In Paint? Mm...draw light blue circle, then color in with white, leaving the outlines where you can still see them. 4laugh

The same principles usually apply to hair when you do clothing.

Highlights on hair go in a ring around the top of the head, much like a crown. Shading is just as it would be on clothing, but make sure to accent the various strands of hair.

It can't be that bad. You're using light colors, right?
Then pick a darker shade of the same color and use that as a shadow for hair underneathe.
