"It'll what?" Kagome yelped with wide eyes.
"It's not going to kill Inuyasha because YOU'RE not going to kill Inuyasha!" she glared at him and continued, "I refuse to have my child traumatized or my best friend killed!"
"Am I clear?" she firmly said, poking him in the chest with each word.
Men! What's with their fetish with killing things?!
((Ah, sorry that I didn't reply earlier... x___x But I did start planning out the "5 times Sesshomaru made people shiver" fic heart ))

"You don't want a strong child?" Everyone from his own era looked forward to strong children and he hoped their child would be as strong as the two of them were. Sesshomaru was about to respond further but was caught completely off guard as she poked him in his chest, threatening him.
"You are horrible at threats..." He said, more amused with her actions than angered by them. He took her hand and raised a brow at her "How does it benefit my interest if I allow myself not to kill Inuyasha? There is nothing making me agree to something like that. "

"I do, but strong doesn't mean someone who kills," Kagome said. Afterall, wasn't Mama strong to raise Souta and herself without their father? And she couldn't even stand killing a pesky bug!
The girl pouted at his remark. "Am not," she said childishly.
"Er..." Kagome racked her brain for a response. "Your father wouldn't like it?"
His hand wrapped around hers felt oddly warm. Should she be worried?

"Our definitions of strong are so very different." He said, not really seeing how that was even possible but she did come from a different time and place from him or so he had been told. Seeing her pout though and arguing him like a child, he rolled his eyes at her.
"If I'm not afraid, then your threat failed." He stared down at her intently, trying to hide his amusement at her pout. "It was a nice try though."
At the mention of his father, Sesshomaru imagined the old dog would say what he usually did but he was almost glad that his father wasn't there. He wasn't in the mood for getting reprimanded and ending up in the dog house (literally) like he usually did growing up. Keeping a hold of her hand as he leaned in towards her, he looked mildly interested. "Are you going to go off and tell on me to my father girl?"

Kagome scowled at him. "Do I have to remind you that I can purify you? That's a pretty big threat," she shot back.
With her tongue sticking out from the side of her mouth, she concentrated on bringing up a droplet of her power. It wouldn't help if she really did accidentally purify him to dust... Afterall, she only wanted to give him a little shock.
In her mind, Kagome flailed around a bit when Sesshomaru leaned in. How in the world is she suppose to respond properly when he does that?
That's not fair... Stop dazzling people!
"Why? Are you afraid he'll punish you like a bad puppy?"
((At the mention of Sessho's father, I keep thinking back to Tears of the Fallen and how playful he was... *cracks up at the picture* that was a panel from a comic, right? I love it~))

"That doesn't scare me. Do you have it in you to purify the father of your child?" He stared at her tongue sticking out the side of her mouth and he looked back into her eyes, frowning slightly. "What are you planning on do-"
Sesshomaru felt a small jolt from where their hands were clasped and a deep growl emitted from his chest. He glanced down at his hand to make sure no real damage had been done and it was merely a slight sting. He wasn't about to lose another arm because of her.
"He won't punish me at because I haven't been a bad puppy. If anything, I've been on my best behavior but someone else, on the other hand, deserves a little punishment herself." He squeezed her hand; not really hard that he would break anything but just simply a light squeeze as he growled at her.

Kagome muttered under her breath about a certain pompous lord. He got her there...
At his warning growl, she flashed him a bright smile, "Yes?" But her smile faded away and she squeaked his "light squeeze." '"Little punishment" my butt! That HURT!'
Her brown eyes narrowed and her lips widened into a sinister smile as a plan formed in her mind. 'I wonder...'

Sesshomaru was satisfied at her squeak and was about to tell her not to try that again but he noticed her smile and he narrowed his topaz eyes at her as he studied her. Damn this girl for being so unreadable, he thought to himself.

Without a warning, Kagome tackled him to the ground. Stradding his hips, she leaned over his body with a mischievous smile.
...if he's ticklish...
Her hair cascaded into a silky curtain over a shoulder and she leaned in to whisper sensuously into his ear. "Do you really wanna know," her breath brushing against his sensitive ear.
Before he could respond, she attack his sides with her fingers.

One minute he was sitting there glaring at her and the next he was on the ground with the human miko on top of him and pinning him to the ground.
"Is this that new position you were talking about Kago- " The last part of his sentence was more like a jumble of words as he began to squirm against her fingers. No one had ever dared to do this before in his entire life and he felt his leg began to kick slightly like he was getting his belly rubbed like some common low life mongral.
damn her, damn her... but why must this feel so goo- snap out of it!
He attempted to reach her hand to stop her.

She couldn't help but laugh at his expression.
Kagome twisted away from his questing hand and continued to tickle him. Her brilliant smile didn't even lower a single watt.

Sesshomaru moved his arm back and stared at her smile that was just simply mocking him. He continued to squirm against her fingers and he glared at her.
"Girl..." He warned. If he couldn't reach her, he might as well try another approach. He stared up at Kagome and pushed himself up as he wrapped his arm around her waist so he was only a few inches from her face.
"I think I like this position..." He said in a low voice.

A flush spread across Kagome's cheeks at his close proximity.
"Told you so," she said softly.
Implusively, she closed her eyes and kissed him on the lips.
Blinking her eyes open a few moments later, the gravity of what she just did settled in her mind. Another blush flooded her face as she jerked back with wide eyes and streaked out of the room.
Stupid! Stupid! Why did you do that?! her mind shrieked at her.
But she'd be lying if she said that she didn't like it.

Her voice was so soft and all thoughts of tricking her vanished when he felt her lips against his. It was over far too quickly, in his own opinion, and suddenly he was left sitting in the middle of the room extremely flustered and with the miko racing from the room. He rose swiftly and frowned, staring at the door.
"....." Sesshomaru turned away from the door and clenched his fist. For once in his life, he did something he didn't think he'd do-- he chased after her. "Miko!" He called as he made it from where he was standing towards the door in one quick stride. "Kagome!"

His blank expression after her abrupt kiss flashed through her mind as she fled. Nothing. No reaction.
"Kagome!"
She could hear his baritone voice calling after her. Aww, s**t. He's probably pissed, she whimpered.
Her feet pounded on the floor as Kagome dashed out of the house and into the forest.
...
Wait a sec...
Why is she running when she can FLY? ... She really must be losing it...
Flapping her wings, she took to the sky.
