Mian was a bit startled at Rhapsody's sudden outburst, but shook it off quickly when he saw her hug her sister, sending them both reeling from the look of it.

Indeed Weiser was sent rolling backwards a bit when Rhapsody hugged her, though she was cackling joyfully the whole time.{You grew up sis.} she said after a few moments.

Loki felt bad for Dante and made it clear that he did.{I'm sorry for my traier being a total dunderhead but he set his sights on that other boy a long time ago. I feel bad for you not being able to get him but that doesn't mean that there's nobody out there for you.} he said, thinking about Bonsai. {I bet I know someone you'd like...} he said in a consiratorial whisper. He'd only tell him if he wanted to know.

"Thanks Nona. I kinda feel like I have a new little sister since I met you. It kinda feels good since I'm not the youngest anymore." Kaya said softly as he looked around again.

((I'm heading home from school now so I'll probably be gone for about 45 minutes to an hour and a half. I have no idea how bad traffic is right now but It shouldn't take too long.))

Brayden awoke with a start, not entirely realizing when he had fallen asleep. 'Hn, so much for watchful virgil,' he muttered mentally, stretching, before walking along the rooftop of the department store for a moment, before making his way to the railing to see what he could find.

On many of the adjacent rooftops, there were only shingles, dotted with a Wingull every once in a while, most in adept attention at the ground below, hoping for a dropped scrap of food they could dive down and snatch before any human became aware.

Kaya wasn't too off-put by Nona running off on him. He still needed to find a seashell for Kaylee while he was looking for Team activity. He recalled all of his Pokemon, as Nona had done, except for Mian and headed back into town to the Pokemon center.

Once inside, he layed Kusabana's Pokeball in the transfer device on the PC and traded him out for Scath. "Sorry bud but he'll be more helpful at the moment." he whispered during the process.

As Kaya watched Scath burrowing through the soft sand of the beach, he considered for a moment, returning to Verdanturf town and trying to find the recluse inhabitant who possessed the ability to teach Pokemon how to Surf. He didn't know if he could handle it though yet with only seven badges between two different Regions. He couldn't even go challenge Chuck without it and he couldn't challenge any of the other gym leader's in Johto before he had Chuck's badge.
