Erik frowned but pour some of the goop onto his fingers before carefully applying it over Korbin's leg. "Poika tuulo' 'kshapsae..." He spoke quietly, making the goop sort of glimmer before dying out..
"I.. that should help.. I'm not an excelent healer, but.." He sighed. "Everyone makes mistakes, Reiha.. It's alright, you did great for your first try, but keeping those burns won't do anything.. Please give me your hands.."
Berial stood in silence. Erik had used the goop on him once, when he'd burned his finger on accident during one of Erik's cookign experiments.. "it doesn;t hurt, Reiha. It's kinda cold, bt that's it..

"No you don't understand" Reiha said, "I think I should feel it. It doesn't really hurt. I just want to be tender with it at first. To teach me to be more careful. This is a lesson, all of it. I did it. And I'm proud over that. But I need to remember my failures AND my successes otherwise next time something blows up in my face I might LOOSE my hands instead of just burning them" Reiha was far too wise for her age.
Korbin glanced up at Reiha, then he looked down at his foot. He was feeling much better already, he flapped up carefully and then he slowly let himself land on the groun before slowly putting his foot down. It was amazing, he could walk again. He flapped up happily and landed on Reiha's head.

Erik watched her for a moment. SHe didn't act her age at all. "alright.." He said simply, taking in her words and capping the goopy tube before sighing. "I'll get you soem bandages.."
Berial looked over at Reiha, a bit confused. "Reiha.. but.. if it hurts.." He said.. Why hadn't she let Erik heal her? He vaguely understood the whoel fialure success speech.. He just didn't want her to feel any pain.

"Because" Reiha started, turning to look at Berial, "the more I hurt now, the less I hurt later" She grined as she said that, "Besides I told you it doesn't hurt bad now. All I'm doing is making myself more aware of my mistake so I'll be more sure to not do it again" she explained simply to him.
Korbin enjoyed his perch on Reiha's head, watching it all. Dispite the fact he hated REiha in pain he aproched of this method, because he knew Reiha was doing something smart. And besides no one hurt Reiha but Reiha. Korbin wasn't stupid enough to blame Erik. He gave the warnings and since the painwasn't major Korbin stayed calm. Of course is Reiha seriously injured herself by doing magic then Erik would of proably be missing an eye at this point.

He nodded, udnerstanding a bit better when she said it like that. He supposed that method would work. It was a way fo learning. He forced himself to change the subject, not likign to talk about pain... "You did really good though, with the crystal. It lit up really bright."

Reiha smiled, "It did didn't it? I wanted it so bad, I'm going to fly Berial. I really am. You just see. I'll find the spell and I'll get strong enough to use it. And then when I have I'll take yu flying with me. And you'll have fun."

At first Berial felt fear at the prospect of flying but one look at Reiha and he smiled.. She wouldn't drop him. "It'll be lots of fun.." He said, before an idea popped in his head and his grin spread widely. "Do you think we could fly high enough to talk to my star?"

"I'm sure we could" she said happily. "After all it's magic. magic can do anything" she said brightly, she grined and gave him another hug. "This is the best night of my life Berial" she whisered to him. "Thanks for having me over" and she ment it. She knew she enver had fun like this before.

A soft blue filled Berial's cheeks at the compliments. "I.. I'm happy you like it here.." He said. "I'm glad you came too."
Striidng back inside, Erik held some guaze in hsi hands as he approached the girl. "How do they feel?" He asked first, before even considering taking them to wrap them up.. He just hoped Adian wouldn't get angry with him.. His face paled at the thought.

She pulled back and looked at Berial's blush, grining. "That's so cool!" Reiha explaimed, "You blush blue, that's neat" she said honestly, At least she thought it was cool. She never seen anyone blush blue before. Did that mean his blood was blue? That be neat too.
REiha glanced up at Erik when he came back, "Oh they feel just fine" she asured him, "barely hurts. Only when I touch something, and only for a moment"

He didn't know he blushed blue and is hands went to his cheeks as if to feel the blu, but they fell quickly. "What color do you blush? He asked. He'd seen Erik blush a dull pink, but did everyone blush different colors?
Erik ignored a giggle at Berial's question. He could be so adorable soetimes.. "Would you like me to wrap them up?" He asked, showing her the bandages.

"yes please Erik. I don't want infection" Her hand reached out as she turned to continue to smile at Berial. "Um...I think red. That's the average color" she told him honestly, "Some shade of red. I don't think I ever blush though" she said honestly. Reiha didn't get embaressed easily.
"I bet he bleeds blue" Korbin muttered, wanting to try to slash at Berial to see if it work. But that make reiha mad at him. Besides, Reiha was safe now and he was hungry. "Reiha, stay inside now, okay?"
"Are you going hunting Korbin?" Reiha asked, eyes looking up trying to see the dark bird that was on top of her head. Not that it really mattered but she liked to look at who she's talking too.
"yeah" Korbin said shortly, he flapped his wings, going to a window, slipping out under the crack, flapping off easily, he was so ready to hunt, make sure his foot was really okay.

Erik got to ork quietly.. He was no expert at first aid, but he knew enough to wrap some bandages.. In his line of work it was useful knowledge.
"Is it not good that mine is blue? Is there something wrong with me?" Berial aske,d nwo a tad worried. Why was his blsuh blue when everyone elses was red?
"There's nothing wrong with you, Berial.." Erik said adamandtly, tucking in the end of the badage so that they'd stay in place before grinning over at his charge. "It's just another one of the thigns that make you you.."

"Normally blood is blue when it lacks oxgen but maybe your blood is the opposite. It's red when it lacks oxgen. And if it's blue and you're okay that's clearly okay" Reiha said, smiling at him, "As you're fine, and it would of been blue your entire life. I think it's cool" she asured him. "So I wouldn't even worry about it. Erik is right. It just makes you you and you are really great"
Reiha sure was cheerful right now. Maybe it was because she was so excited about lighting up that crystal, it be so cool that she did. She would enjoy magic, she liked the way she controled it with her will alone. Along with having the right stuff. Which she liked that.
"Erik will you teach me magic regularly?" she asked him.

So there wasn't anything wrong with him. And Reiha thought it was cool He grinned. "You're great too!" He said.
Erik looked at Reiha for a moment before answering.. "You'd have to ask Adian.. I don't have any objections if he says it's ok." He said matter of factly. Adian would have to know the risks and everything. "And I don't know how much I can teach you. I'm not a master, or anything.."
