Cid grabs her and says to Raven, "thank you, make it out of here safely alright." He grabs Shino and heads for the door knowing raven could take care of herself. He holds tight to Shino as he burst outside the doors heading for an on campus place. He heads for the courtyard as fast as he can holding onto to Shino. He hoped that raven could make it out alright but he sent a doppleganger to help her out if she needed.

Hakai blinked for a moment looking at the bleeding angel. What a strange artifact...creepy old coot. She looked at Eye Pa..Tomoro her deep green eyes taking in her form. She had changed back to normal quite some time ago. She may have been in some trouble if she had not.

"Ah so thats what your name is. I met you my first day here. On the....roof of the dorms." She pointed upward. She blinked and pulled once on a lock of her long orange hair as Tomoro took off her eye patch. "I knew it wans't safe here the second I set foot here. It appeared out of no where. But hey, if you're here I guess I'll stick around. No offence Eye Pa...I mean Tomoro, but I've seen ya around and trouble follows you like a magnate ya know?" She smerked and laughed. "This whole place is strange. I mean Truth, Hope, Joy...and a butterfly woman...if nothing strange is going on here, then I must be going out of my mind. ....No presence eh? Heh, anyone who can keep a look like that has to have something up that gloved hand. I bet its like a claw or somethin' freaky like that."

She quietly watched Tomoro strink and grow quietly while she bit her nail. Hakai had seen wrose...hell she was wrose so it was no way she could actually comment on the matter. So she just sat quietly and watched. "Besides if you know this place is dangerous, why are you still here? You can tell just by looking that that house there I bet leads to some kind of strange underworld. So many people living there. Remember the school girl? He said that was just one of the tenates. I bet that butterfly chick is with that Truth guy too."

(Sorry for this post being slightly late. I am responding to Misao, Ryoko, Minto, and generally talking to those outside who may not have posted, like 99! XO)

"Now..." Truth's voice picked up a little as his finger lifted up. "Now...now...now...asking to come upon my manor so brazenly, telling me that there have been strange findings and suspicions, and suggesting that you have the chance to examine it for such things...that is quite pretentious of you. Even with the promise of touching nothing...how can you very well expect that I would allow such a thing so openly?" said Truth, as he tilted his head and lightly shook his finger to Lorelai. "Hmm...it does seem as if there have been others though. Yes..." his attention was...taken from Lorelai at that moment. He turned, his eyes settling onto his own mansion, settling...there... "...several had entered my home without my allowing, it would seem. They have entered it, walked amongst its walls and left without...even so much as a farewell..." his gaze seemed to lose itself as he looked over the manor. His words...even seemed to hold a hint of his displacement. "That simply cannot be allowed..."

"Huh...!" Eve gasped, meanwhile, whilst in the dining hall. She had returned shortly after the latest bit of traded jabs between Samantha and the strange machine like man. She brought with her a cart containing four plates, each covered b a metal dome that was removed when the plates were set down. The two plates of ravioli and two salads were both placed down with their own small bowl of dressing, more then enough to actually cover the salad. Eve's gasp was rather sudden, her metal hand coming over the still lips of her face in surprise. The mechanical man...thing...seemed a bit shocked as well, a "!!!" appearing on the screen of his face as his head turned toward the door further off. "Hmm____so_I_am_not_the_only_one_who_felt_that_then?" he asked, turning his head toward Eve. But his head quickly swiveled to Samantha again, not responding to her comments, or what she whispered...which he could actually hear. "Hmph____nothing_a_Third_Generation_would_know_though. Feels_like_someone_is_close_to_making_their_last_enemy..."

"...and so may whatever God they swear themselves to show them the mercy which life has now taken from them." the man wearing the worn, brown trench coat was looking across the room, toward the windows. He seemed to have...lost his place temporarily from Seiya as he spoke. "Hmhmhm...you do know what they say of curiosity though, don't you? They do so say that it...hm...killed the cat." spoke the other man atop the large, metal figure. He hopped down to Seiya's other side, falling into a crotched position and looking up toward her with a tilted head. As he made his leap from the golem like machine, he revealed a long leather belt which hung from the back of the shirt and pants he wore. He quickly slipped it over, fastening it again to reveal two significant and rather...odd choices of weaponry on his person. On the right side, in a small sheath, was a butter knife. The handle of the knife was metal, and curved slightly at the base, the blade...if you could call it that, being slightly thick around the middle and curving in a bit toward the blunted tip. On the other side was a grouped up circle of chain, rather long chain which ended in a meat hook attached to it.

"I disagree, my friend." the man in the coat spoke up, turning around to the two with a smirk. "If anything, curiosity simply...gave birth to the kittens. None the less...you are trespassing, having entered this, our home, without permission." he finally slipped one of his hands from underneath a pocket, the right one. Within it was a...harmonica, which he slowly raised to his lips, eyes locked onto the girl's. "And that is simply uncalled for. This is not your home, your house...and our Master is quite strict about trespassers, he is." he slid the instrument slowly along his lips, blowing into it to create the subtle, moody rhythm. "So true, so true." the other man nodded, smiling. "It would be wrong for us to just...let this be, let you do as you please. Had you asked..." he flips the harmonica, moving it to the side of his head. "Asked..." the other man said. "Had you just knocked on the door." he said. "Door..." the other whispered. "Had you just been polite." he continued. "Polite." the other whispered. "We would have welcomed you, however..." his eyes narrowed slightly, though his smirk never faded. Suddenly, a blade slid from the end of the harmonica which was nearest the bottom of his closed hand, like a switch blade. "...that is not how it was done. And so we must ask that there be repentance, and that...perhaps...your severed arm would be a perfectly suitable trade off, do you not think so, Richard?" the other man nodded, slipping the chain and meat hook from his belt. "Oh yes, I most certainly do, Joeshren. What of you, GODE?" he smiled broadly, especially to the machine's response as it clenched its hands together tightly, the hissing sound of steam being released could be heard. "Then we are all in agreement! Your arm, your life, it matters not, either way you will repent for your sin against our Master." Joeshren tightened his grip on the harmonica-switch blade like weapon, awaiting a possible reaction and response from the girl.

Meanwhile, Tallan had been pleasantly standing in place for but a few moments whilst this all occurred. Then...suddenly, what appeared like almost a ghost came straight through the statue. Well...not so much a ghost as simply a transparent man, slipping straight through the solid object as if it were not there. He moved through it backwards, landing onto the ground next to Truth with a light wind carrying the slightly loose flaps of a coat that went just past his knees. The suddenly appearing man had an olive skin tone, and wild, unkempt hair that barely reached his ears, though not a strand was truly held down well enough to reach his ears, had it been long enough anyway. His hair color was a mixture of black and white strands, almost like a symbol of an aging man. Though the body form and face clearly defined him to be in his early twenties, perhaps younger. The coat, as was to be expected, was a pitch black material that was closed at the front by a series of belt like straps. Over either shoulder of the coat were three spikes each, rising above the height of his own head in fact.

But this was all that could be seen, that and the top half of his head, as the coat's collar was so height it covered his mouth. Besides that, a pair of black gloves and boots, nothing was shown through it since his back was turned to everyone. "Yes...?" he muttered in the form of a whisper. Truth...glanced toward him, his head turned a little toward the man...but said nothing. Suddenly, a low chuckle came from the man, he placed his hand across his own stomach for a moment. "Hehe...y-hehe...y-yes...Master Truth..." he said, turning to the others. His eyes...his eyes were a very dark purple hue, almost black seeming. Their irises seemed small, especially considering how widely opened his eyes were, giving a constantly distant stare ahead of himself. He didn't look at a single person in the courtyard, he simply...stared. But not for long, leaping above the bench, starting another chuckle as he ran across the ground toward the gates. He ran for the gates, his body lowering a little in the run as the chuckle broke into all out laughter, hysterical laughter. As he cackled and ran straight for the second gate, his body's form shifted and caused a sense of dementia around his image, which then became transparent as it slipped straight through the white entry gates. He was gone after that...

Truth turned around just as the man vanished through the gate, and into the unseen beyond it. He smiled brightly, though to no-one in particular. "Hm, how lovely... Though it would seem I am still missing another." no sooner had he spoke did a flicker of sound occur before a loud crash into the ground. A large figure in complete black landed straight into the courtyard’s stone floor, right in front of the group and next to Truth. The ground around it cracks under the heavy, talon like feet beneath its form. A large, billowing cape of black surrounds its form in the air briefly from its landing, but drapes along its shoulders soon after it rises to a stand. Whatever this...creature was, it stood an exact height of twelve feet. The tall, seemingly mechanical figure, had a very thin body, especially considering its impressive height. It was similar to a skeletal body, really, with thin legs and arms that bulked only slightly around the forearms and shins. Its feet and hands were both very thin, long, with slender digits. Its fingers reached out a good eight inches about. Its torso, though solid, was still quite small looking, though fitting for the overall odd appearance the creature seemed to possess. Finally, its head, which was a somewhat long skull like shape. The mouth was inexistent, being simply a smooth, capsule shaped plate over the front. Its eyes were exact circles, with glaring red glows that bare a resemblance to the buttons of some futuristic computer console. Without a word, Truth looked up to the creature for a few moments. In response, the creature nodded quickly to him. "As you so desire, Master." his voice was scratchy and metallic sounding, with a slight and quite difficult to pinpoint accent. He leaped, high, well above the first gate and landed on all fours. The beast charged, a tail swinging from behind it as it rushed the second gate. It barreled straight through it by ramming it with his elbow, slamming it open then rushing through it. Though, soon after it left, the gate closed once more and was rather fine. Truth, in the meantime, smiled brightly and brought his attention back to the...guests he was entertaining. "Ah, my apologies...I simply had to handle a small issue of sorts..." he said, as the cracks which formed from the monstrous figures movements slowly mended themselves. "Won't someone tell me...what it is that we were discussing but a moment ago? My memory does tend to be quite fickle, at times." said the man, as he gave a most pleasant expression of peace and contentment.

"..." Seiya blinked calmly, there was no use in panicking, it would only cloud her judgement, and for some odd reason she felt that their course of action would be based on what she did next. She didn't get the feeling that they were mindless killers...or maybe it was wishful thinking...

Her powers? They probably weren't strong enough to even scratch them. She knew when she was matched, and quite honestly it would have been very stupid to try to attack them...or run...she wouldn't get very far. After all, this was their territory. The thought of losing her arm wasn't all that traumatizing. Not after what had happened before...

Seiya's fingers twitched, and then...she began to hum, whatever the tune was it was fairly haunting, then to sing very quietly. Her way of coping with stress. She extended her arm and stretched her fingers which had been clenched in faint anxiety a minute ago. If they were going to severe her arm, then let them do so.

'Curiosity did neither...the cat was probably just unlucky...'

Her mind wandered elsewhere, mentally detaching herself from her body, to the practice hall back home. She mentally played the music on the piano as she sang along to it.

Darius blinked as the two men gestured with thier weapons...This was not good. If the men were going to make a move towards this girl. He would have to take steps.

Darius slowly walked towards the three of them, utilizing the fact that the three of them were occupied with one another. He then crouched in between a large potted plant and a small table. Darius looked on the table to find that on it was an odd three-pronged candlestick. The reason for it's oddity was the fact that instead of candles there were golden spires, welded to the bases.

The winged half demon smiled at this as he realized that, if they were going to attack the girl. He had a weapon that could be used to defend her if need be still he didn't know how effective a knick-nack would be, he just hoped that it would be enough if it came down to violence.

Sam gave a light nod, tucking some loose strands of hair away from her face... casting a death glare towards Niro. "I was not born in Italy, sadly. But I can proudly say that my parents, grandparents, and so forth were all pure Italian." She said with a soft giggle... Sam was exceedingly proud of her heiritage... even if "Italian" was the only hint towards it she gave.

"Nothing I would WANT to know. I just got my lunch and no-one's wreaking that." She said nothing more reguarding their surprise at whatever it was and tucked into her food, nibbling politely with her eyes closed and a frown on her face. "Thank you, Eve. Atleast you're more useful than that ******** toaster." It was true, she wasn't needed so didn't give a damn what was happening, or what had the two so shocked. So, she needed only concern herself with eating.

Persephone smiled at Eve, bowing her head when her food was rested before her. "Ah, I've never been to Italy myself, nor have any of my reletives born there." She smiled looking to Sam.

She blinked several times as she looked at the shock that Eve and the talking insult box gave strange looked to each other. Oh well. She had food now and Truth did not need her or Sam to take care of things, and whatever they could not feel didn't concern them. She took a bite of her fruit salad, her eyes growing wide. "Oh...so freash." She enjoyed the yummie necter of the fruit, a bright smile on her face. She would then move to the pasta nibbling happily. "Oh this is good to Eve! You're good." She said smiling brightly.

Finally it was her turn to relax. She had already met three of the people in this large place. So far...nothing was TOO bad but she didn't expect everyone to be this sane. Just looking at how nice the place was there were bound to be crazys, she was sure of that. The best plan to do there was not allow her guard down no matter what or she knew that something would surprise her.

Rai sat there listening. His thoughts concealed to one single subject. Raiju. Why had he been unleashed? Suddenly he stood up, not wanting to sit anymore. he needed to fidn him and ask him questions. He had never been able to take physical form, so why now?

"Mr.Truth, I'm sorry but I must go, please accept my apology"

Running off and through the gate, Rai set off in search for him. He had to be somewhere. He figured the courtyard maybe, since there were so many people he could annoy there. Setting off for the gates, he ran at a quick pace.

[[Sorry it's so short but I need Rai for soemthing and I didn't know how to make him leave ^^ ]]

[[It's sad that I've returned and no one has posted since I left, xD]]

Rai made his way out beyond the gate and down through the woods. He made a few turns and wound up back at the Truth's mansion. He had been gone, what? A few hour? His hair, now cute short and spiked barely moved against the light gust that passed through the trees. Stepping forwards he pressed his hands on the cold metal of the gate and opened it.

"Still creeps me out....."

His clothe shad changed in the hour he had left. He wore black boots which were covered by his large black UfOs. On his torso he wore a black turtle-nekc sweater and then a black coat over it. For it being summer, he definitly wasn't dressing like it. Though no sweat appeared anywhere on him.

He quietly made his way through the gates, closing them behind him. His winter blue eyes observing the framiliar landscape.

Without waiting for a reply from either Hope or Joy little Feli hoped to her feet and stumbled her way into Hope's lap. Some places have 'lap dogs' the Endeavor happened to have a 'lap child.' She giggled a bit and fired right into a new barage of question; "Whatcha doin?" She would allow a second or two inbetween each question; "Can I have mushed potatoes and gavvy? Whose your friend? I drew a pretty picture wanna see?" All but the last was directed solely to Hope, she like to show off her art. She would glance between the two before another question spilled out; "can I have playtime?" Innocent, right?

Staying silent for a moment or two, Tomoro tried to recall seeing the young woman standing before her... it was so hard to picture it, but she could remember... so very long ago, it seemed. At the remark of how trouble followed her, a sad smile crept upon her face, one of regret and remorse. Closing her eyes, she smiled at Hakai and interlocked her fingers, placing them over her bosom... it wasn't her fault. It wasn't her fault she was a magnet to danger and had killed people in the process... was it? She thought about that every day, how trouble followed her, how she often broke into fights, yet appeared like she would break any second... shaking her head, she looked up at Hakai with both dull grey eyes, a few strands of hair brushing into her face. "I want... to leave this place," she said quietly and faintly, almost whispering the words spoken to herself. Crossing one leg over the other and smoothing out her dress, she unlaced her fingers and ran them through her hair, looking up into the sky.

"I can't leave. Something is making me stay here. Whether it be an immense feeling of danger that I crave, or a strange evil that ties me down, I can't gather the courage to stand up and leave. It's as if my feet are binded. I suggest... that you leave, Hakai. This place.. it's not safe, and you know that. You still have the power to leave." Nodding to Hakai, Tomoro stood up and let out a soft sigh, stretching her arms up the sky and then touching her toes, despite the elevation of her boots. Such evil here... her eyes grazing the grass in front of her, her eyebrows furrowed and she gulped a bit, looking over at the mansion itself, and the giant doors. Something... is in there. Someone... in trouble? The plants... they motioned toward the door, as if I should go there as soon as possible. Cracking her knuckles, Tomoro looked mischieviously at Hakai, her lips forming into a small smirk. "Would... you like to see how danger follows me? Come if you wish."

Without a second thought, Tomoro grabbed her long hair and brought out a clear ponytail from the small pocket on her dress, securing it and making sure all her hair was in place, save a few strands on her face. Hand on her thigh, she made sure her pistols were still in place, and a look of determination streaked in her eyes; yes, it was time to go in there... never looking back, or at anyone else outside the mansion, for that manner, a grin formed on her face; maybe she could shoot something in there... it had been so long since she had pulled the trigger at something. Trigger happy. That's what she was. Now reaching the white door in front of her, looming above her, she turned the knob silently and opened the door with a small creak, closing it silently behind her save a small click of the lock. Where could she go? Eyes absorbing the sights before her, the entire floor seemed decked in white... exactly like her dorm room. Straightening her posture, Tomoro kept her hand placed on her pistol and turned her head back and forth, beginning to walk down the first hallway. Many strange artifacts and knick-knacks covered the walls, and the paintings... something was strange about them. The light nearly blinded Tomoro, coming in from many windows, bouncing off the walls. This place must glow at night... she thought, her eyes taking notice on a painting of a young woman sitting upon a victorian chair. She had long brown locks, and soulful brown eyes, almost as if she were trying to speak to the passerby. Her spare hand covering her mouth, she stepped a bit closer to the painting, only to find that it began to mesh together, the many colors forming single blobs of color. An optical illusion? Whatever it was, Tomoro merely tilted her head to the side, turning away and moving forward. At this rate, nothing in the mansion could scare her... she had seen enough tricks in one day. Perhaps this owner merely enjoyed toying with people's minds? Perhaps there was something lying deeper in this mansion... something one should never know. Something the human heart cannot take.

After ignoring all the other artifacts and trinkets, closing her mind to any possibilities, Tomoro entered a rather open room, and gasped lightly when she heard a small 'ching' above her. Quickly, she brought her gun out and looked up, only to find she was pointing at a chandelier... taking a deep relaxed breath, Tomoro slid the gun back in its holster, stretching her arms a moment and closing her eyes. Do not... lose control of your emotions. This place wants you to do that. It enjoys scaring others. Don't be one of the crowd. After finally finding her proper emotions once again, Tomoro looked from side to side, only to see doors, doors, and more doors. But which should she take? This room seemed to dull her senses with the light shining in from all angles, not to mention the chandelier reflecting the light back against the walls. A neverending cycle. This place... was a happy prison, a fake exterior coated in white, the color of purity and bliss... and ignorance. Whether it was a facade or not, it certainly drove Tomoro to suspicion, and she continued looking from door to door, wondering which to take... where... would she go?
PostPosted: Sun Aug 13, 2006 8:23 pm

Hakai could feel the winds changing. Not the ones outside but the inner winds. The winds of change. Something was going to happen, something big and she was going to be apart of them if she liked it or not. There was no way in hell she was going to allow Tomoro have all the fun and these feelings excited her. "Sorry, but just as you attract trouble, I enjoy getting into it." She said with a bright smile on her face.

She sat at the end of the fountain rocking a bit before poping up and brushing her bright orange tresses back behind her shoulder. "You say you can't leave and yet you want me to. Sorry Tomoro but I think your friends would have a fit knowing you went into an obviously dangerous place by yourself. They do not seem to trust in your ablities much, no offence. At least you can tell them you were not alone if anything happens." She said looking back with a wink.

She too reatched in her pocket to take out a black hair tie. Grabing a fist full of hair she slipped the tie on and around her hair making it rest tightly on her so it would not get in the way. She did this while she walked, Tomoro already ahead of her. "I like your sytle Tomoro." As she said that she noticed the large skeletal man walk out of what seemed to be nowhere. He blocked out the sun, who couldn't notice him. She did admit that this particular....thing made her jumpy. This place just keeps getting freakier and freakier.

She looked in the house, a bit in awe, she had never seen a place this nice before and it amazed her. She looked at all the expensive looking items scattered around the rooms. Man, this Truth guy must be loaded. "Please excuse our intrusion." She whipered. It was an old...very old habit she just couldn't seem to break yet.

"Shame, shame. Italy is beautiful in the springtime. You'd love it." Sam said quietly to the "newbie" houseguest while taking a few bites of her lunch. the manner of her seating posture, her movements, and even how she ste might've given the impression of some level of breeding in her blood. She was half dome with her salad before she started on the Raviolli. In one so very petite; where on earth could she be putting the ammount of food she'd been given?? "You'll find no fresher food in this area, Butterfly. Eve's cooking is the absolute best in the building. Even if she does take forever to make it." It wasn't long before the food was gone, and with it all devoured she stood up slowly... offering a small bow and a polite smile to the young woman... Just grateful not to be the only young teen! "Eve, could you bring a glass of cold water to my room in a few hours? I'm going to take a little nap... Be on your guard, Miss Butterfly. The nutjobs in this house are like those from old horror stories." Taking up her phone, she skipped off... the soft ringing of a tiny bell (like a cat bell) jingling every few steps as she ran upstairs to her bedroom.

"Hmm, such an...interesting development things have become." it was not as if he were not aware of the other two, or the fact that they were now entering his mansion. Yet, neither Tomoro or Hakai would be stopped from walking right in, the gentle eyed man standing in place as he turned back around toward Rai's re-entrance. "Ah, one returns to us, it would seem. To what... Do I owe the pleasure young man?" he asked calmly as his pair of blue set onto Rai, their ethereal gaze softening and...awaiting his response. Truth calling Rai a young man would seem almost ironic, given that he himself did not look past his teenage years. Then again... There was little anyone could put past such an enigmatic person as himself. While he greeted the one guest that remained outside, the one person to remain outside, other goings on were occurring inside...

"No__you_would_not_want_to_know. Hmm___better_the_rest_of_us_just_stay_out__of_this." the machine like man, still in the dining area with the three woman, had said. Eve had already begun toward the kitchen, giving a brief bow of the head as Samantha left, and to confirm she did in fact hear the order. Though she was rather quiet now, the slight sensation that she and Niro both felt having an adverse affect on her confidence, or what amount of it she had to begin with. Though, she did need to finish her duty and prepare the food for the young boy upstairs and his guest. The whole time Niro watched Samantha leave, shaking his...head...which he removed and began tossing into the air and catching. "Hmph____do_not_pay_any_attention_to_what_she_says_new_bie. The_nut_jobs_in_horror_stories_were_normal_compared_to_us." he turned away from her, still tossing the head and catching it, as he walked through the doors to leave the kitchen. "La_ter___n00b." he said just as he was leaving, holding the head up so that it was turned toward her, displaying the word 'n00b' to her.

And, elsewhere... "Ah, so good of you to decide the most simple and appropriate action. You're one of the first, and why avoid what you probably won't be able to avoid in the first place?" said the man in the long coat as he gave a light, underhanded, waving gesture toward the large, mechanical figure. It took hold of her right, extended arm by the forearm, as well as the portion of her shoulder which met with her neck. Not a one of them realized there were...well, three other people in the room! Tomoro and Hakai, who had just walked in, and Darius, who had been watching the entire time. What a show for them to see, as the machine like beast readied. The large, metal figure pulled with one arm, holding her down with the other. The force would tear her arm clear away from the socket. Should nothing interrupt it, her right arm would be ripped off, yet...would not bleed... Neither the arm, nor the socket where it used to be, would bleed...strangely enough.
