifts her head towards Tenez's finger. She remembers seeing him and doesnt feel to shy towards him. She lays her ears down near her head as Yume is too loud. She tried a bit of her power to make Yume's voice lower. Her eyes bulge when the huge blue carnivore lands near ner. She quickly ducks her head down and curls into a tight ball.-
He looks wonderfull! -She beems with joy for Tenez and then looks confused when her voice comes out like a whisper.-
