Mmmkay. Hello all. I joined this guild a while ago but never actually did anything. Recently, I got back into it after receiving a PM from one of the mods reminding me about it. I just submitted a character bio and am now looking for a way to integrate him into whatever plots or happenings are going on. Any suggestions on places I could have him start in or other suggestions as to how to get him involved would be appreciated.

Haven''t really read through a lot of the plot stuff yet, so before deciding on any definite plot to enter, It''d probably be to my benefit to browse the character profiles and some of the other threads. Then I''d be able to more intelligently answer those questions. For the time being, I think I''ll head to Enidc and maybe get my bearings there.

Oooooh, the simplicity of my plots arouses the energy of my inner child.


(Not that this post gives definite assistance or bearing, but it at least defines my overall direction.For anyone who cares y'know..or just wants a chuckle.)

NPC's are always best to break the ice. I'm sure I'll be properly introduced to everyone eventually though. You know, the usual style:

I would like to see another cleaning of the threads in the guild. Ones that aren't being used, or are just not needed any longer.

Big Threads that are used often, like OOC, and the Dojo should be Stickied, to ensure that they are known, and used threads.

All other user ones, that are sub roleplays, should not be stickied.

I would also like to take the time to bring up some features that would be cool for the Guild.

~Banners~

The Guild needs a few more banners to help spread the word to the litterate roleplayers of Gaia. What more than to have experienced users help the storyline of the BC grow?

~Guild I.D Cards~

I have already posted my variation on Guild I.D cards, and I think it would be cool to have them in our signitures. If thier is too much room being taken up on your sig, I would reccomend you use www.cutandpastescripts.com to ensure you have a rando sig attached in your signiture. It helps alot if you have alot of pictures you want to show off.

I would love to help with the making of the I.D cards, as I am learning quickly on how to use Photoshop. ^^;;

~Rankings~

I think that users should have rankings. Like, certain levels for how much they have posted in the guild. Yes, many of us will have much more than others because of IRL issues, but heck, it would make it more challenging that way. I can take care of it if needed, and I was thinking that if you get to a certain level, you could aquire an item, or gold. Like, get payed for posting in here, like a job.

I can supply the money, and once you get to the highest level, you start off flat again, at base pay. Just so your not becoming gajillionaire. I think it would help users out on their quests. ^^ (I'm not talking like... 1k gld at a time, but as a starter, you would get like...5, and then 10.. and so on.)

~Rules Update~

I am getting tired of seeing all of the reincarnations of caracters in the guild. If your character dies, then it dies. No questions asked. If you want to have the character revived, then do it correctly, instead of having him/her pop back up into the roleplay world. I know I am one to do that alot, and I have stopped, by only using one character now.

I'd also like to reinform you that the making of more than one account to roleplay could get you in trouble. I'm not saying I would be the rat, and tell on you, but if you get a hot-headed person to get mad at you, and you had multiple accounts, you could get into alot of trouble. Please watch yourself if you are making multiple accounts, ok folks? We do not want our vetrans gone! gonk

This goes for two main vetrans, you know who you are, and the other multiple accounts.

Recently, I found myself being reported by someone who was in another guild of mine, and I almost got perma-banned. It's not fun to deal with Mods. Please keep this guild safe!

Another note: Pg-13 posts are ok, Rated R ones, not. I know I have pushed the window of the envelope with this, as a fellow friend of mine, but I can not help it sometimes. Please try and keep everything PG-13, and remember, PG-13 is what you see PG-13, ok? Take a look at Sasha and Vanessa, the NPC's, that's what they mean by PG-13. It can be mildy suggestive, but not over-board.

If the post is too messy, and it may cause some to complain, Fade the post to black, or as commonly used, FTB your post.

Just doing a bump on the thread, and want to find out if anyone has any ideas for potential new storylines. Parties, attacks, events, etc. Want a bit of input from the members. 3nodding
