" I...I don't know what's going on in here though. I..." Raiden placed himself between Umi and Greed. "We're leaving, Umi. Please." Raiden's eye twitched. "You have me mistaken with someone else. You see, I'm not Umi's brother...I'm her guardian. Her brothers are on their way as we speak. You're wasting valuble time talking to me. We could be on the train on our way out of town by now, but instead I'm here talking to lowlife scum like you." Raiden glared at Greed indignantly. "You're benieth me, Holoculous scum." Umi was only half listening to Raiden, having been distracted by the boy in the corner. But her attention snapped back as soon as she heard him call Greed "scum". " Raiden! How could you?!" she cried out, angered. " He hasn't done anything wrong!"

Raiden looked at Greed again. "Fine. I'll let you help us. But only because we're in a tight spot." Raiden turned, and ushered Umi into a corner. "Oh and, by the way...thanks for the compliment." Raiden winked and chuckled. "It's nice to be young again. I do despise being old."
