Totally it would. EVERY piece of clothing he owns has the Emblem. Why do you think Itachi killed the clan? THERE WAS A KUNAI IN THE FAN. THE LATURNS WERE SLICED. biggrin Itachi got sick of it. I bet his Undies and Socks have the emblem. My sister is surprised his NINJA SHOES don't have the Uchiha Fan on them.

I never really thought about the Uchiha fan being a pokeball.....I always thought it looked kinda like the pepsi symbol...me and my cousin were even talking about having Sasuke do a pepsi commercial for a while...
