"I promise not to pin you on purpose. However, it's your fault if you move too much and make it hard," he murmured with a hint of his usual grin. He had the pins out after a moment of trouble with the little sharp things and his fingers, some muttered curses directed towards his pockets and needles, and then he was ready, stepping quickly through the doorway. He could tell almost immidiately what needed pinning. He wrote notes on his papers and pinned those particular places and then, staightening up, he asked, "Is there anywhere I missed?"

The actor's arms were held out on either side of his body as the pins were put into place. It almost seemed as if he hardly moved an inch the entire time aside from the light rise and fall of his chest from breathing. Turning around, Spencer looked down and over his shoulder. "Did you get a good look at my a**?" he questioned. "The costume feels a little baggy there. If I want to be able to flaunt myself on the stage, it should be a little tighter, don't you think?"

Zak grinned and said, "Right you are," with-holding a small laugh. Actors really were quite... weird. Funny, but weird. He bent down again and pinned said place, careful not to flame the other's temper by accedentally poking him with a pin. "THere you go..." he murmured, standing back to examin his handywork and making a few final notes on his paper. He examined the other's costume closely, and smile on his lips as he noted that there was nothing else needing to be pinned left. "Alright... Change out of that, if you would, and I'll collect it once you're done," he said, making his way out the door, long black hair swaying slightly with his steps.

At times being the oblivious one, Spencer didn't realize what Zak had been grinning about. Just as the other was thinking how weird actors were, he was thinking just the same of techies. The fitting wasn't nearly as long or tedious as he had earlier been dragging it out to be. Careful not to disturb any of the placed pins, he slipped out of the costume and changed back into his other clothing. "Here," he said, handing the costume back to the teen. "And, uh, Zak?" He paused, eyes cast to the ground. "Sorry about acting like a b***h earlier.. I was just a little tired is all."

He took the costume and, smiling, replied, "Yeah, you were." Evidently his people skills were none too great. Then, thinking that Michael would most likely berate him if he even slightly upsetted the actor - well... how could that be possible? It seemed the smallest things set them into histrionic fits - he added hastilly, "But I suppose I was, as well... I had a long day and fitting Cassandra isn't exactly the most relaxing thing." He winced slightly at the memory. Cassandra was an actress notorious for fidgitting and jumping during fittings and was particularly loud and angry - two things that should not be mixed. She was pricked and pinned very often, despite Zak's attempts at being carefuly, and he got smacked. Several times.

By now a handfull of the lesser characters mics had been checked and the settings on the board were set for them, the floor mics were also ready. He waited a moment giving the leads a chance to come on their own, he knew well that there was a chance they were still being fitted or the like and if he rushed them he wouldn't get a pleasent response. They would most likely come out but it wouldn't be enjoyable for him.

Spencer's eyes narrowed with the first remark, but his features softened when he heard Cassandra's name. Anyone having to deal with her for any amount of time deserved their share of sympathy, and what a share that would be. "Careful," the actor warned. "You should know by now Cassy hears just about everything said about her. If you go around now talking about her, she'll take out some nasty revenge on you to be sure.. Anyway, be sure not to make the knees too tight, alright? I hate that."

"Oh, great," he muttured scowling. "That's what every bitchy actress needs - really good hearing," he said sarcastically, rolling his eyes up towards the ceiling. He was almost expecting the woman to burst into the room right then, screaming her lungs out at him. But, of course, that didn't happen. Fortunately. "Right..." He made one last note in his papers about the knees and then looked up from them, giving the other a bit of a smile. "Well, I'll make the needed amendments. You should probably get to the stage... I expect the techies will be stressing over no one showing up for sound check," he said with a bit of a laugh.

"I know, I know.. They're probably freaking just as badly as yourself, actually," Spencer said. "Except.. they're just smart enough not to say it to my face so abruptly as you." It was more truth than sarcasm. Many of the techies knew not to harass any of the actors when they were having a stressful day. It would always end in a tantrum, it seemed. Reaching back into his dressing room, he picked up the delivered mic.
"Good luck with the finishing touches," he said, waving to Zak before heading out onto the stage. He was already beginning to feel better once stepping into the light. "Let's get this over with.."

Tapping his fingers on the table in a rythemic pattern Shaquire hummed to himself waiting, seeing Spencer he stood up straight. "Alright, first say few lines then sing one of your songs for a minute or so," He said over the mic into the stage speakers as he placed a set of headphones on.

Switching his mic on, Spencer cleared his throat before reciting a series of lines that lead right into one of his songs- His main solo. Just as instructed, he only went about halfway into the song before cutting himself off as well as the mic. "That good enough for you, Shaq?" he asked. "Or are you wanting me to do a little dance for you, too?"

As Spencer spoke and sang Shaquire adjusted the levels on his mic to keep them at a loud yet not overpowering level. Once he was finished he took the phonse off his ears. "That was just fine but I wouldn't mind if you danced for a bit," he said with a smile.

"Oh, you wouldn't," Spencer said, feigning a light sneer. "You just want to see me in some real action on stage is all." He twirled on the ball of his foot before dropping into a bow. "Will that be all of the tedious tasks that I have to put up with today and am I free to go? Or will my tormentor's conjure yet another to keep me here longer?"

"Thats it your free. But you won't be for long, the rehersal should be starting soon, if I'm right," Shaquire said rossing his arms behind his head. "When you go back tell any other leads to come out and get their checks done also."
