Chris "Perry" Halliwell. He was interesting, he was brooding and twisted in a way. He also had witch and whitelighter powers. He was a cool whitelighter. His story Arc was also one of the best.

cole cause he was a sxy badboy BUT the thing with him was he kept coming back to phoebe JUST when she was starting to move on with her life,it was hard on both of them and i have to admit he DID get a little annoying with the "disappearing act" and then all of a sudden come back to the charmed ones ......SO my ultimate fave would have to NOW be the future chris!!!!! omigosh he is SOOOOOOOOOO DAMN FINE!!!!!!!!!! heart heart heart

I think they did an AMAZING job casting the guys in this series. They're all hotties. Lol. But if I had to choose one, I'd totally go with Cole.
