Considering the dubs of many games are known to mispronounce things, I wouldn't rely on the way Psycho Mantis said it. Also I seem to remember him pronouncing it "Soo-ee-koh-den" eek

Although as I mentioned before as long as people know what you're talking about it doesn't matter how you pronounce it much.

I say it Suikoden. Just the way it is written. In my language we read everything the way it's written.
And trying to write it so you english ppl could say it would be like: suekodan ... if that makes any sense... hmm neutral

My Japanese friend had NO idea what game I was talking about when I tried to ask him about it, and I tried to pronounce it the Japanese way. Then I gave up and showed him the game itself, and we discovered the problem: the Japanese don't say "Suikoden," they call it "Gen-Sui."

So that's what they mean when they yell Graw! blaugh Another crude example is how they refer to "Don't be a menace to south central while drinking your juice in the hood" as simple "juice." I had no idea what the s**t my friend was talking about when he called it juice.
