I think she's selfimportant. I've seen her around ED and she makes a new thread the same way each time. As if she has a stack of soap boxes made specifically for her because she is...

"OMG teh smartest ever and that no one reads my posts and that's the only reason anyone ever posts to debate me because if they read at all they would know I am teh super right and they are all wrong!"

And by eliminating any facts supporting the amount of teens around here who do have children and just mentioning that she has seen teens with banners in their sigs does IN FACT imply that all teens with banners in their sigs are in fact parents. I guess she didn't clue into that subtlety.

She had this one post about HOW she would raise children if she ever had them. Absurd s**t that anyone who is not a parent would be all "You'll be a great parent!" Stuff those of us with kids know is rediculous crap created by idealists.

Oh yeah and it is in fact idealist and not Surrealist as some in the thread would have you believe.

Well I just wasted 15 minutes of my life............
That girl really needs a reality check. A large vocabulary does not a good argument make xd
The thing was, I read the whole damn thing and I still don't know what exactly it is she is driving at...... so I put a post in that basically said "If you are going to come out with this kind of thing, please try and make sense". Only I practically turned it into an essay, was as wordy as I could be and purposely left it vague....... just to annoy her. Childish, yes. I am allowed to be childish at 1am. xp will it work? that remains to be seen.
Silly girl.

I happened to enjoy the irony in the fact that she was blasting people who "can't read" when in fact she can't spell to save her life and she's going on and on about not wasting teacher's time and an education.

But I just may be a "mean ol' lady."

Posted in that thread for the last time on page 48.

Oh, for heavens sake. You know... I'm 21. I'm by no means and old lady, but something in this girls ranting makes me want to slap her and scold her like a grandmother. Or at least my grandmother, who would have knocked me upside the head if I ever said anything that stupid.

I wonder if Gramma would get on Gaia.. *evil laugh*

How vexing! No matter what you say, that thread creator or her friend are going to make it out that you are wrong. >.< I hate people who can't just admit they were mistaken and admit they don't know everything.

BTW, that edit#2 was not there a couple of hours ago when I checked to see if she edited that section of her post. So I know it wasn't by the BS she posted about the guild.

I can't wait for her to get a couple of year's of RL experience under her belt and then look back on this and realize what a jack-a** she is.

Waiting for the flames from the other post to begin but i just put up my comment. By the way Bad Loki you rock. But on page 48 also is my response which is short simple and this "Well if anyone ever asks me the definition of self-indulgent tripe I can just always hand them the first post in this thread."
When this girl gets a few years on her and some perspective i'm gonna love to hear her talk about how stupid she was in her youth.

*Smirks* I've already gotten one response on my last post from some girl who assumes I never saw those new "edits" that were made to the first post..... even though I mention those very "edits" in my last resonse. I talk about how stupid and condescending those "edits" were. Whattamoron!! xd

Why can't Cacutaur-whateverinthehell, just admit that she was wrong for making her assumption about whoever she saw with the GPG banner in their sig. She plinly states in her holy first post that she assumed the person was a teenage parent simply because of the GPG banner.

So I bring it to her attention (pretty politely, I might add) that she's making a generalization about my guild based on her own assumption. But noooooooooo... she has to then go back and make little "edits" about how "dense" I am and redundant. Exactly how was I redundant? Had someone else brought my point up in her thread before I did? I don't think so.

Just another example of some self-righteous, know-nothing trying to force their overdone, bandwagon opinions down everyone else's throats.

"Geee.... I am 18 and on Gaia, what should I do? I know! I'll make yet ANOTHER pro-abortion thread in ED and put down anyone who points out my own stupidity or disagrees with me! Hooray! I will act all self-important and never listen to those with more wisdom or experience. I AM ALL KNOWING! WEEEEEE!"

Eh she's full of herself. so what if teens have kids and are able to take care of them? how is she better than them? UGH, she's soooo "original."

I made a comment on page 46 about how, even though living with my fiances parents, I'm still responsible for my son. And if she thinks money's so easy to come by, try being in the situation of having limited finances and having a two month old at the same time. She'd accept any type of help that came her way. I fully appreciate the fact that Rodney's mom sits for us so we don't have to pay a sitter....she lives with us anyway. And WIC and Medicaid were godsends. Money doesn't grow on trees, in case she didn't realize.

Yup, she was still pretty "holier than thou" in her response to you.

Did it ever occur to this ignorant retard that some parents WANT to help their adult children??!! Just because you are a legal adult, doesn't mean you are no longer a responsibility of your parent's. Ideally, adult children would all be out on their own, but in REALITY, many need help with finances and other such things WELL into adulthood. And parents continue to help because they WANT to. A parent doesn't just stop loving their child just because they're over 18.

I'm gonna laugh my proverbial a** off when that girlie has to ever come crawling back to her parents to ask for any help at all.

"Ummm mom, I need money for an abortion. I need money for a car. I need money for tuition...." She acts like after she's 18, she'll NEVER ask her parents for jack. Gawd, it MUST be nice to live in such ignorant bliss.

I would make another post in that thread, but I'm not. Having to deal with such stupidity just up's my blood pressure, so I decide to let them continue on making an a** of themselves. Trust me, in the grand scheme of life, she'll most likely end up eating every single word from every single assinine post she's ever made about how great and superior she is.

*Is also amused that she didn't even bother to respond to my last post*

After reading her reply, I had to explain, that living in an extended family home makes things a bit different than living with a nuclear family. This house was already full of several generations before Tyler even came along. Half the time we have people living here who aren't even related in anyway. We have me, my fiance Rodney, his mom and dad, sometimes his niece Naomi (who's his half-brother's daughter). Our friend Jasmine practically lives here, showing up on Tuesday, and not leaving until Friday or Saturday half the time. Living in a situation like makes the raising of a child different. Whoever is here at the time gives a hand, even Jasmine, who's not related to my son in anyway. (Even though she's already going to be Aunty Jasmine, when he starts to talk....I can picture the looks from people now...."Little white boy: Aunty Jasmine, Aunty Jasmine!! Buy me this toy! 20-some odd-black lady: How many times I got to tell you I'm broke, little man!" People have a habit of looking at kids and adults of different races together as odd around here. ) That's just how an extended family home works.
