Noke kept walking forward, smiling as he leaned into her nuzzle. However, she sensed that Kamali was nervous. She had to smother a chuckle as a vague memory of Kamali being very nervous with his first meeting with Akui. She gave a slow nod, "Yes, that was a lovely night." She sighed, happily remembering that wonderful time.
She turned back to him, "Kamali, what's wrong? You look so nervous." She gave him a love n** before licking at his neck. "Com'on you've done this once, it wasn't that bad." Noke wonderd how long it would take him to get settled in the pack. She licked him again, hoping to comfort him a little.

He sighed lightly but gave her a greatful smile, she was helping keep the full wave of nerves away. "It's.. well. I left my old pack.. to wander. And Haku still doesn't know I'm not coming back, though I haven't been part of the pack for a while. And it's hard to go into a new pack.. and.. It feels so strange. What if one of the members don't accept me?" He whined slightly, tail almost tucking before he forced it to remain relaxed.
"With my first pack, I was born into it. With my second pack, it was just starting. Coming into your pack is intruding on an already set family, and anything can happen. Even if I AM accepted." He concluded.

Down by the River, Akui was napping by the stream, having just finished a big catch of fish. Sydian hovered nearby, licking on some bones. Her ears swiveled around, playing "watchdog" for her nappnig Alpha. She has grown into a quite healthy girl, especially considering how weak she had been as a pup, but she still considered herself weak, and got nervous leaving far from Akui or Nyx's side.

She listened quietly, she remembered Haku at the time he was large and overpowering when she met him. Memories of the Alpha flooded the banks of her mind. She hadn't known, the part that Kamali hadn't told him that he weren't to return. She licked Kamali, "Oh coarse they would accept you, why wouldn't they?" She murmered. However, what he said was true.
"I believe you will be accepted and treated like a member of the family." She said sincerely, "True I was here during the making of the pack, but you aren't the first to come to join our pack." She said, hoping to reassure him. Nostrils quivered taking in the scent of Akui and Sydian. Although she had never spent much time with the once small pup, she remembered when they first met the mal-nourished pup.
Noke smiled, knowing fully that Sydian had probably grown since the last time they had met up.

Kamali shrugged lightly, he wouldn't want anyone to not accept him. Anywhere. It would break his heart. He'd come to love acceptance so much..
He cought onto the two scents, one he faintly remembered as Akui's and the other unfamiliar one. His body tensed again, he couldn't seem to calm himself. His tail flicked, pressed against his leg but not exactly tucked. It was a sign of how nervous he was, he didn't go around half tucking his tail anywhere. But he supposed it would be good, Akui might just be his new alpha soon.

Sydian also lifted her nose to the air, catching wind of the approaching wolves. Noke she remembered, but this one was unfamiliar. On gaurd, she stood up, waking Akui as she did so.
Akui''s eyes opened and his ears perked. Hearing the approach, he also rose to his feet, and took an instinctual step in front of Sydian. One good wiff, and he recongnized Noke and her companion immediately. Tail raised, he gave a welcoming back as they approached.

Monenoke noted his silence, "It'll be alright, I promise." She said, gently nipping at his flank. She gave him a smile, her orbs glistened as they turned off the lightly worn path. Her auds perked as she followed the scents, she quickly realized where they were coming from. She grinned, knowing full well that it seemed to be his favorite terrain, do to the river. Noke had learned Akui has a great liking to fish.
Once they passed most of the brush the river was finally in sight. Golden orbs slid along the banks searching for the black hued wolf, who had taken the role of 'big brother' in her life. It didn't take long for her to spot him, then to spy out the other to be Sydian. She grinned happily and yipped, happy to see Akui.Her tail immediately started to wag as she took the pace of a quick walk. She then stepped to the side so that Kamali would be visible.
When they had finally reached Akui, she finally spoke, "Akui, I do believe you have met Kamali before." A smile quickly lit her facials she stepped close to Kamali. She wanted to tell Akui that she and Kamali were more than just friends. That they were mates, but she felt that this wasn't exactly the time to share that.

Kamali followed, jaws locked tight, eyes darting this way and that. This was it, no way out. He felt like puking. He knew everything would go alright. Well, prayed it would go alright. But gosh he was so damn nervous. His mates pack. The love of his life.
Kamali wanted to just lean into Noke, make her be his support. little pansy. But he didn't, he offered a weak smile to Akui, bowing his head in greeting, ears pressed against his skull. He couldn't say anything though.

Akui's tail started to wag as Noke claim close. He nuzzled her thick lavander fur as she stepped up, happy to see her.
He gave a pleasant expresson to Kamili, noting his uncomfortableness. Akui dis his best to make his posture confident, but not overbearing or threatening. "Yes, I remember. He was so much smaller then, though."
Akui caught onto the body language, and looked expectantly back between the two "pups," waiting for Noke to continue.

As he nuzzled her fur, she was tempted to try and chew on his ear like the good ol' times when she was still just a pup. She gave a light sigh, happy to be back home. Not that she had been gone long, she had just wanted to explore for Kamali. She gave a small grin as she watched Akui look over at Kamali. She walked to her mate and gave him a gentle nudge.
She didn't think it was right, for her to ask for him to join the pack. No, this was something Kamali had to do. Auds perked waiting for him to say something or to gather the courage to ask. Noke stayed close to him to where their fur mingled together, she hoped it would comfort him.

Kamali blinked, smaller? Well yes, he was lanky and thing now. He blinked, shaking his head. Why the hell was he thinking about how he looked. He gave an off hand grin. "Ah well that's what wolves do, sir. Grow.." His eyes went wide at the sarcastic remark. "I mean. ob..obviously you .. er.. thats not.. what I ment?" He huffed, feeling Noke and on impulse he just nuzzled into her, taking a calming breath.
He stepped foward slowly, crouching a bit, being submissive. Not fully submissive, just like last time. Kamali didn't think he could ever be fully submissive to another wolf. "Akui, I've come to ask you and your mates permission.. to.. to join your pack." He finally got out, eyes downcast.

"Oh?" Akui gave a long, critical look over the male, making sure he had meat on his bones, and all his limbs and digits. He stood, circled around him, sniffing over him thouroughly. "What do you have to say about this, Noke?"
Sydian also looked him over, stepping up beside Akui and sniffeing along with him. Not in a critical way, but to familiarize herself with his scent.

Did I miss someone telling Akui they were mates or did Akui put two in two together?

She grinned, Noke remained quiet about Kamali's first remark, knowing that he hadn't meant it that way. She stood there as he nuzzled into her, auds picking up a breath. Although when he took step forward she stayed where she was and allowed Akui and lil' Sydian have their inspection. When Akui asked her, what she thought she took several steps up at Kamali's side.
"I say I would be more than happy to have Kamali join the pack and that he be adopted in it's family."
Calm golden gaze swept up to meet Akui's, however her heart thudded just as much as Kamali's. Noke was near positive that he would allow Kamali in the pack, and yet she was just as nervous as her mate. A small hopeful smile crept along her features, as Sydian moved about Noke paused to look at the smaller wolf sniffing Kamali. It looked like she had accepted him, the thought of this made the smile a bit more visible.
