Fan_Boy I'd heard of a cheat for D/P (though maybe only for the Japanese version).
At the Elite four when the door gets closed behind you turn around and face the door then surf through the door and into a black void. There is a specific number of steps that you have to walk in certain directions. Use the explorers kit to enter the underground. Don't move but re-surface and you will be standing in a diferent place in the game. It is possible to obtain the event only Pokemon this way and to take a walk in the Hall of Fame.
Use at your own risk ...
Item duplication. Enter a double battle with a pokemon on your side holding the item you wish to be duplicated and a Ditto (doesn't matter what you fight). Have the ditto transform into the Pokemon that is holding the desired item, swap out the non-Ditto for a pokemon that has theif/covet and steal the duplicated item from your own Ditto. Win the battle and you will have an extra copy of the desired item.
Please note that I haven't tried either of these Cheats/Tricks yet and don't know for certain that they really work ... I'll let you know when my diamond version comes in razz "Mimzy is my next victom!" His first was spelling pirate

This first is true, but they fixed that glitch. I don't know about the second, but you can clone in D/P with the GTS.

Trick/Tip When I entered a battle and I was losing, I only had Agility and another attacking move which I forgot. sweatdrop My pokemon only had 1 HP left and my oppenent had three pokemon, I used agility and when they attacked, they missed. I used the move repeatedly and won. It worked for me and my friend everytime we tried. He beat the Elite Four using it.

Hms. I remeber there being a way to clone pokemon (and items they're holding) in Emerald. I did it once or twice but I don't remember all the steps. I'll look it up and post it later. Edit: Here we go. Glitch/CheatThis cheat only works in Pokemon Emerald Version and can be used to clone a pokemon as well as any item they hold. 1) First you must deposit the pokemon into the pc box. Any PC works for this but make sure you actually use the "deposit" command. It is easiest to use the computer in the Battle Tower since you will need to be there later on anyway. (You can actually deposit up to 5 pokemon and have them all cloned at once) 2) Save the game. 3) Withdraw the pokemon you deposited. 4) Fly to the Battle Frontier (if you're not already there). Go into the Battle Tower. 5) Once inside the Tower you can talk to the person on the far right (the Multi Battle Room?) She will ask if you want to enter, select yes and you can do open or whatever the other option is since it doesn't matter. Pick the two pokemon. 6) Now it will ask to save the game. You can select yes and then the game should freeze for about 2 seconds. DO NOTHING During this time since I've heard it can currupt your game. After the freeze the normal save information should begin again. You can reset your game then (start, select, a, b for the quick one). Congrats you should load the game and be in the Battle Tower and have the pokemon in your party and your box. There is a guide here that has a good image explaining what to do.

Yes you need to get all 200 pokemon in Hoenn and then talk to Prof Birch in emerald

bets cheat in the world was the missingo cheat AKA the easy kangaskan cheat. catch an m, give it a rare candy and it will eveolve into a level 1 kangaskan. B/R

well dragons are really rare , only 16 dragon types as for fire idk, shinno is a northern country so the ice water will be more dominent

Queen_of_Darkus Can anyone tell me the cloning glitch for D/P? 1) Go to GTS, upload pokemon you want to clone 2) Request lvl 9-under MEW 3) Leave, then re-enter 4) Withdraw pokemon from GTS, wait for "now saving prompt" 5) Turn off DS 6) Turn on DS, Check PC 7) Enter GTS, retrieve pokemon PROFIT! ...Alternatively 3) Leave, then re-enter 4) Receive prompt telling you that you are banned from GTS PROFIT! I'm not sure if they're still doing that, but way back when the Nintendo Forums were still up there were daily hand-outs by moderators/staff of pokemon they retrieved while busting cloners; that's how I got my first Spiritomb.

In R/B version, beat the Elite Four 100x. Then you will be allowed to walk inside the Hall of Fame. I actually tried it, and what a fool I was. I remember this one glitch that said you could go to Glitchy City...and it worked! It was really strange, the buildings were all funny shaped and you could walk through walls, but it was use-at-your-own-risk... Glitchy... City? sweatdrop And, to Seth: I myself heard that you had to beat the Elite Four 30 times before you would be allowed to walk in the Hall of Fame, where people would trade you "Pokegods" for common Pokemon. This was in RBY. Other RBY rumors are as follows... 1) You can own a Mewthree (like Mewtwo... except three...); all you have to do is use a Water Stone on a Mewtwo 100 times. On the 100th use, Mewtwo will evolve into Mewthree. -This is very very false. stare 2) You can own a Flareth. To do so, talk to the thirsty little girl on the Celadon Dept. Store Roof, and give her the 3 drinks she desired. Then, use a Fire Stone on a Flareon that you have with you, 1,000 times. On the 1,000th use, Flareon will evolve into Flareth. -Also a lie... stressed 3) You can own a Pikablu. Obtain all badges, and legally catch all 150 (NOT 151) Pokemon, and LEGALLY train 17 of them up to level 100. Go to Pewter City, and talk to the man in the Science Museum who gives you the Old Amber. Then, leave the building and fly to Celadon City; go into the Celadon Game Corner reward shop, and talk to a vendor. Leave there and fly to Fuschia City to enter the Safari Zone. Catch one Taurus (spelling?) and leave. Fly back to the reward shop and talk to the same vendor you talked to before; you will then receive a level 100 Pikablu. (There's a little more to this than what is mentioned, but I forgot it. sweatdrop ) -This is so false it isn't even funny. There is no Pokemon named "Pikablu." The closest thing to that is Marill, which won't make its game debut until GSC. lemme guess you tryed this? razz

Rumor....
This was for gold or silver but you needed to fill the pokedex and do you know where red is? in that tunnel, when you got all the pokemon plus celebie, you would go back there and tony hawk would be there(o.O). He would offer you to trade your bike for a skateboard, if you refused, he would take everything that you have even your pkmn....like yeah right huh?
