Kethara looks at him giving a smile before she pushes her hair from her face. She wasn't going to let Lucius know she was upset. Turning to face him she finishes her braid before pushing her hair over her shoulder.
Tilting her head she continues to smile even if her eyes were showing the sadness. Chuckling she places her hands behind her back.

Now Lucius felt confused, all sorts of conflicting emotions were starting to bug him, bother him, and he didn't know what he wanted to do anymore, the kiss had been good, and he'd felt rather nice about it... but now... Now he was all out of sorts and way trying to figure which way was up...

Looking away from Luc she closes her eyes trying to regain her own thought other then the ones that wanted to make her cry. Her wings move slowly as she kept trying to think.
She didn't notice it, but a single tear ran down her face as she kept her face away from Lucius.

Lucius walked over and touched her face, moving into his view. When he saw that tear he frowned. "Kethara? What's wrong?" He asked her gently, his chest felt like it was made of lead, and it was hard to breath.
Now the guilt was starting to sink in, how could he have been so heartless?!

Opening her eyes she chuckles as she lifts her hand to rub at her eyes "I'm alright, I'm just glad I got a kiss from you, knowing it might be the last one to." shrugging she closes her eyes taking a step back away from him "I should leave...get away from here before to destroy this friendship any further."

Luicus grabbed her wrist and kissed her again, even as conflicted as he was inside, he knew one thing, he didn't want Kethara out of his life, not by a long shot, he may not be ready to commit now, but he knew, given some time, he might could come to understand these feelings.

Kethara eyes fell close as she allow herself to enjoy the kiss for moment. Swallowing she pulls back shaking her head, the tears fell this time as she looks down at the ground "Luc..."

He kept his hand on her wrist, shaking his head slowly. "Kethara, you never know what the future holds, if you walk away now, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon, and for the rest of your life, you'll regert it."
Standing there he smiled at her. "Look, we both know we're attracted to each other physically at least... So let's see where that goes?"

Kethara looks up at him chuckling as the tears continue to fall "You read to much you know that?" stepping towards him she rest her forehead against his chest sighing. She didn't knwo what to do, he was right they were attracted to eachother, but she was scared to risk the chance of a heartbreak.
She frowns wondering why she was being punished.

Lucius laughed, "One of my many, many flaws, I'm sure you'll get to know them all eventually," He shook his head and held her close, brushing her hair with his hand, trying not to mess it up anymore than it already was... even tho that's exactly what he wanted to do.

Shaking her head Kethara chuckles "No its not a flaw, I like that about you." falling quiet she looks up at him tilting her head to the side. Lifting her hand she runs if carefully over his cheek "I'm so scared that even if I allow myself to see where this goes, I'll end up losing in the end."
Looking down she bites her bottom lip as she closes her eyes again. She was never scared around anyone else, but with him, she was an open book. She wasn't able to hide anything even if she wanted to.

"Life's a gamble, just play the game Kethara..." He said, his hand resting on her shoulder, watching her stand there. "Sometimes we have to risk to win big, even if we're gonna lose big if we do lose."

Kethara tilts her head arching a brow, if he was willing to take a risk why shouldn't she? Taking a step towards him she brush her lips against his again before pull back only a few inches "I'll play then.." leaning back in she wrap her arms around his neck as she deepen the kiss.

Lucius chuckled and leaned into the kiss, he wasn't going to argue, and just let his hormones do their thing, letting them run rampant, his hands went to her hair, and he started to really mussle it up, which of course, caused her braid to frazzle more.

Pulling slightly at Lucius hair Kethara pulls back trying to catch her breath. Looking up at Luc she wanted to do more then just kiss him, but that would be given into the hormones and that she wasn't willing to do. Closing her eyes she leans in kissing his shoulder as she press herself closer to him.
