Azura Bladewright You know what? I've hit a dilemma. This guy I've been crushing on, I've been around him for about three semesters already (roughly a year and a half). And I still don't have the guts to approach him to just try to get to know him because I'm extremely shy. Pathetic, no? xp
I'm not attending the university next fall semsester because I'm moving to California. I now realize how much it would totally suck to leave with a bunch of unresolved feelings. This semester is fast ending, and I really desire to at least get to know him and maybe even become friends. But the mere thought of trying to do so sends me into panic attacks. sweatdrop
Any advice on how to build a backbone? surprised Just try saying hi to him 3nodding See what happens after that. Then you can build up if you don't panic after that. Like next time say something like "So how are you?". 3nodding
Working in steps is probably the best way to give over your panic-y feelings 3nodding lol^.^

LOL, he's the one who usually says the "hi" whenever we cross. And I can hardly even establish eye contact when that happens. xd He does that to everyone. He's real nice and friendly like that. whee I'll try dropping in the "so how are you?" sometime, but he always seems to be on the go whenever I catch him around. sweatdrop

Well, I don't have a boyfriend, but I am very much in love! 4laugh A month or so ago one of my friends admittyed to liking me... but sadly I had(and still have) my sights set on somone else. This somone else does like me in return, but due to a few complications we can't be together. sad Basically, her parents don't really want her dating, and another added thing... the 'her' part of the situation, she's bi (as am I) but only a few of her close friends know, and her parents would quite possibly disown her if they found out... I don't want that to happen, yet our love continues to grow nonetheless... it's such a difficult situation though...trying to control such emotion. I love her, and she loves me, yet it can't be quite known for another three years (when we're in college). *sigh* Love is so wonderful, yet so confusing. Especially when controlling parents are involved... but love is love and cannot be restricted so easily.

It seems like by that age most of your peers wouldn't mind, you know? And her parents need to face facts confused She's a grown woman! lol^.^ But yeah, Mimisi can see where you're coming from. (I had similar problems with peers/family members when I was in an interacial relationship). I know that it must be at least that hard, or harder, when it's the same sex. lol^.^ Good luck to both of you, though heart

No love coming my way sadly. (which has actualy caused me to become a little depressed lately). I just feel weird about the fact that i've never had a boyfriend and i'm going on 16 next month. The only real reason why i feel so 'down' is because i hold myself to my cousin's standard (she's always had boyfriends, and my ther cousin is 12 and has one). I just feel left out... crying

mimisi_setsuai I see confused Maybe you should just chase him down then. Tackle him and say "So how are you?" lol^.^ whee Though I guess that wouldn't be the best approach confused I suppose that could strike him as strange confused Maybe even as crazy confused Just stick with the how are you 3nodding lol^.^ OMFG, I so wanna glomp him. But I'd probably break him that way. He a scrawny boy. xd Indeed, that would strike him as strange anyway. I dunno...I just thought that it would also strike him as strange if I started saying "how are you" sometime. Because it would be so out of the blue, since I usually fall so dead silent around him. xd But I will try that. whee
I'm also thinking...I have a friend who knows him; maybe she could put in a word for me? But that would be kinda lame, wouldn't it? xp Y'know, I've managed to snag his e-mail address, but that's only because we're in the same Japanese Language class and the sensei implemented a weekly pass-around-e-mail-assignment thingy. surprised

I've had two boyfriends, but I wasn't in love with them. It's funny, the only person I've ever been in love with wasn't even officially involved with me. I still have feelings for him even now, a little bit.
