I would have gotten it, but they only have vol. 4 5 and 6 crying I brought the first one recently, so I could let you borrow it.... whenever I see you next sweatdrop Really! I guess I can try and come down over the weekend. It's okay if you can't make the trip, you know I understand. Besides, I should be the one doing so. I need to come down anyway. I was putting it off for later, but I guess now would be a good time. What do you have to do?

Enjoying the manga so far. My only gripe is that Aila doesn't look as cute as she does in the game blaugh
I like Ace look in the manga vs his game look.

oh yes..the manga...
well I haven't read them all yet, only here and there..
But the part about Luc stealing True Earth Rune from Sasarai was pretty interesting.. and watching his loyal knights get cut down one by one was pretty sad. A nice change from the crystal palace scene in S3.
As for Alia, I kind of liked that look on her face when Hugo cut-throat the Harmonia in front of her. Like she knew warriors kill, but is still shocked by the brutality of it.

I'm all caught up with my Suikoden III manga now. Hopefully, I'm getting Volume 8 for Christmas with the rest of the Alice 19th series. But is it just me or does Luc seem to be a lot more...brutal and eviler than in the game? But I still love the art.

The Death of Soma I've only read vol 1 but I already see that most everything is more brutal and eviler than in the game. Yeah. It's so sad seeing Lizard Clan members being slaughtered to death and all. And then the way Luc killed Jimba. neutral It was so sad and bloody...

I read all of it so far. But I only got 1 and 8 (I read the others in bares and Noble XD) It really has a lot of brutal and greusome stuff. But hey, it's war there and lots of enemies as well. It is really a great book in my opinion
But it was sad also because Lulu and Jimba died....And the Ritual in Alma Kinan was sad too....

This is kind of common in manga though, especially in fantasy. It's a bit harder for games to do blood like this, especially if they have to consider the ratings.

I got 1-6 I need 7&8. I can't wait till 9 comes out. I love the manga. I like how it sticks to the games story but it gets more indepth with the characters.

That Hugo and Chris fight was awesome. I was alittle peeved at how Hugo seemed to be looked down by Chris (yeah he's a child, but Karaya childs are warriors). Nonetheless, I liked it.
P.S. Chris looks even better in the manga heart

I have read and own 1-8. I like the game better, but the manga's go more in depth with some mionr characters as well as the main.

Jasae Bushae i was going through the mangas in a book store and i found volume 1 and 2 its the same story but there are some diffrences anyone else read them? That manga is my freakin' favorite!
