Arani galnced back at May. "Thanks." she said, adding detail to the flowers in her sketch of Max in the garden. There were quite a few cosmos blooming in the yard, so she added those in as well.

She looked up at the teacher. "Here's a problem, my roommate still hasn't show up. I half-wonder if the girl is even coming."

The teacher looked less than happy with his form class.

May simply smiled back at Arani, before her gaze shifted back to the teacher. She thought about a last-minute request-slash.question about becoming a boarding student, but she really did like going all that way she took to school. It just didn't quite strike her as pleasant the fact that her parents mentioned coming over at any given time. Of course she tried to ignore it as much as possible.

As it seemed the teacher had many questions to attend to at the moment, the brunette re-opened her black notebook for the umpteenth time today, choosing one of the several page markers and opening it in a page where a letter from her friend had been kept since yesterday evening.
May took out a black pen and started writing a reply to said letter, as there was really nothing else to do at the moment.

Max simply waited for Kai's reply to his question about their friends, as he looked from one side of the class to another. He smiled back at Rin in a friendly manner.

((Considering I've bugged you all at some time or another about posting I might as well take my own advice, ne? XD No need to apologize Belle. Good luck with your project. Oh! And I know how to introduce myself and swear in French and that's it XD may as well throw in the full vocab, ne?))

The teacher looked at the two girls who had caused him trouble before. -Now- they want my help he thought, exasperated. He looked at May first. "If you want to stay here overnight we need parental permission. If you're asking about this on the first day maybe you might want to start looking into switching to being a border?" He asked.

He turned his attention to Arani. "If she doesn't turn up by the end of the day we'll be looking into it." He said. "Until then we wait. However, if she doesn't, if your friend-" Here he gestured to May "- wants to look into becoming a border I'm sure it can be arranged that she stays with you."

Kai shrugged. "If I have gotten anything Grandfather's made sure it hasn't found it's way to me." He said nonchalantly. "Doesn't really matter though, does it?" He asked with a smirk. "My bet that neither of them were expecting a reply."

Kai watched Rin with amusement. "Speaking of replies..."

Alex held in a sigh as he played a game of 'anywhere but here' with himself.

At the moment the favourite was sitting in the penthouse his family normally lived in talking to whoever would listen to him about the latest book he'd read.

I must be bored. He thought, rolling his eyes. I've moved past the beach with population bikini-clad girls 500,00 me: 1.

May held back an eye twitch as the teacher mentioned 'parental permission'. Ah, they'll accept my legal guardians' permission, I guess. She thought to herself, assuming they would. It was just for a night or two, in case she got an unpleasant visit.
Then again, maybe being a border could have its benefits. First, she wouldn't have to deal with all the psychos she saw on the bus station - even if it was an amusing sight - and second, the distance between her annoying self and Kai Hiwatari's fuse - as well as many other people's - would be much shorter.
She made a mental note to remember that later, talk to her grandparents and what not. She could still visit them, anyway.

The brunette pushed some strands of hair behind her ear, leaning back on her seat and looking at Alex. She stretched out an arm and tried to reach him. Her intention had been to pat him on the arm to cat his attention, but she was only able to poke him.
"Are you feeling well?" May asked with a slight frown.

Max was about to reply to Kai when Rin came over, handing him a note. The blond gave her a soft smile before she went back to her seat, unfolding the paper and reading the question.
"Aww, don't make fun, Kai." He stated in a joking manner, sticking his tongue out at his friend, before his attention was turned to the note once again and he quickly wrote down a reply.
It read:

Of course you can. I guess I'll be talking to Kai for a while, so yes, during lunch sounds fine. :)

Max folded the piece of paper and tapped the shoulder of a seemingly uninterested student in front of him, asking if he could pass Rin the note. He was lucky in not having asked one of those who read what wasn't theirs, or told on their classmates, as he noticed the reply had gotten to the girl's table intact.

Max then looked back at Kai, trying to look stern but failing at it. Instead, his look showed he was joking just as much as his tone of voice. "Don't tell me you're jealous?" He shook his head. It was just a joke, they both knew it. "Anyway, I guess they wouldn't be waiting for a reply, but if they sent you anything, of course it mattered. It could be great news, right?"

((Only because no one is posting. Also- don;t God mode. Fair enough that the bell rings but you can't make everyone get up and start mingling.))

Alex sighed as he stared at his timetable. "PE." He muttered darkly. "PE" He said again, wanting to hear the poisonous letters again. "Who the hell came up with such a Godforsaken subject?" He wondered aloud. "I was sure I specifically requested not to do PE."

"You need a valid reason to request to not do PE." The form teachers said as he turned towards the whiteboard to begin writing notes for his class to copy when they got there. "As far as I'm aware, not liking PE is not one of them."

Alex rolled his eyes at the teachers back. "a**" He muttered under his breath before turning to leave.

Kai stood up leisurely and scanned his time table. He smirked as he saw his first lesson. PE. He had never found PE to be difficult. He had tried most sports while he was trying to find the perfect training routine for his beyblading.

The sports he couldn't at least play passibly well were few and far between.

"What do you have first Max?" He asked.

(Thats why I put "as one would assume" in there. I wasn't trying to God mod. I was just really bored...)

((If you're bored PM me and tell me I'm being a slackarse for not making sure this thread is active. However, in my defense it's exam week this week so for the past few weeks have been doing that studying thing. Putting in 'as one would assume' doesn't change anything. I'm not cranky and not getting up you- just don't do it again?

Also *steals PE teacher Role* mahahahaha. and just to make an overly long OOC note more overly long does anyone have any ideas to actually take this RP anywhere? Major plot twist etc? I'm open))

Alex glared at May. "You can only say those good things about PE because you don't have to do it, you know that?" He asked, huffily looking at the timetable. "Looks like we're meeting at the tin shed." He said, indicating to a large white sports shed just visible across the central yard everyone had been gathering in before school had started.

"Not only do we have to go for some type of inhumane torture but we have to walk a marathon to get there." Alex looked up theatrically. "What a world! What a world." He sad sadly, shaking his head as he began to walk out of the classroom.

Kai looked at Max's schedule. "Same" he said, frowning as he read the number of the room they were meant to go to. He had quickly deduced that the school was using a secret code that only they knew to make the time tables. The only recognisible thing on the entire thing was the actual subjects he'd be doing at any given time.

Kai was sure the extra numbers after the subject had to be something meaningful but he couldn't guess what.

Kai raised an eyebrow as Arani's antics reached his ears. "Someone's excited." He muttered.

Joycelyn Gallea jogged quickly away from the room her form class was in, nimbly dodging the students as they slowly trickled out of their respective form classes.

She had set up everything for her first lesson but she still wanted to be there before her students arrived. She wanted to start off the year being at least semi-punctual.

Joycelyn didn't think it would hold long, though. She was well known in the school for her tardiness to her own lessons. She reached the door that led to the central grounds and turned to get out, wincing at her bad knee's protest.

Those that can't do, teach she reflected ironically, continuing to jog, her short, straight blonde hair bouncy untidily behind her.
