why hello there. who might you be little one?
::the voice was deep and soothing and almost sounded human despite it having come from the wicked looking beak of a gryphon that at the shoulders would stand just over seven feet tall. the gryphons feathers were a natural jet black, which was unnatural for most gryphons of his type. his eyes were a sharp yet liquid seeming silver that gave off the feeling of incredible age and wisdom::

Axl: AHCK! *The sudden feeling of the feathers and the sound of the voice make Axl fall back on his bum. He looks up at the things silver eyes and blinks. He chuckles nervously* I.... I might be a little freaked out sweatdrop

he's doin well. he and the female gryphon he found had three kids. two girls and one guy. now that they are startin to grow a bit they are becoming very energetic. he's enjoying it quite a lot though.
::Rahwen nods and goes into the same pose that he had done when the artist had done the original sketch::
ah yes. that was me in the good old days when young Draeken's ancestor was still around. there were a lot more of my kind around back then. and if you think that times are hard in this land now, you wouldnt last five minutes back in those days. left and right people wanting to rule the world or destroy it. even some of the gods and goddesses and such wished to have their way with the world. chaotic times back then. but fun. that mural was made for the original Draeken to help him keep in mind that there was peace and beauty out there somewhere. sure a field of flowers could have worked just as well, but he wanted it to be of me. he was a strange guy really.
